To the owner you can't be taking people's hard earn money and not deliver a good job. that is STEALING. Before taking the time talking about the clients take that energy use it to perform a good JOB. I THINK I may have found a few salon to go to! It's super clean inside, as well as the bathrooms and they have beautiful artwork! They also have portable charges, cup holders and everything to make you feel comfortable so you can really really relax. Also, the first time I went there my daughter came with me and she was happy with everything as well. She was in need of a whole charger and one of the techs let them use hers which I thought was very sweet and so not expected but I did appreciate it and so did she! Also, the first day I went in there a woman was sleep so I know she was feeling too good! They have a wide variety of colors, I'm not sure of how intricate they are with being able to do designs though. Now onto my nails, they do pretty good, I think the prices are just about what you will find in other places. The last time before last however I went and I wanted to get a French manicure but the guy said he couldn't do it without the top of my nail showing, but I wasn't using tips so I wasn't sure why that was, also my nail broke that same day but I went back a few days later and they fixed it for nothing! That is why I think this might be my new salon because they took care of me quickly with no issues and everyone in there seems nice, they start up conversation and I don't feel out of place there. There set up is also quite beautiful so I love going in there because of that as well and they have free wifi! One issue that I could see happenings is they have a small parking lot that's shared with other businesses, but I've never had a problem, so it hasn't bothered me. All in all I've had good experiences there, just need to find a solid tech that can take care of me regularly, but overall very happy with their services & hospitality and the prices don't bother me!
