Bought a fridge on Feb 28th... Was told it was not in stock and would be delivered at the end of March. I was ok with that since my kitchen was in the process of being remodeled... Here comes Match and im told delivery date was being delayed to mid April... Again I was ok with that since my kitchen was not ready... Mid April date is moved again to May 8th (today). I call Lowes to get an idea of what time I would get my delivery. Im told that my delivery date is June 4th!!! Im done waiting for my delivery. I call Lowes to request a refund, and the BS continues. Now I have to deal with a rude woman on the phone that has zero people skills and is rude. And she tells me she can't locate my order, she will need to talk to a manager so I can get a refund. I have had many problems with my order. First, my coupon code I received from USPS did not work. This resulted in multiple conversations with customer service. Next, I was unable to place my order on lowes.com. I had to again speak with customer service. They shared my screen with me and were still unable to resolve the problem. I had to place the order over the phone which took over an hour. My delivery was scheduled. I was told that morning that the washer was unavailable and they would have to make a second delivery. This was very inconvenient and late notice. Today, our washer was supposed to arrive. While we were home all day, we did not hear a knock on the door or a doorbell ring. We called around 1pm and they claim they attempted delivery. They refused to make the delivery today because it would be inconvenient for them, as if we haven't been extremely inconvenienced by Lowe's. This has all around been unacceptable customer service. It has taken at least 6 interactions with customer service to complete my purchase and I'm still without the expensive washer I purchased. read more

The company is the worst ever, they always call and confirm a schedule delivery and a couple hours before that time arrives they will call and cancel it with the excuse of them saying that the truck broke down. First off whenever I see bad reviews for a major company go completely without any response from a manager, I know they do not give a s*** about their customers. For some reason they do not have shopping carts anywhere near garden and if you enter through garden and intend to purchase solely from garden it would be really nice if they had some. Over 3 weeks ago I ordered a 30 inch gas range for one of my rentals. When I ordered it I was told on the confirmation that it would be delivered on Jan 24 between 7-11 AM. I called the order desk twice to confirm the date including two days prior to delivery. All said, yes, it would be delivered on the 24th. Night of the 23rd I noticed I did not get a scheduling call. I called the store and was told it was changed to the 27th. No reason given. 24th I called the ordering dept. and tried to find out the delivery time. They didn't know and said it would be given to me the night before delivery. AND then told me that it had not been shipped from the Manufacturer yet and the shipment won't be in until the 28th as that is the regular delivery day. I told them to cancel the order. I then walked into the store verified that the order was cancelled and ordered the same Range at a cheaper price including delivery. In store staff for direct sales will work for me because I will push them to do their job. But the on line customer service basically, as my grandson says, SUCKS! Never again. read more

As I stood there not knowing what in the world I was looking for I wondered if it would've been worth the drive to go to Home Depot. There's a lady by the name of andra she is an older African-American woman I brought in some plants that died over our latest hot windy storms that we just had killed all my plants I was able to find a couple of pots and some tags that I was almost positive went to those particular plants so I went ahead and pulled plants out of my garden put them in those pots brought them back to Lowe's cause I buy almost all my crap at Lowe's my cabinetry my freezers my fridge everything and so far well they have not been up to par with anything I've waited months almost a year for my cabinetry to come in this lady came up to the counter and was asked if she could tell what the SKU was for that particular one of the particular plants and she said This isn't even the plant and she pulls a plant out of the pot and says she's scamming you this plant wasn't even in this pot I said because I took it out of the planter and put it in the pot with some dirt and brought it to you like any normal person would she goes without a receipt we're not giving you any money for these I said that's fine I don't care but I buy all my stuff here and I really don't care they did give me money for two of the plants of the four that I did bring but I will not ever buy another plant from Lowe's and that was very rude of her to speak to me in that manner or accuse me of trying to cheat them out of money when I have spent thousand of dollars at lowes so if you buy anything from lowes keep that receive the package came in and anything that pertains to the item you purchased or they will not give you your money back if there's an issue with it oh and the card that you used to pay for it with read more

Just picked up 180 Winter Gems (Boxwoods). Andrea in the garden department said the Winter Gems would not take a hit during winter like a Japanese Boxwood does. The Gems look better, and grow faster. I use to go to the Palmdale's Lowes for my garden needs, because I was told the manager at the Palmdale Lowes started out in the nursery...But !! Could not find the item I was looking for in hardware. Ask an employee who told me this was not her department and that person had walked over to paint. After 5 or 10 minutes I walked over to paint. Didn't see anyone so I went to customer service. They paged someone. I waited 20 more minutes. Spoke with 5 more employees that passed by. I have to agree with some of the other reviewers of this store. I called a few times and no one answered the phone. When I placed the order online after going to another store to check out the items, I ordered it online. It states that I would be contacted 24 hours in advance to schedule delivery.....well I get a call telling me that they are five to ten minutes away....WTF!! Finally get someone on the line only to be told that deliveries are handled by a third party....okay. Call the third party and Crystal tell me that she does not see my name on the list and could not get in touch with the delivery person. Horrible customer service. You would think that with so many store closing due to internet shoppers..stores would treat their customers better. At this point I want to cancel the order all together. read more

