So I drive there and they tell me its 50% higher and that we had never talked on the phone about prices. Then I find another Lowe's that has the original lower price, and THEY can't talk to them to find that person or price. I would have given this place 5 stars based on the customer service of the two gentleman in flooring, BUT (lol) my cashier killed the vibe. Long story short when you want to get a quote for flooring you set up a measure first and you do it in the back in the flooring section, they then give you a piece of paper that you take to a cashier to pay for said measure. SO... I took that piece of paper up to the front and the first thing my cashier says is, "ewww laminate?!" .... uhhh WHAT?! .... I just stared at him with the weirdest look on my face and eventually hesitantly said yessss. He then asked if I was remodeling a trailer, (omg) I said no my bedrooms and needless to say things got pretty awkward. I nicely told him you probably shouldn't say that to people. He then tried redeeming himself by saying that where he was from and where he grew up that they only used laminate in bathrooms and trailers.... NICE! Thanks! I also bought a washer and dryer and when they came to install it they forgot to sell me a certain part because the associate handling my in store order was from the cabinet department. Ok so first lets explain the way I see home improvement hardware stores Lowes: You are paying more than Home Depot however you may be able to find something Home Depot doesn't have on a rare occasion (or rarely a good sale). Home Depot: You need to do something in your house (yeah you don't want to) but it has to happen, this is my go to place. Ace: Ok Walmart is not going to have this one part and I am not going all the way to Home Depot so lets go around the corner. Walmart: I can get what I need REALLY cheap here and don't have to spend time oogling home improvement projects I can't afford to do right now. Having said all that this Lowes is OK. We found a really good deal on our refrigerator here after shopping around and it was by far the best bang for the buck, However note that it was on sale. I know they do price matching here but they carry models that most other places don't. The service here is good, not exceptional, I find the people at Home Depot are USUALLY more knowledgeable. I think my lower rating is due to price. Not a fan of their "Designer Prices" I need something that looks decent and functions, not something to put in a mansion that I don't have. read more

I shop at this Lowes location regularly. I have had 2 seperate amazing customer service experiences. First, I was shopping for door knobs for my new home. If anyone has shopped for door knobs you know that there are alot of options, shapes, colors, prices etc. I do not remember the associates name but she was so helpful and personable. I liked the ability to change my locks on my own but was somewhat scared of the safety of it. She was very on top of her product knowledge and was very helpful. She even remembered me a couple weeks later and asked me how my install went. Second, I was shopping for a new bathroom countertop. I had choose the one that I wanted and an associate came to make sure that I didn't have any questions etc. I told him that I had made my choice. He helped me get it off the shelf and even took it upon himself to open the box and make sure that it was damage free. I honestly would not have thought to do that on my own. We inspected it, taped it up... he walked me up to the check out, loaded it in my truck. Very nice man again I wish I remembered his name. All of the associates at the Thunderbird location are always helpful and kind. read more

Only drawback this time was that there were not a lot of employees to ask questions of, however right as we needed someone in the door section, Rosemary showed up and helped us tremendously with finding a prehung door. The last few years have been hard on everybody. Everybody is tired, tired of worrying, tired of being afraid. People are people, they deserve at least the basic respect and decorum to be able to go about their day and struggle through their hardships silently if that's what they wish. If they come in peace let them go in peace is a good motto. Like I said, that last two years have been hard on everyone. But that last three and a half years have been literal hell to me. My daughter passed in 2018. I'm 29. I get I may look like I fit a stereotype, and that's fair I guess. I'm tall, handful of shitty tattoos I've had since I was 17. Don't really show much expression. I get it. The first year after my daughter passed I was a mess. I drank away most of that year when I wasn't working. She was young, very young, and I would've traded places a hundred times over. I would give anything. After that first year I tried to find ways to stay busy the last few months of the year. Anything really that I could throw myself in just to be able not to think. She was born in December, died in January at six years old. So this year I decided I was going to throw myself into working on my place, and my ex father in laws place. So I go to lows today, just to kind of browse around, see what they have and what prices they have, pick up some curtains and a new hammer, maybe get lost staring at the grills imaging the possibility of different days. Just try to take my mind off things on another dark day. I'm doing my wander, checking curtain lengths, find the nails I need, and start looking around to see what isle they may have stashed the hammers on, I mean I'd only been in the store 15 minutes, hardly enough time to memorize it right? A police officer had been following me in the store, I honestly hadn't noticed, I was kind of lost in my thoughts. As I look around trying to read the signs everywhere to find what I'm looking for she calls out saying I look lost, asking what I'm looking for. Obviously I'm not exactly thrilled to be brought back to the moment. "Hammers" I said "I need to do some cabinet work" I go back looking for a second before I ask "why? Do you work here? Know where they are" she looks at me with what looks like wonder at my obviously rhetorical question and just replies "Does it look like I work here?" I shrug answer " Well I don't know why you're asking me then?" She proceeds to question me on my business, obviously I have no intent to share it. Not because she's a cop, not because she's obviously profiling me, but because quite simply its not her or anybody else's business. I'm browsing, not touching anything I'm not intent to buy, absolutely no reason for anyone to speak to me who wasn't wearing a red vest. She proceeds to tell me that I'm acting suspicious, I tell her she's profiling me for being a big dude in an A-frame with bad tattoos. She says I'm acting different than other customers because I'm just walking around and not buying anything, again only been inside 15 minutes people. I ask her honestly if nobody wandered around browsing and she reiterate that yes they did, but I fit a criteria. If I'm honest at that point I was just trying not to cry. I'm exhausted, I haven't slept a decent night in years, and I just want to be left alone. takes my items and sets them down, proceeds to walk me out of the store, making me do the grand walk of shame if front of customers and employees like I'm a criminal.refuses to get her police sergeant down there saying she's off duty and working for lowes. Mind you, in full uniform, with city issued gear on, but whatever. We get outside where she proceeds to question my business, where I work, what I do, ECT. Stating when I try to tell her how wrong of a situation this all is that she'll have me arrested for trespassing. The manager comes out, shrugs, tells me it's up to the cop. Doesn't matter I didn't do anything wrong, illegally or erratic Eventually they let me back in, with escort. get my nails, my hammer and my curtains, and manage to get outside before I break down. read more

