I've been thinking about upgrading my family room furniture for a while now, and the Black Friday sale at Lovesac was the perfect opportunity. I've been looking at these couches for a while, but I was a little hesitant about having the pieces shipped and then putting it all together ourselves. We were greeted by a lovely woman named Barb, who was so friendly and helpful she squashed my assembly fears. These couches are made so well, sturdy and washable which is exactly what I wanted. You might pay a little more for a couch like this, but the customized configuration to fit your space is priceless. We weren't really sure if buying a couch piece by piece in boxes was for us. (But we do know that the FedEx guy that day hated us!! Eighteen boxes that day!) What won us over were the huge variety of fabrics, the versatility of configurations we could build with the pieces, and the fact we can break the couch down when we move. The salespeople at Lovesac are terrific- they'll go out of their way to way to help you figure out what's right for you. They even have these cool little magnetic blocks you can play with to envision different sectional configurations! Michelle was so incredibly patient with me when I started to get overwhelmed with all of the colors/options, and she really helped me figure out what I wanted. Months later, I'd ordered two wooden cup holders online and wanted to exchange them for a different wood. Luckily, I got Michelle on the phone. She emailed labels out to me so returning the old ones and receiving my new choices was a breeze. Michelle was so helpful and nice, and we're quite happy with our sectional. Bottom line: If you like to choose your exact color and fabric, and like the freedom to rearrange your couch often, Lovesac is great. It will also be easy to transport. That being said, it is far pricier than most and it's too soon to tell how well it will wear and hold up. I'm hoping we will be glad we bought ours. read more

Very bad experience. I bought a couch early November. The store staff was deceptive and lied about the weight of the boxes. Some of the boxes are 50lbs. The store wanted to charge $150 to take boxes away. $300 To assemble. I didn't receive all the boxes and wasn't told the couch comes in 6 boxes in a 3 week span. I only had 4 boxes and hired a handy man to assemble. I found out I was still missing pieces. The couch is cheaply made - basically fabric stretched over cardboard material for $1700. I decided to return and have all shipped back. It took another week to receive the remaining pieces. The store gave send me the shipping labels. The couch was picked up over two weeks ago and the store still won't refund my $1700. Buyer beware. read more

Great idea about the sectionals now that Love sac has reinvented themselves. But WHEW! The prices are expensive! The "Sactionals" are nice, very configurable & we're told lifetime warranty (base &arms). But we don't see $7000 nice. They charge a huge price for configurable furniture. The sectionals are very basic & bland in appearance, don't get me wrong it's a couch but for $70000++ depending on fabric is just a little much. There's no detail or "bling" like you see @ thomasville or Copenhagen, etc.... IDK, we looked the idea of it & don't need anything "blingy" but I think about $4000 would be a good deal for all parties involved. read more

I ordered a Sactional and Lovesac from Page at Scottsdale Fashion Square. The sactional (18 boxes) came before Christmas as promised. The directions were fantastic--very straight forward diagrams. I put it all together myself until the end. I could not get the clamps on because I'm not strong enough. They are designed to fit very tight to keep the pieces from shifting apart. Page actually came out to my home to give me some tips and attach the clamps. I had an issue when I received the lovesac which was replaced promptly by Page. This company stands behind it products and to brilliant for employing Page! If you are looking for unique furniture that has lots of configuration options, check out Lovesac. Oh...and the covers are machine washable! Go see Page, he is awesome to work with. He has a good eye for colors and fabrics, plus his customer service is A+++. read more

scottsdale Lovesac has NO customer service, refuses to call and the right hand does not know what the left-hand is doing. The employees at the Fashion Square store that we ordered and paid $15,000 to in November told us we would receive the couch in one week to one and a half weeks later. By December no one bothered reaching out to us, and now we are told, the earliest that partial items (that are not on back order) will be delivered will be after the holidays (which defeats the purpose of the order). No one will bother to even return phone calls and it takes 72 hours to respond to each email. Stay far away from Lovesac if you expect customer service. read more

Considering the couches run around $6K, I would have expected much more. My husband and I were here several times looking at the pieces before we ultimately ordered online. The employees here seem to be very knowledgeable, but not very flexible or accommodating. We ended up ordering online due to this store not honoring a 5% off coupon directly from Lovesac. Also, buyer beware, unless you live in Scottsdale, ordering online will save you hundreds in taxes because the retail tax in Scottsdale is higher than most. We had some issues with the online order and delivery and their customer service was very poor as well. Their customer service department is a one woman shop, Sharon, and she is not very friendly or helpful. Overall I would not recommend this store or Lovesac in general, mostly because they are so pricey with poor customer service. read more

Bought a pillow seat from Lovesac for my grandson. The final price included a basic pillow plus a not too expensive light brown cover. The purchase arrived . It was grey and no cover. It's either the sales lady misrepresented the merchandise , or she placed the order wrong. However, She did write on the sales order the basic pillow price plus the price for the cover my grandson chose. With 30% discount, I thought it was a good buy considering how expensive their furniture priced. Very disappointing!! Now I have to spend time to deal with this situation. Will never buy another piece from this company. I went to the store this morning . The young sales lady explained to me that pillow and cover are always delivered desperately so the pillow cover I purchased would arrive today. She apologized for the misunderstanding and admitted it was her fault that she did not informed me about the shipping situation. I told her that I bought the pillow not from her but from a lady with short hair so it was not her mistake. I appreciated it that she was very kind to handle the situation very professionally . I did tell her that the store should inform the customer at the point of sale regarding the separate shipping of pillow and cover. So I am revising my one star rating of the store. I'm back to purchase a second time since two days before Christmas Eve. It began with a phone call to the store just before closing time. I spoke to Aaron at the Scottsdale location. He remembered my son and his friend from the week before. Aaron was extremely helpful in remembering the cover one my son liked. At the time the cover wasn't on hand. The Chandler store helped Aaron tracked down the cover. As my luck would have it there was One in the Chandler store. After work Aaron offered to pick it up and made my order complete. I came in the next day and picked it up. My son was surprised Christmas morning. Thank you Aaron for your help and for your service to our country. If I could give this LoveSac location more stars I would! Allison and her colleague Curtis (from the LoveSac store in Dallas) went above and beyond in helping me with shrinking and packing my LoveSac. After my shipment for my shrink kit was delayed, Allison offered to physically come to my apartment with an oversized shrink kit and shrink my supersac down for me. Not only did she and Curtis completely save me, they brought a huge ShopVac to expedite the process! Not only that, they didn't even charge me for their services because of my original shrink kit's delay. I cannot thank them enough for helping me with this process.