For the most part, This store is clean. Some items in the wrong spot. Electrical outlets are in short supply right now. Their lines move faster than most stores right now. Check out signs/Wait here are a little confusing when isles intersect and people think the larger gap is a place for them to cut in. I placed an order online to pick up curbside. Every show at least 10 in stock for every thing. I ordered at around 10am. By 5pm I had received an update. So I called the store and that's when the problem began. Who ever answered the phone was rude. Asked for my order # and before I finished saying in placed me on hold. Phone was picked up and placed one hold 3 more times. Then someone must have picked up and placed the phone down because I could here 2 different female voices talking and laughing back and forth. This was another 3 minutes or so before the phone was put back on hold. About another 10 minutes later. Yeah can I help you? Just wanna check the status of my order. The reply...we be busy so all our online orders take like 4 days ok. But by then I was already irritated from being on the phone for like 30 minutes. Can I cancel my order then. You wanna cancel. Put back on hold. Few minutes later some else answers. Can I cancel and speak with a manager. Oh ok...obviously put back on hold. Supervisor answers didn't get her name. Said hey I don't wanna be rude but I asked for a manager. Ok. Ashley a manger finally got on the phone looked up my order. Tried hard to keep me from cancelling. But it shouldn't get to this before you try to help a customer. I was just calling to check status. If someone would have answered politely hey it will be ready tomorrow or the next day fine. Or come by the store and grab your items they're in stock but we're a little backed up. Then no problem but bad customer service is what made me eventually Cancel my order. I'm not a fan of Home Depot but at least they're quick to help and jump on an order. Explains why Home Depot sales always top Lowes. I couldn't get a hold of Lowes Corporate. And Quinn is not the manager here any more which explains the customer service. I'd recommend going elsewhere. Even Tractor Supply has the item's. She responded to me that they are not available and for me to come back in a few weeks. I like the selection they have better than Home Depot. My husband prefers Lowes over Home Depot also. HOWEVER, there are a few people here who clearly know nothing about hardware. I asked a guy in the door knob asile if they carried polished nickel door knobs. He had no idea what polished nickel was. I thought I would describe it by telling him it looked like chrome. He also had no idea what chrome looked like because he showed me brass door knobs. Then I moved on to asking him if they had a set of knobs for French doors. He ALSO had no clue what French doors were. I asked him if he knew and he said "I kinda know". No, dude. You either know what the fuck a french door is or you don't. Clearly you don't. Don't pretend. The last time I was in, I asked one of the employees where the shop vacs were, and he pointed to an asile. I get to the asile and they were nowhere to be found. I am 8 months pregnant and waddling like a goddamn penguin and you send me all over hell and back when clearly I am struggling to move. Bad customer service. ALSO, the fact that they have to call a manager for an override every time you request a Military discount is a pain in the ass too. Home Depot just has to scan a bar code and you are done. The management and the entire customer service department are rude and disrespectful. I placed an order online that clearly showed the items that I was purchasing with pictures and on the description and they didn't honor it. They said it was a glitch in their system but that they couldn't honor it because the price was too low. They recognized that it was their fault but still they didn't want to honor it. They had me waiting for literally hours just to te let me know that they couldn't honor it . Then I asked them why it took so long and one of the customer service representative said because my manager when to lunch and after a meeting. I never been to a store that you place an order online for store pick up, then at the store they tell you "we can't sale it to you because the price displayed online is too low." With those exact words. That's called False Advertisement. I'm so mad at this people. Was forced to order my Refrigerator from Lowes, during this pandemic as no other dealer was able to sell me the color and model and brand I wanted quickly, I was first discouraged with this store as I don't normally shop at Lowes due to their high prices, but needed a new refrigerator as mine just went out on me and was having to utilize ice chest to keep my food cold and they were the only store that could accommodate my need for a fridge, my Refrigerator was delivered fairly quickly, however their employees did not want to set up the Refrigerator as it should be and when they did finally do it; it was still not right, my husband then had to do it, this was not nice of them to make us do this as we paid enough money for this item and should of got better service. I have been doing lots of home repairs the last few months and coming here for the supplies . It seems no body knows the departments and then when they call the person who "works" the department it doesn't go any smoother . Trying to find someone who knows how to order blinds was a joke . The blinds came missing a piece . I come in and the person in the department has no idea what to do . Says the replacement part is $66 the blinds were cheaper than that . I came got a lock to have it keyed to my original keys after waiting 20 minutes for the person in the "department " they asked if I could come back tomorrow, nobody there could do it . I come back tomorrow just for the person who "works" the department to watch videos on how to do it because she didn't know how . Oh and there was another time I asked that same employee for a part she told me it was in another department. I go there and the guy redirects me to hers . I ask him to show me because she said it definitely wasn't in hers and it sure was there . Wonderful experience with order pickup on Black Friday. I was shopping for deals on a mini fridge and ordered one for pickup online. Added a few other items too. Came by around 5:30 to pick up and parked in the convenient pick up spaces. Cheerfully helped at the pick up desk (despite this being a busy busy shopping day).
