HOWEVER, the customer support team in Courtney and Diane were extremely sympathetic, immediately responsive to my email, and offered to ship out a new one right away. How can people complain about the cost? Regular greeting cards that are flat cost quite a bit. These cards are exceptional for the price. I ordered one and am very pleased with what I received. The website is glitchy and not clear when you try to send cards to yourself after making personal messages. It forces you to put your name and address on a card addressed to someone else. Ordered two cards and it took 30 minutes with glitches and do-overs. I mean the whole thing is a waste of time. I still don't know where they are shipping the cards. read more

I had a great experience with LovePop! I ordered 2 of their gorgeous cards for Mother's Day: 1 for my Mother-in-law and 1 for my sister-in-law. I got them in a reasonable amount of time -- about 5 days before Mother's Day. Each one was so unique and cool (bought the red tree for MIL and pink tree for SIN) they were absolutely delighted! I reminded them that they were featured on Shark Tank (which we all watch) and they couldn't stop talking about them. Very poor order follow up, I ordered a birthday card for my sister and was looking for it daily until I realized I was dangerously close to her birthday and no card! I looked on my account page only to see the order was cancelled due to a payment glitch. I was never notified! I could have sorted it out and gotten the card in plenty of time had I been notified. I went to Amazon and got a much nicer card for less than half the price with a guaranteed delivery in 2 days! DO NOT ORDER FROM LOVE POP! Go to Amazon and they do have Love pop available with a much better followup system or you will be amazed to find better cards for less than half the money. Everybody loved POP-UP books growing up and these cards really bring those special memories from childhood. Not only do I always have a pleasant time picking out cards with the staff, they are extremely knowledgeable and personable. My mother is a huge Prince fan and I tweeted Love Pop, unfortunately, they weren't making Prince cards but the person who responded back actually gave me a useful suggestion that made my mother happy. I initially clicked on Lovepop's link to just get rewards on a game, but when I seen what they had to offer, I was blown away. These cards are so beautiful and really, seeing them in person, the are so much more! I couldn't believe how fast I received my order, you would have thought I paid rush shipping or something, but I didn't, ya'll rock! The card I ordered supposedly shipped on April 8th, according to an email Lovepop sent to me that day. But the tracking number in their email was invalid from the start; neither Pitney Bowes nor USPS recognizes it. When I called Lovepop the other day about the delivery problem and the invalid tracking number, Lovepop told me to call Pitney Bowes, who apparently handles their shipping. So I called Pitney Bowes today, and after one representative tried to help me (I read the tracking number to him), I was transferred to a second representative. He said they can't help because only the carrier (USPS in my case, according to Lovepop's email, unless that part is wrong too) can help me. I'm getting the runaround, and it's very frustrating. If Lovepop gives me an invalid tracking number and can't figure it out when I call, that should be on them to handle -- not Pitney Bowes or USPS. And if Pitney Bowes is providing Lovepop with bad tracking numbers, why doesn't Lovepop find another company to handle their shipping? I was also annoyed by Lovepop's automated phone system's repeated mention of their "customer happiness team" or something like that. Don't play cutesie with me when I'm calling with a problem that you do nothing to solve! That's rubbing salt into the wound. I'd much prefer a straightforward professional tone. I'll call Lovepop back next week if my mother still hasn't received her card and ask for a refund, which the customer-service representative did offer when I called. (That's the one thing they did right!) But my mom would really love the card, so I hope it arrives soon. No clue though if it ever will because the tracking number is useless! read more

