Best Loving Hut! I love their Pad Thai. Customer service is always great and fast. I usually call ahead and order.

Located inside the mall, right outside Target. The service was great. I had to stop by Target during my lunch so I called to place an order for pickup. I ordered the Rainbow Salad. It was ready w/in 15 minutes. The cabbage was crisp, the vinaigrette added a bit of acidity to this filling and delicious salad. The tofu was airy and springy. I do not know how many calories is in this salad, but not eating meat helped reduce waste and energy. The science class that I'm currently taking has messed me up because it opened up a new realm of thinking. I am not vegetarian or vegan, but Gavin and I try our best to not eat meat at least once a week. They offer a variety here so you cannot go wrong w/ Loving Hut. You want something fried? You want soup? You want rice? You want noodles? You want desserts? They have it all!

The Loving Hut in Milpitas has closed so we went to this location. It is located inside the mall and you order and pick up at the counter. There are tables and chairs near their booth or you can find seating around the mall. Seating may be limited on the weekends. The menu is pretty limited compared to the other full sized restaurant. However, the taste did not disappoint. Portion sizes were good too and the wait time was about 5-10 minutes, very reasonable for the amount of food we ordered. We ordered the golden nuggets, steamed bun, mongolian wonder, and sesame bites. You can order togo or dine in. Dine in food will be placed on a tray for you instead of getting it bagged up.

So cool, they have discounts now for if you're vegan or vegetarian. I got 12% off just for being vegan!

I never reviewed this spot? What the heck haha. I've been here several times but recently I went for a Pad Thai. One thing I have to say is the portion. The container is filled, It's stuffed to the brim. I've had a lot of other vegan options recently at other places (not totally vegan spots; just spots that have a vegan option) and unfortunately it appears that 1) the food is very mediocre 2) they're skimping in order to save money. This place doesn't have that issue. The food is always good and the portions like just said are just perfect. Friendly staff as well. Very nice; girl at the counter was very helpful and I even got 12% off for being vegan! lol. Wth!! Never seen that before! It's a new thing they're doing. Super cool! Highly recommend!!!

I'm not vegetarian/vegan but I'm not opposed to having vege/vegan food. Decided to try here for lunch after shopping in the mall. I ordered the spicy royal just because the picture looked good, but I didn't realize it's supposed to be the vegan version of bun bo hue which is my favorite dish! The broth was delicious and I didn't miss any meat/meat flavoring at all. I devoured it quickly and enjoyed every bite. The dish didn't look large but it was very filling. Overall a satisfying meal.

I was tromping around the mall a few days ago, waiting for my apple appointment (not the produce, the IOS kind, for clarification ) when I had an overwhelming desire to soupersize my day. First of all, if you are a proper fan of this style of soup you already know how delicious it was just based on that picture. It was double tied and piping hot when I finally arrived home. I ordered it with no noodles, extra veggies and a few packets of soy sauce. The imitation bouf, york and rimp were so i tasty and lean with very generous portions! 1/3 of that container at least. Food after the mall is always so gratifying that I decided to subject myself to another outing today and see if I had romanticized the whole meal. I didn't! Bonus! It's right by the exit so you can call ahead while you're walking over and make a quick getaway. P.s. those aren't actually what they call the protein but I would really appreciate if we could make that a thing

