I honestly cannot thank Loves Air enough. Last month (Jun 2022) our air started making a loud noise at night and we immediately shut it off. Honestly it was so loud I was afraid it was going to blow up. I called Loves and by his grace, they had a cancellation and a man named Marcos came out that next day. Ended up being a $800 fix for the condenser fan motor, but so much better than a whole new unit. He was honestly so amazing and talked me through everything and showed me a video of the noise I was hearing from his perspective. Fixed it in less than an hour. Would not recommend it all just spoke to the office manager, Juanita and her counterparts. I have a Goodman unit that's not even five years old, so the parts would be covered under manufacture warranty. However, they do not deal with Goodman parts warranty however, their work on a Goodman unit if your parts aren't under warranty, which I find odd because that's where they get into overcharging for parts and making more money things that make you go humm.. so if I had, if you have a Goodman that's not under warranty, call them and get ripped off, but if you have anything under warranty, which per Goodman they cover any part for part at any parts warehouse if you are a licensed HVAC. I'm not even sure I'd even buy a system from them just based on the fact that tomorrow they may not be warrantee your parts. read more

I had my air conditioning/heater installed July 2023 and had some problems with my thermostat that was installed which was a Google Nest. I had the Google Nest replaced last year because it wouldn't display when I flashed my hand over it until about 15 seconds of delay. After it was replaced with the same, the problem just reoccurred yesterday with some variations as it would display that the Google Nest was not connecting with the WiFi but all my pc's were working fine. Joel and Joey came by and replaced my Google Nest with a Honeywell thermostat and did a professional job. I feel more confident with the Honeywell system because it doesn't try to do too much like remote setting or automatic temperature control which is bells and whistle above setting the temperature and turning the system on/off. read more

Technician called and arrived early to inspect the heater. He inspected all filters, furnace, and duct work. He found multiple problems with the duct work and a filter for being a newly built house. The invoice and report was emailed along with over 20 pictures of things that needed to be fixed so I could send to the home builders. He explained everything that was not installed correctly. Well, it finally happened. The old clunker gave out. My house was built in 1967, and the original heating unit was chugging along until this past heat wave. We had replaced the AC unit on the roof about 10 years ago, but it wasn't big enough for this house. Nor was it secured to the roof very well (go home projects!) but it worked. Until it didn't. Picking out a company for an entire new HVAC system is HARD! I had several companies come out to give quotes. Frankly, everybody that came out was very nice and seemed to be straight forward. The systems were comparable, yet there was one company (Love's Air) whose price was THOUSANDS less. hmmm. That can't be right. We're talking $$$ here. What's the catch. Crappy service? Shoddy install? Bad financing options? Suboptimal equipment? There's always a catch. Turns out... there wasn't a catch. I'm writing this review from a cool 77-degree house, with my shiny new HVAC system humming along, combating the sweltering heat outside. Matthew (co-owner) has done a spectacular job coordinating the install, getting me the exact financing that I wanted, and ironing out a few bumps along the way. He was always reachable by phone or if not, would call right back. Super easy to work with! My install guys were Josh, Santiago, Joe, and Geo. They were here all day working, and finished the job in one day. They removed the old dinosaur and put it out to pasture. I have dogs in the house, which can be difficult for people trying to do stuff, but these guys were very loving to my pets and were extra careful not to let any husky escapes happen. My airducts were all sealed tight and every bit of dust vacuumed up at the end. They were clean, courteous, professional and an all around 5-star install team! So there you have it. Love's Air! Great company to work with, and I'll call them when it's time for solar panels. read more

My husband and I called Loves Air for a second opinion (free of charge with proof of the other company's visit) after being told that our AC was completely dead and rusted through and we needed to get a whole new unit. Thomas came to our house and was incredibly professional, friendly, and competent. He gave us an extraordinary amount of detail regarding the structure and status of our ac (way more than the previous company) and was actually able to fix our AC and get us blowing cold again with the replacement of just one part for a couple hundred bucks. In addition to that he also wiped off our sunroof and cleaned our rain gutters while he was on our roof (in 100 degree weather!!!) Last summer we barely had any cold air blowing out of our AC vents and my husband called Lovotti and they were good. A week ago, we noticed the AC was running nonstop and the cold air was barely felt so we replaced the filter and hosed down the AC unit outside. (That's what we learned to do from Lovotti.) I read through some reviews of other local HVAC companies and decided to give Loves Air a try and compare services. When making the appointment, I checked if I could cancel if my AC started working right or if I found a sooner appt, since mine was scheduled two days later and the answer was that I sure can. The Loves Air technician, Manny arrived and he was pleasant the entire time. He inspected the outside unit and educated us on the numbers he ran on a system and showed that the output was normal and good. Upon inspecting the inside unit, he found some water on the ground and determined there was a leak that could potentially ruin our wood floors and indicate a clogged pipe. We went outside and he found the pipe that released condensation. With a shop vac, Manny sucked out debris and excess water. He was very clean and respectful of our property. I can't say that our AC is working blowingly well but it is an older system that ought to be replaced. We do feel cold air blowing again, just not as robust as we were hoping for but with our house that needs a lot of updating as well as the single pane windows, I think the outdated environment contributes to the inefficiency at this moment. Manny gave us some advice and a roundabout quote on what new Ac unit installations are going for these days. It's not something that we can afford right now but we will definitely consider Loves Air when that time comes. read more