I had my kitchen counters done by a countertop company, but they had no none available to do the backsplash. I looked around and decided, against my better judgment, to try Lowes. I had always thought they are a merchandise store, not a specialty store, hence my hesitation. I was blown away with their customer service. The product and the installation went beyond the perfection I wanted. Eddie and David were friendly, extremely helpful, easy to get a hold of, and above all, made the whole process fun as well as easy. Then, the installation, done by Andres Castile - again great guy, fun, informative and the quality of work was impressive. This could not have gone better. Now, not only will I continue to shop at Lowes for all my home needs, if I need work done to my home, I will go here first. Thank you for your exemplary service. Poor Selection. Especially for plumbing jobs. Home Depot is just on the other side of the freeway and has a much better selection Higher prices than Home Depot. Tool section was remodeled so that aisles run perpendicular to the rest of the store. There is a skinny entrance to the tool section in the front middle of the store, and the tool section is like a corral. It's a very annoying layout as the entrance to the section doesn't fit more than one person or cart through, so it gets congested. Also if you need to get something from one of the neighboring aisles (plumbing, electrical, hardware) you have to make your way back to the center of the store to get out of the tool section and then head back over to the area you were already at but had a short wall blocking you. Lowe's brand Kobalt tools are cheaply made and break easily. I bought a metal Kobalt ratcheting screwdriver thinking the metal construction would make it last. The metal cap for the bit holder stripped out within a month. Then the directional switch got sloppy and would flip all by itself making it worthless. I also bought a Kobalt screwdriver set, one of the Philip screwdrivers only had half of a cross on the tip. One side was completely round and smooth. Honestly if it wasn't for the fact that this Lowe's was so close to my house and that the traffic by the Home Depot on the east side of the freeway is always so bad, I'd never go to Lowe's. In fact when time isn't an issue I usually drive out of my way to an Ace Hardware or the Home Depot on 59th and Peoria. Of course sometimes when I'm in a rush and go to Lowe's because it's quick, I find they don't carry the part or tool I need and end up going somewhere else anyway. read more