I send each of my nieces the birthday bouquet and they loved it. They never saw anything like it and they will be sending bouquets to their friends, too. The only reason why I didn't give more stars is because I paid the extra $25.00 for one of them to be 2-day shipping (so she could receive it on her birthday), but she still received it 5 days past her birthday. The craftsmanship is gorgeous, and the card stock is very sturdy, so these will last for years. These will make great small holiday gifts for those people who have everything. I have never ordered from this company before. I ordered a card many weeks ago and I never received it in the mail (and yet all of my other orders from other companies have arrived just fine). Finally after a few weeks I asked for a refund. Unfortunately, this meant I did not have a card for my niece on her birthday. In 2018 when I first saw Lovepop's website I ordered half a dozen cards to be sent to family members. I especially appreciated the included note option, since I have essential tremor which precludes my handwriting notes. In 2019, however, their price increase means that a card now costs way too much to be worth it, and their transit times are ridiculous. The latter is not brought to your attention until after you make the purchase. I have decided to get into paper crafting where I can make much nicer cards for lots less. read more

The JAPANESE MAPLE looks great in the picture, and different when you look at the card at eye level. Once you set the card on a table to display, you are looking down INTO it and it is very ugly, seeing all the folds instead of looking like a tree. The top is flat and I am so very disappointed. I truly feel I cannot send this to the person intended. I previously purchased the cake card and liked it, and it was cheaper, too. ALSO - I won't buy again because the artwork is outsourced and I cannot believe there is no one in the USA that can do great paper cutting. I know too many unemployed people. I ordered a card from lovepop well in advance of valentines day "3 weeks before". I got a email saying my order has been shipped, but the tracking number that they gave with my order is unrecognizable by the USPS website. I have sent email questioning them about my order status and to ask for a refund, I have called them and they did not answer neither. at this point I guess I am out the $10 i spent on the card, so my advice to you is try making your order 6 months in advance and maybe you will get it on time. read more

I have ordered before. This morning I left a card store and decided to go home to send a Mothers Day card with Lovepop. As I process the order I am looking to where I can say Happy Mothers Day. That option doesn't come up and the order is finalized. I then send an email to them stating I didn't see the option can they do it. I get a slightly confusing email back that causes me to call them to figure it out. I get a customer service person who more then once was not listening..either talking to someone else or just not paying attention. I eventually find out that they have had a big demand so they can not send notes. I ask them then, "So they get a blank card?" She tells me it is blank that some people like that they can then send it. I am all the way across the country and Lovepop is in a state next to where I would be sending it. There was nothing on their website stating that they could not write notes. So I go through thinking I will eventually come to it..only to be checked out. Very sketchy. If they are overwhelmed during a holiday, maybe they shouldn't be a card company. The customer service was terrible. I canceled the order. They just send back your order is canceled. No apology. You have to pay BEFORE seeing the Final Product!! I was looking into wedding invitations and Lovepop.com took me through this really cute quiz for the design. It gave me different pop-ups and accent items to choose from but when I wanted to restart the invitation, the customer service rep said they couldn't restart the design process! She said "The feature for restarting should be live in a couple of weeks, for now, we pair each customer with a designer upon receiving the payment. And they help add final touches, and make edits on the invitation to the customer's perfect liking." Even with the restart option available later, there is no guarantee of seeing your names or colors BEFORE the purchase. For a wedding which usually requires 100+ invitations Lovepop is NOT the best for browsing brides! read more

Don't even bother trying to buy wholesale if you are a company wanting to purchase for retail. They are a very greedy company. They want your money for an order but then they tell you how you can sell it. If you sell online, you have to sell the card with something else. You cannot sell just the card alone. That is so they can have their cake and eat it too. Most people will just want the card, not some other item to go with it. So it's harder for other retailers to sell the cards. These cards are made in Vietnam. They are not made in the USA. read more

On the 14th I sent an email asking about them and they responded they were experiencing heavy volume due to the holiday and would get back to me. Still waiting. We saw the update on Shark Tank for these cards and I went online to check them out and I ordered Lovepop cards for our granddaughter's baby naming ceremony! We were absolutely delighted with them! Love Pop uses such quality materials and colors, that the cards are almost a gift in themselves! I ordered the five pack of baby cards. Before I even opened the package I was delighted by the hand written "thank you" on the outer envelope. Even my mailperson commented on the note when she saw it:-) We just placed our second order for a wedding card for our niece's wedding from Love Pop ... I'm sure she will treasure it, too.
