me and my friend went to this nail salon today my nails for $100 came out uneven with two different fonts of an initial, and hers was 85 for one solid color that has air bubbles, which 4 of her nails are bleeding and won't stop. and when I asked her to stop because she did the wrong length after doing just two of my fingers they said it would be over $100 just to take nail tips off.... I get Greensboro will be more but this is actually taxing for horrible mediocre at work. Their pictures on their website are from Pinterest...they're fake. so with the false advertisement $200 spent in acrylic to still be under my nails and hers to be bleeding is crazy. don't come unless you want bullshit. read more

The entire team is friendly and respectful. They don't rush my manicure and pedicure. My nails were brittle from going to another salon and they worked (over a few visits) to strengthen my nails and make sure they stay healthy. The salon is relaxing. I enjoy going to Five Nail & Spa. I had just finished with an appointment at a wig salon at the same strip mall and decided to see if I could get a pedicure as a walk-in. The lady at the front desk said that they could take me immediately, and showed me their color selections. A young man took me back to an empty pedicure chair and gave me a service menu. I chose the Spa Pedicure, and he got started by removing my old polish. The soak, leg and foot massage, and scrub treatments were outstanding, and the pedicure chair had a customizable massage feature. The pedicure was excellent, and I was pleased with the color and the results. I sat with my feet up and enjoyed the chair's relaxing massage for about 30 minutes while my polish dried. This place is a definite winner, and is CD friendly. I'll be back again and again! read more

I was very disappointed with my nails after visiting this salon. I had SNS nails done and after only two days it was cracking off my nails. I called to have it fixed and made an appointment. After waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time they said it would be awhile. The nail technician than complained (in front of the customer she was currently working on) that my nails were too short and that's why it was coming off. I regularly get SNS and have never had a problem or blamed for something that was irrelevant. Needless to say, I left at that point. Not only did I feel very disrespected, but cheated out of my money and the quality of my service. read more

I won't go anywhere else. The technicians here are friendly, the place is clean and my mani/pedi always lasts a long time. I like that even if I don't make an appointment they call me by name and are always able to get me in without a long wait. Lena is my go to girl but Lynn and Brian are awesome too! I went in to get my dip removed. First, they barely wanted to welcome me (RED FLAG), second the guy sat me down without giving me anything to soak my hands in, and my breaking point was when she kept tearing my skin with the drill. I wasn't getting my nails done but removed and you mean to tell me you cannot remove the top layer without tearing my skin. She became rude so I got up and walked out. Was I upset? Hate to give a low score but ever since the business was sold(a couple of months ago) everything has gone down hill. I have been a customer for over 5 years. Twice recently I have spoken to the owner on the phone & made appointments, only to show up & there be no record of my appointments. i used to love this place but it's gone so far downhill. i waited for over 45 minutes in a practically empty salon. linda was my nail technician and she ripped 4 of my cuticles right up. i'm 4 days out and my fingers still hurt. i also asked her about what time we would be done because i was in a small rush but could wait, and she ended up going 30 minutes over the original time she gave me. all i got was a simple acrylic manicure. no designs. just a simple blue oval mani. really disappointed read more

Terrible. I was there over an hour and my nails looked awful. I specifically asked for gel and brought a picture of something someone had done for ME previously. So I know it could be done on my nails with gel. She took it upon herself to us SNS without asking or explaining. The price for gel is $25. At the end of the service I was charged $35. And it looked NOTHING like the photo. Now I'm scrambling trying to get this shit off before I leave for a trip. It is MUCH harder to get off than the gel that I asked for. I will never go back here. I just had an unfortunate experience at this salon. I walked in and no one greeted me. I then went up to a gentleman who was giving a manicure to ask him if I could get a pedicure. He asked if I had an appointment and I told him, no. He then said they were very busy and went back to giving a manicure. How rude! I will not be back. read more

Just had the worst mani-pedi and eyebrow wax. I have requested not to have a specific technician but twice since have been placed w/ him mid-treatment. My 9 year old could have done a better job. Zero attention to detail, did a fill in he was incompetent at (not sure licensed) and did not even apply lotion. Wax job rushed. The woman I complained to ignored me snapped the receipt out and had no apology. I am a regular and was treated this way. Just don't do it. Will take weeks to undo the damage I just paid $ for. I'll never go anywhere else again! This salon is close to my work and they always get my in and out fast, even on my lunch break. When I first went, my nails were in bad shape from another salon. Everyone was very knowledgeable about how to treat my nails, what the best route to take, etc. I love that you get a neck/hand massage with every mani.
