I am super impressed with Love's. My Air Conditioner Condenser clogged up and was leaking water off my roof. Even though it's super hot outside (i.e. all of the Air Conditioning companies are busy), I called them at 8:00PM and they sent someone out at 10:00AM the next day. House had No AC for 3 days. Breaker was popping because of AC unit. Tech immediately determined it was the fan motor and did normal tests on it to confirm(spinning manually) it would slow on its own when it should spin freely. Cool. Removed the fan and motor. Could not determine what brand the motor was because there was no manufacturer stamp on it(supposedly) and the unit is old(no oem parts) available. So aftermarket motors was risking because could not determine anything because the said stamp is not obvious on the motor to determine a compatible replacement. So too risky to run any other motor. Tech installed everything back how it was, explained to me if i can figure out what brand the motor is (im not a qualified hvac tech) that would help. I obviously looked at him(who is a tech) and laughingly said if a tech cant find it then dont think i can. Put everything back together, charged me $89, diagnostic fee, then left. I removed everything AGAIN and cleaned the motor that was dirty and found the stamp. WOW. HA. I ordered a new motor, new fan blades all for $350(compared to $1000 i would have been charged) from National Appliance Parts on H st in modesto. If i didnt pay for new blades, the motor itself was $150!!!!! Go to national appliance parts instead to do it yourself. CHAT GPT was a great help in all of this. Submit photos, pictures of serial numbers, brand names, voltage levels, lengths and tells you everything you need and it will send you multiple options for replacement and send videos. Watched a YouTube video and helped determine that this store even sells motors!. Did it all on my own. Saved some money. Ac is working after 3 days of torture. Our air conditioner was no longer cooling, we set up a service call, Elvis came out and assessed the system. He gave us options for repair and replacement. We decided to replace the unit, Elvis immediately arranged for Tom, system engineer to arrive an hour later to examine our setup for replacement. Tom gave us a couple of options with two price points for replacement, and a few days later, Xavier, Eduardo and another technician arrived on time, and after explaining how they're going to proceed and if I had any questions, started the job. They were very neat, made every effort to keep the house clean, and in general, left the areas inside and out looking pretty good! After the install was done, they went through the do's and don'ts for the new system and answered our questions. This was a hard working, efficient and courteous crew, as was Tom and Elvis. Wow, I was so impressed with Love's Air when they came out to service our AC unit today in Turlock. I learned a ton of useful info just from chatting with the tech Nate. Nate was super friendly and efficient. He wore shoe protectors inside the house and made a point to put his ladder where we didn't have gutters (to avoid bending them). He cleaned the coils on our rooftop unit and came inside and tested the heat and AC and cleaned off the intake grate and changed the filter. He even helped me figure out a thermostat wire that I eventually gave up on after climbing up and down the roof and turning power on and off at the breaker several times. They cost the same as our home warranty to come out to service the unit, but they also have a deal where you pay a yearly amount which equates to saving about $15 twice a year. Very cool! He mentioned that a lot of older people really shouldn't be getting up on the roof to service their units themselves but for $150 for 2 services a year, I think it's a great value for anyone. They know what they are doing and are quick! Also, I learned that most warranties require a service twice a year (one for heat and one for AC) to stay warranty eligible, so it just makes sense. With all of that being said, you have choices, but Love's seems very reputable and trustworthy. A+ Love's! Thank you for being so great! We are really impressed. read more

I recently had my parents rooftop ac replaced by Loves Air. And let me tell you, it was the best decision and investment my family and I decided to make. Santiago, Wyatt and Eduardo came to install our Ac and they did such a wonderful job. They quality of work is outstanding. Not only that, the customer service I received was phenomenal. In particular, I was very impressed with Santiago. Before Santiago and his team arrived, he made sure to call us to let us they were on their way. He gave use their ETA. They were on time. As soon as they arrived, Santiago informed us about each members task and what they were going to be doing. I really appreciate that because I like to know what is going on. During the installation process, he kept updating me how the installation was going. When the old Ac was removed some of the wood under the shingles was rotten. The wood was replaced with new wood. The shingles were also replaced. A roofing company that is contracted thru Love came to my parents house to replace the shingles. I made a specific request to Santiago to ask the roofing company to ask if besides color matching the shingles, if they could put the same exact BRAND of shingles to match our house. He made it happen :) Throughout the installation process, he let my family and I know that he wants us to be happy with the final results. I can assure you my family and I are more than happy. Lastly, I got the opportunity to speak to Simon the owner of the company. I gave him a call to let him know how impress and happy I am with the quality of work. He was really nice and thankful for the complements. He really does care about customers and what they have to say. Leo and his team replaced the complete air ducts in our home in a very professional manner. They kept us informed of progress throughout the day and provided photo's taken of the work undertaken. They had a team of 3 people, which made the project efficient. They were also very polite and minimized noise (as I work from home and had to be on a number of work calls). He also diagnosed an additional issue with one of the motors in our a/c unit and arranged for a separate team to come out the next day to repair the issue. I have never had air conditioning before and hadn't had my rooftop unit looked at in the whole time I lived here (which is 5 years). I know. I know don't say it. I've learned my lesson...LoL I had noticed that. My air conditioning would shut off long before the desired temperature I had said it for. I also noticed it had sounds like it was running but no air was coming through. So before it got worse and more expensive I called Love's Air. Manny was my contact. He was friendly, knowledgeable and pretty quick. He even removed 2 ft. of built up wasp nest that was inside my unit. So he was also brave. He set me up with a monthly payment plan, (12.50 mo.) so that I wouldn't forget again and also not have to come up with a larger amount of money all at once.
