    This is what the properly made version of this sink looks like installed with my new faucets.

    Lets start with the fact that I own a home by myself and I am a woman. I have spent 1000's at this store from fencing materials to landscaping my 9000 sq ft yard, to remodel my bathrooms and painting, I do it all by myself and usually have no complaints, I get fully ignored at Home Depot so I am usually a Lowe's person, NOT ANYMORE! I bought 2 identical sinks, LOWES brand Project Source white drop in standard sinks. I also bought 2 identical faucets, now I obviously work fulltime and I own 2 businesses which I run from my home so I am quite busy, and imagine that, i didnt install those sinks within 90 days. This summer was rough, friends died, mother had surgery which required her to stay with me, cars transmission went out, life happened! My mother finally went home and car fixed, now I can finally install one sink and faucet, get it done in hours, looks great! I start on the second sink and I notice the 3 holes for faucet hardware look a little small? I guess they don't really care about craftsmanship when it comes to LOWE'S brand, clearly these are not consistantly uniform and are probably sweatshop sinks! I measured, its clearly NOT 10 cms, I go to exchange this for another and they tell me its beyond the 90 days! So effing What! I ask for a manager, another checker comes down and cant even find my info, the other girl did? She then says 'I can call a manager", thought I was already talking to one?! All they did was reiterate their stupid bs policy like thats supposed to really matter to me. So then some guy manager comes to mansplain the policy to me, repeating bullshit doesnt make it so. Its NOT milk and doesnt expire so your policy is bullshit! It would be one thing if I just wanted to return it BUT IT WAS CLEARLY NOT MADE PROPERLY AND THAT SHOULD MATTER MORE THAN YOUR BS POLICY! I just want a usuable sink, which is what i thought i bought, but now Im stuck with this unusable LOWE'S BRAND sink, anybody have any idea's? Im not buying anything else EVER from this company, like I said even as a woman believe it or not!? I do everything myself and I've managed to spend thousands here. Yet you are happy to lose this customer over a 40 dollar sink YOU didn't make right and refused to exchange, and aparently this policy is in place to pay for the 4 incompetents I dealt with in customer service who couldn't find the info in the first place. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN, guess its back to being ignored at HOME DEPOT. Update: On the back of the LOWE'S BRAND sink, it states LIFETIME WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS! So who do I speak to about that? Apparently lifetime Warranty is 90 days, according to Lowe's we are all houseflies!

What makes it so incredible is, the exact same fridge at Costco, also delivered, installed and old fridge hauled away, was $400 more. I got a 33" wide fridge, 26 cf bottom freezer with ice--for $1100. At Costco it was $1500. Incredible savings. Appliances 4 Less is a "scratch and dent" store that also gets returns of undamaged appliances, that's what I got. I took some time and looked around while Rouchen Zhang (Store Manager) was finishing up the sale before me. I was shocked at the low prices. When it was my turn, Rouchen explained that their store averages 40% below retail, and that was certainly my experience. Costco is cheaper than retail also, and Appliances 4 Less was substantially less than Costco! After my purchase, the delivery was scheduled 3 days out. I got a call that morning and the delivery people were on time. They hauled away the old fridge and installed the new one. They left me instructions because the refrigerant got jostled around and needed to settle, so they made sure I don't plug it too soon. If you're in the market for a new appliance, give the Lynnwood Store a call. You really can't beat the prices. As I was calling around, I found out the Tukwila Store charges EXTRA for delivery, installation and haul away ?!?! so your experience may vary if you're not at the Lynnwood Store.

My tenant reported issue with kitchen range venting not working at my property in Seattle so I looked up some businesses who had good reviews and reached out to AApliance one evening even around 6pm. They picked up my call and were able to schedule Dennis to come diagnose the following morning (in less than 24 hours!). I was impressed! On the day off, Dennis arrived promptly and were able to identified that the control board of my venting fan went out and a replacement was needed. He let me know the issue immediately, gave me a specific quote and timeline of when the part would arrived, and once we agreed on prices and plan, we set up a follow-up appointment for control board replacement! The day off, everything wa seamless. I appreciated Dennis following up the day prior confirming our appointment and everything went without a hitch. As a remote landlord, working with AAppliance Repair had been such a blessing. They were communicative, trustworthy and reliable. You bet I would trust, recommend and hire them again in the future with any appliance issues!

