    Lowe's treats you disrespectfully. after years spending thousands of dollars at Lowe's I am losing my account. I bought a moving dolly about a little over a year ago. Tags still on it. Used it four times. The last use was for a den ice repair. This thing is advertised to hold 800 lbs. It broke! The wheel covering came off. Useless right? Bad product. Lowe's would not exchange it or refund it because it was 14 months old... they only accept returns at 12 months or less. This is defective. Angelic the return manager was not caring or helpful . Don her manager kept droughts it had to be returned within 12 months. Who uses a dolly everyday. They sold a malfunctioning item and could not care about customer service. BEWARE of Lowe's . They sell crappy articles and you will be out of your hard earned money! No service! No value heartless treatment! Lowe gives low service!!!

    There are highs and then there are lows and this is definitely one of the Lowe's. Sexy girl and I came here for some goods (as opposed to bads) that we needed in order to manufacture our own gym at the house since all the gyms were closed. The people working here are not friendly at all. The system for getting out is awful and preferential. The price is not nearly as cheap as I expected, and the sand that we bought was very bad quality.

    I've lived in Houston for over a decade and this is my first time rushing to a store before opening to attend a Black Friday sales event. Yeah. I took a nap to get energy. Since I haven't been here for awhile, I could use a map. A store attendant gave us a map, advertisement and a coupon. I only wanted some 59 cents poinsettia. I spotted the location but there were 30 people in front of me grabbing large potted poinsettias. I knew the size and location were not right. Then, I heard someone shouting "aisle 20'. Then, I cut through the crowd by going through the middle of store. There they were, all sitting on racks in a crowded aisle. The frenzy was incredible. But everyone was very cordial, no fighting. I managed to pick up a few, because the quality was in question. I had time to sort through the wacky ones. Then, I noticed a $10 coupon was for first 100 customers today. I tried really hard to buy something in the store. I can't find anything I want. Furniture was wobbly and toys had no price tags. Oh well, I gave up.

    First let me say my ex husband is an excellent manager in Topeka KS so I have super high expectations of what Lowe's should be like, this is NOT IT!!! Second, y'all do not know how to treat veterans... go figure, when I am walking around, looking for help for 20 min, and I find someone that is wrong!!! Oh and when I ask for help and not only do the staff dismiss me but the customer dismisses me.... ya HOUSTON we have a huge problem.... RUDE!!!

    Needed bungee cords anyway!

    My rating is based on the time it took to order parts and actual repair time. The technician sent didn't stay at the house for 5 minutes. He said it need a mother board and door switch on the door. He said the boss would call with additional info. There was not a call for over 2 weeks. I called them and the phone person said someone within the shop said it was a pre-existing condition (i.e. not covered) and they would call back. Again, we never heard anything from them. Long story short; I worked with the home warranty and they sent a second repair company that was competent. They broke the machine down and for it was an inverter on the freezer.

What needs improvement: The delivery men mentioned that they were NOT given the correct tools to finish the job of leveling out the panels on the fridge or what was needed for installation of the fridge upon delivery, because they "switched delivery trucks on them". Unfortoley, that leaves us the customer, waiting for them to come back and finish the job they were paid for. It's been a week, and we are still waiting for them to come back and level out the panels on the fridge. This is either the delivery men's lack of preparation before delivery or the owners' lack of structure to ensure delivery has what they need for all to go as needed.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE…read more We bought a "new" washer and dryer from Julie's Appliances (7200 Eldridge Parkway) on February 17th. The manager is Jim Hannington and one employee Cheri Lynn Hernandez. There are several locations around Houston that all belong to Rom Patel. We bought the "new" washer and dryer for $450 (delivery/install, 90-day warranty, and hookups included). They were delivered on Monday the 19th. The delivery person did not bring any of the hookups and did not install them. I told him we were supposed to receive them and he basically told us that wasn't his problem. We called Jim. He said he had forgotten we had paid for that but we could drive over to the store to get the parts. We had used the washer a few times when it started leaking from the bottom. We tried to call Jim and he said he would have his "repair guy" call us to set up a time to come out. He never called so we had someone to come out and see if they could figure out what the problem was. They weren't even here for 5 minutes when they found the problem and told us it wasn't fixable (picture attached). There was a huge hole in the drum (not detectable without inspection). We called Jim while they were here and sent him the picture of the issue as he requested. And he said he would have someone come out to replace it with a brand new one that evening. We waited and no one ever came. After trying to contact Jim (calls and texts) AND messaging Cheri we told them we just wanted our money back and didn't want to deal with it anymore. They are refusing to refund us and now telling us WE need to bring it to them to be "repaired" (after he said he would replace it with a new one because this one is unfixable). I have been speaking to Cheri through messages about everything. We keep getting different answers from everyone and no one can tell us anything straight. I've attached pictures of my conversations with Jim and Cheri and how unprofessional and hateful they are. We were scammed and I want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.
