I really want to like Loving Hut. It's the closest vegan restaurant to my house, the service is super friendly and quick, the space is clean, and the prices are pretty good. The only thing lacking--the food itself. I try to order something new everytime I go there but they just don't have much to choose from. I am not a big fan of meat analogs and they use them heavily. I used to go there on numerous occasion just for a quick, inexpensive dinner, but the last time I went I ordered a dish that came out frozen on the inside. Yuck. I asked if they could heat it up more and they did. When they brought it back out it was still frozen! It was disgusting and they didn't even comp my meal or offer a free meal next time. Since they are new to Atlanta, Im surprised they don't try harder to keep their regulars coming back because now I will never go back. The drinks, I admit are really good, but those are kinda hard to screw up. The concept is great and every time I go it's strangely empty. The food isn't expensive but it tastes AMAZING. Their burger is my favorite and I also love their nachos. I haven't had anything here that I didn't like. They also have buffet days but I'm not too impressed by those because they don't give you a lot of options and they don't use menu items for some reason. Good food though. I can't believe I've waited so long to eat here! Everything we ordered was great-- Basil Rolls, BBQ sticks, Cha Cha Cha, Crispy Dumplings, Rainbow Salad, Autumn Salad, Love Ocean soup, & Loving Hut Roll. We go to loving hut all the time. First impressions of this vegan stop are a little mixed. They don't take your name when you make a Togo order. The place has somewhat dated furniture and they have weird Asian guru videos, but the food is delicious! The golden rice and teriyaki broccoli are two of my favs. read more

Went here for my lil sister's grad lunch/dinner. She is vegan so we let her choose somewhere where she would have plenty options. Me- I'm not vegan, vegetarian, or any variation of, so I was really unsure what to order. I wind up ordering the vegan burger without cheese and surprisingly it was very good and filling. The fries werent hot when it arrived and the fries were kind of hard. Our family sat on the patio outside and we thoroughly enjoyed that experience since we had about 15 people. I can't speak on any other food because all I ate was the vegan burger. The prices were surprisingly cheap- when my lil sis shops vegan, her bill is usually high. For under $10 I cant complain and I experienced eating something a bit different from what I'm use to. She enjoyed the restaurant and her meal. Great place for vegans and vegetarians. I looked at the menu, almost memorized it by heart and I was super excited...I went on a Sunday and it turns out they were having some type of brunch buffet? Buffet sounds good to me! From the 5 star presentation to the friendliest staff Loving Hut is a refreshing addition to the Atlanta restaurant community. I have had an opportunity to sample several different items off their menu (drinks, desserts, appetizers, main course, etc) and everything exceeded my expectations. The prices are pretty decent too. I have had their buffet lunches before too and I think it could use some work in terms of providing a more variety of dishes. Overall, it was still good though so I am not complaining. Heard some people mention the food was cold, I didn't have that problem, but I've come around 1pmish or 6pmish so it may have been perfect for lunch or dinner. Best part is they have a little area where one can just sit down for a cup if coffee or cake and do work. They offer free wifi, which is always a plus if I want to bring my laptop and get some work done. They even have an awesome covered patio/deck that looks inviting for outdoor dining. The staff is very friendly and it's quickly become my favorite spot to eat vegan food. The only con is they close way too early... like at 9pm. =( read more

The menu has a lot of great options. I ordered the basil rolls, golden fried rice and sushi rolls and everything was really good except the sushi rolls. They were kind of warm and mushy. The main reason I am only giving them 3 stars is the customer service. When I first walked in a key at the from mumbled something to me and walked to the back and I wasn't sure if she wanted me pick a seat or wait or what so I just picked a seat outside. She brought me the menu and I waited 20 minutes without anyone tKing my order so I went inside and placed my order there. I had been to a couple of other Loving huts before, so I knew what to expect. The menu was almost the same, dependable one. Ordering was easy, we were seated immediately. Food came in a few minutes. We had 2 different dishes: 1 soup based and 1 gravy based. We loved the food SO MUCH, we actually went a bit over budget and ordered the gravy based (its called the Guru Curry) dish to go as well. The menu is stocked with the most creative, flavorful, delici"ohso", soul satisfying dishes, that I have ever tasted. Their WonTon Soup ROCKS!!!!!!!...Love the Heavenly Salad, it is one of my most treasured --- healthy and super tasty...but, then so is literally everything else --- The Ocean Salad, The Autumn Salad, etc etc...The Starters: Basil Rolls or Spring Rolls --- Crispy Dumplings or my personal fave Cha Cha Cha...They are all savory greatness...My teenage sons love the Burgers --- served with a crisp salad and outrageously potato tasting fries, they are perfect! Now for main menu options, I personally enjoy their Au Lac Crepe, Chow-Mein, Holy Eggplant, you name it...They have such an "All Star" variety...I can never get enough of this place, and I always eat like I am the Empress that I am when I come, because I order at least four to five dishes from starters, salads and main --- this is because it is such a culinary climax, and I allow myself to enjoy every morsel and take home plent, lol... Overall the food was pretty good, the service was a little slow (dinner) as there were only 2 wait staff. The strawberry smoothie was excellent. The Wonton Soup & Royal Noodle Soup were excellent. The spicy cha cha cha actually tasted like shrimp and was very tasty. For the main dish had spring vegetable medley, this was just okay, I wouldn't have it again, will try something else next time. I wish I could give lesser stars. We arrived at 7pm & I understand that our server was new, but we waited about 20 minutes to receive our drinks & 40 minutes to receive our vegan cheese sticks. The worst part was my fiance received his dinner after an 1 1/2 hrs (we were trying to be patient) & they did not produce my dinner. I saw whole parties receive their food that had been sat after us & when I asked about my dinner the server went to the kitchen & never came back out. After 10 minutes another server came out of the kitchen & I asked her about my meal. She went back into the kitchen & also did not come back out for a few minutes. It had now been almost 2 hours in total. She finally comes back out after about 15 minutes & says that she messed up on the order & didn't put it in. After the whole experience, I wasn't even hungry anymore. I cancelled my order & left. I will Never be back again. read more

I've recently converted to a vegan diet. Therefore, I am seeking new food options. I discovered loving hut and found them to be quite tasty. I ordered the vegan burger with fries and a side salad, the Summer rolls, The crispy dumplings, the sushi, and some faux Beef on a stick. The vegan burger with fries was amazing the Summer rolls were also amazing. I also enjoyed the crispy dumplings. The sushi, not so appetizing. It tasted slightly fishy. The beef on the stick had great flavor, however texture was very weird. Reminded me of wet paper towels. Nonetheless, I will definitely be back for the items I truly did enjoy and would recommend this to anyone who is looking for great vegan options! read more