My eldest son became vegetarian about a year ago. I had just picked him up from SF and we were on our way home when I decided we should grab dinner. They are located in Oakridge mall, directly outside of Target. So if you park in the parking garage for Target right as you enter the mall you will see them kiddy corner to Target right past the escalators. I think this place has been there for a number of years. I vaguely remember them being there at least 4 years ago. Anyhow they have plenty of vegetarian/vegan items to choose from. it was just the two of us but we wanted to try an array of items. We ordered the following: 1. Spring Rolls: fried crisp, filled with cabbage, carrots and glass noodles. Comes with a yummy sweet and sour sauce. Comes in an order of 4. 2. "Beef" Banh Mi: The beef which is what they call "vegan protein" looks, feels and tastes like thin slices of beef. Seasoned well with lemongrass, etc. veggies were bright in color and crisp as should be. Bread was crusty but not the usual banh mi bread we like. if they change that it will be perfect. Maybe also add some vegan mayo to bind it all together. 3. "Beef" and Tofu Vermacelli: vegan protein and tofu mixed with veggies and cold vermicelli noods with a house made vegan dressing that was rice vinegar based and similar to the classic dressing. 4. Spicy Royal: A spicy "beef" noodle soup. If you like bun bo hue this comes really close. Same beef used in banh mi was used in this soup. Broth was flavorful, rich and comforting. Not as spicy as I would have liked but still a tiny bit of heat. Veggies were fresh and delicious. Only thing was missing was a lemon or lime wedge. I ended up dipping my banh mi in the broth and it was delicious. 5. Thai Tea: It was delicious. Not too sweet and portion was good. All in all I spent a little over $50 and we had a lot of left overs. So it fed us twice, so price point was reasonable. We will be back.

I used to come to this place on a regular basis when I worked nearby. Their very consistent which is part of the appeal. order at the counter and take a table in the mall seating area. my honey loves the burgers while I always opt for noodles It's a good choice for couples who have different tastes. Their menu is simple and easy to order. A section for appetizers, one for sandwiches and the other for noodles. Located inside Oakridge Mall just outside Target.

Still excellent in taste. Ask for the sauces and/or lime/jalapeños. Spicy Royal Noodles will always be my favorite $14-$15. Tipped them $2. I only go for the food presentation and taste. Packed with my favorite ingredients and not as fattening. Must love. Very generous portions. Ready within minutes. Favorite fast food spot. Enjoyed Thursday.

Milohas (mil hojas) means a thousand layers in Spanish, and one taste of Milohas' pastries will make you understand why they picked that moniker. The Good: * Large shared parking lot * Friendly service * Covered outdoor dining * The crust of the empanadas was buttery, flaky, and delicious. All the fillings were good, but you have to try the Hawaiian filling! It was truly fantastic and had us wishing that's all we'd ordered. * Guava Finger has the same perfect crust and tasty guava jam--I could eat a dozen of these and come back for more. *oink oink* * Carissa really enjoyed their lentil soup. I would have asked questions but inside the store was strangely loud and the woman who helped me was a low talker so I couldn't understand anything she was saying to me as it was. The empanadas are pretty large, as are the prices. $17 for the two. At this price point I was glad I decided not to buy more. Each comes with a tiny side of aji green sauce. They could have been more generous here. I found the spinach to be very salty and more breading than filling. The chicken one was a letdown. Chicken was lacking any flavor. For both the pastry was dry. Was only able to eat half of each and threw the rest away. Not really the kind of place you dine in for. You order at the counter and there is limited seating inside (in a way that makes you not want to dine in), and a few seats outside. Plenty of parking in the shopping center lot. This visit and subsequent review makes me feel sad. I want to support these unique, independent eateries but they make it difficult when the quality doesn't meet the high cost. Improvements would be to reevaluate their recipes, make the pastries less dry and dense, and maybe don't be so skimpy on the fillings.

That reliability is rare, and it's why Bloom is always my first recommendation. When family or friends visit from out of town (or locally) Bloom is where I take them. Every time. The food speaks for itself. The steak is cooked exactly to order, every single time. Medium rare means medium rare tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The duck fat potatoes are so good I order an extra side even when they come with my entrée. My wife loves their chicken and waffles. It's a difficult meal to pull off, but Bloom does it justice! The chilaquiles are outstanding they genuinely capture authentic Mexican flavors in a way that holds up against homemade family recipes and the best taquerias I've been to. The cocktails here are the best in the Bay as well. They taste delicious, and the presentation is eye-catching and photo-worthy. They're also strong without sacrificing taste, which is so hard to find. Sometimes a cocktail is delicious but weak, or strong but unpleasant. Bloom's drinks are perfectly balanced every time. Our favorite drink is the Palomina. It's refreshing, complements the food beautifully, and it's the kind of drink that keeps you sipping until the glass is empty. Whether you're celebrating or simply treating yourself, Bloom is the destination for a boozy brunch done right. This restaurant is truly our favorite.