They seemed to have decent reviews and were able to get to the house sooner than any other company so I went with them. The first appointment was for Sunday January 18th with a window from 10am-12pm. This was to diagnose the issue. The tech Dmitrii didn't show up until 12:45pm. Things happen so I wasn't too concerned about him showing up late at this time. I was told Dmitrii had diagnosed the issue and I was sent an invoice and needed to put down a 50% deposit in order to move forward with the repair. He didn't have the part on hand so we had to schedule for another day. The second appointment was set for Tuesday January 20th with a window of 6pm - 8pm. I got a message from Dmitrii at 8:01pm saying he was having car troubles and could no longer make the appointment. A little shocked that he just learned of his car troubles a minute AFTER my appointment window but okay. We rescheduled for him to go out to the house the following day. The third appointment was set for Wednesday January 21st with a window from 6pm-8pm. He showed up within the window this time at 6:40pm however, he was unable to fix the issue. Dmitrii told my tenant the day he "diagnosed" the issue that it was either the actuator or the transmission (I had no idea about this because the invoice I received was for the actuator so naturally I assumed that's what needed to be repaired). So he left and I called in to see what was going on. I thought that the whole point of a diagnosis was to figure out what the issue was. I was told he may have gotten a faulty part and would like to go back out to the house to try and fix the issue. The fourth appointment was set for Thursday January 22nd with a window time of 4pm-6pm. I get a text from my tenant at 6:01pm that Dmitrii has not shown up yet again. At this point, Im extremely frustrated with this tech. Not only has he been late, not shown up to an appointment, misdiagnosed the issue, but he's wasted a lot of my tenants time as well as mine. He finally shows up at 7:23pm almost a whole hour and a half late, but again does not fix the issue. When he didn't show up on time this night, I was able to speak to the owner and before Dmitrii showed up he let me know that if the issue isn't fixed I will get a full refund so that was nice. Moral of the story, I ended up ordering a new washer and will never call A Appliance again. I feel like o failed my tenants by calling this company and leaving them without a washer for over a week now since we have to wait a couple of days for the new washer to arrive. I wouldn't have been so frustrated if the tech communicated better, or at all. Every time he was late I had to call, no messages from him to give us a heads up. My suggestion is if you want something done in a timely manner, go elsewhere.

Someone responded right away. The repair tech was out by 2:30 that day to analyze the problem. Igor the repair person said it was the defrost part of the fridge was on the fritz. Because it was late on a Friday he wasn't able to order until after the weekend. He ordered the part on Monday and installed it on Tuesday morning. It is a $89 for diagnostic fee which goes towards repair if you choose to proceed. It was $469 (-%15 for yelp customer discount) to replace the lower arm assembly and seal. Yes, this is about 8x what it would cost to do the repair yourself, but minus the frustration. They asked for a $200 deposit. I made an appointment and stayed home from work - the technician did not show up the first time. I asked what was going on after the time window had passed - and he had fallen sick and had to cancel, which happens understandably, but I would have appreciated a heads up. Then, I rescheduled for the next day and confirmed - that also got cancelled. Clearly there is a bit of a gap of communication here. That being said, they took a small sum off for the inconvenience and completed a successful repair.

    i went in to metropolitan appliance on memorial day weekend and had done my online research and was…read morepretty certain what i wanted in terms of a replacement slide in stove. jacob a approached me and ended up helping me. we spent over an hour talking about options and discussing standard coil vs induction/glass top. i wasn't going to go that route but jacob is very thorough and not pushy at all; multiple times he stated that his goal was for me to purchase something i felt comfortable with and would be happy to own. i appreciated that. ultimately i decided to go with a frigidaire model that was a drastic improvement on the stove/oven i've lived with for two decades. he took care of the payment paperwork, the scheduling of delivery which had to wait until now and also all the communication between us. he was also kind enough to send a follow up email alerting me to being eligible for a rebate based on the model i had chosen. today, the delivery folks showed up within the stated window and i'll just say that the tracking system clients are sent to know when to expect the delivery is magic! it helped a lot to be prepared and to have cleared the adjacent space but it left no guessing for when they would arrive. jorge and his teammate (sorry, i didn't catch his name) were professional and efficient. they knew how to handle the extrication of the old appliance, how to set up the new one and insure it was level, and they walked me through basic operating instructions. all told (and i haven't yet used the appliance) i have been very happy with the level of service and courteous communication from this business. it makes me want to provide their name to others who are in the appliance market and to use them again when i next need a replacement.