Negative 5 stars is my actual rating. Bought a more expensive set of outdoor GE LED Christmas lights and put them up in early December. They worked fine for a few weeks. We went out of town for the holidays and when I got back the lights were not working. I tried to return them last night but Lowe's has a no return policy on Christmas items after 12/26. No notice of this when I shopped in early December and we did not get back in town until 12/28 and it took me a couple days before I noticed the lights were not working. I also had 4 unopened and unused Christmas items I tried to return. No deal. Individual at the Returns desk would take no responsibility and referred me to the manufacturer. I do not have the luxury to be this insensitive to patients in my practice nor would we sell faulty products or services. If we did I would take full responsibility. Needless to say I will be shopping at my local hardware store or Home Depot from now on. This Lowe's has a rating of 2.5 stars. Shopping for a washer/dryer/fridge for a new house...had already been to depot to compare prices and stopped at the best buy across the street from this lowe's to compare there too. Best buy has probably the worst service on the planet, so I pretty much just made notes on models and prices from there but didn't get any good information only spoke to one guy there who had no knowledge of really anything.. Went across the street to this lowes and was helped by Henry. He was really top notch, very knowledgeable and helpful. I am greatly disappointed. This used to be my favorite store, but lately I have found them to be sorely lacking in certain areas. Today was my third trip in 5 days to purchase supplies for a project. I have spent over $500 for a project that I only budgeted $300. Part of the overage was that I couldn't get longer lengths of wood cut because their saw was not working (due to a bent blade), so I had to buy the 8' lengths that would fit in my vehicle which created a lot of unusable wood which caused me to have to buy more. I was hoping that when I went back today that the saw would have been fixed, after all, they sell saw blades. Sadly, this was not the case. I asked if I could cut the longer board myself with a hand saw. A manager was called and said he would be right with me. After 10 minutes of waiting, the manager called the store employee who was standing with me to say I couldn't cut the wood. (You notice that he did not come himself to tell me.) Needless to say, I had an armload of stuff, and would have spent approximately another $100 but decided that they had enough of my money. I placed all the items on the counter and left the store to go across the street and see if Home Depot wanted my money. They did. They cut the one piece of wood I needed and I spent less money on each of the things I was going to purchase at Lowe's. read more

They had sent three different associates over and no one could do anything in the paint department. So far I've used this Lowe's to install a fence(pool). Everything was scheduled, delivered and installed on time. I then decided I wanted to DIY privacy fences so i ordered all material online. It was ready for pick up the next day....but I forgot to measure my Jeep to see if materials would fit. They didn't. Emily at the pick up desk was very helpful, loaned me a measuring tape, explained my options and told me I didn't have to rush picking it up. Eventually, I ended up ordering more stuff I needed and Lowe's delivered it at a discounted price, thankfully! Everyone from cashier, pick up desk and delivery guy was helpful and understanding so I'd definitely go to Lowe's again. By the way...they give a military discount! read more

I received 7 packages for a closet storage system I ordered online. Lowe's did not have an installer in my area so I had to find my own. One package was obviously a return. The opened box was retaped with blue Lowe's tape in multiple places. The doors inside were alright but there was not any hardware to install the doors. I went online to chat asking if a new replacement box could be delivered to my home today. One that was not missing pieces, since the installer was coming today. Had to chat with 3 people before someone understood what I was asking. Brandy was as helpful as she could be but did not really have any ability to help me. She did offer me a refund. Well the refund was nice but that did not help me with the missing pieces and my closet system to be installed today. She did suggest I could contact the manufacturer (she was kind enough to provide me with their tele #) and she could put in a case for me with the store and they would contact me in a few days to deliver replacement in a few more days. I am without a vehicle today to just go to the store and get a replacement. Still no help for today from Lowe's for something that was clearly their fault. The price on the system was good but I guess you get what you pay for. Returned item with missing parts for a $600 system. Buyer beware. If it seems too good to be true, it most likely is. Thought I would purchase 4 more systems for my other bedrooms, uh NO. Not now. Terrible first real experience with Lowe's. Lesson learned. Back to Home Depot for me. read more

Attentive staff when browsing for appliances. However, when it came time to complete the purchase for over $5K in appliances it took an hour. The prices for appliances were comparable to Home Depot and other retailers- even the so called "discount " places. Other general items are generally a little higher at Lowe's. Would have rated it a 3 if it wasn't for the great financing option as well as the cashier finding a way to get us $30 off without even asking. I should also note that every staff member is very courtesy, but not very fast or eager to close a sale. read more

Please don't try to get a sliding door installed by Lowe's. If you do, expect to pay over double the cost of what your door's price is, along with god awful wait times. First they make you schedule a rep from Lowe's to measure your door. Then they send that info to their installers. Then installers come to measure the door again. Then you're at the mercy of whatever store has your stuff in stock or what needs to be ordered. Our Lowe's rep assured us everything we needed was in stock and we'd hear from the installers within 48 hrs. Nope. 1 week later I text the rep that I haven't gotten a response. She says I can call the hotline or the store to speak to a manager. What is the point of her job if she can't even help me and told me to ask a manager??? I call the hotline and they tell me some piece of wood was out of stock but now it's in, so they will get back to me when they contact the installer. After confirming the time and day of the install, he does his work which required 2 separate days. The sliding door itself is a good product. However after all was said and done there were a lot of scuff and scratch marks on the door itself. This entire process from start to finish took almost two months. To change 1 sliding door. I'd rather go with a local company next time. Lowe's is complete trash with communication issues when it comes to installing. read more

The return policy here is ridiculous. I bought a blower/vacuum for $89.99, I got it home and a couple weeks later attempted to use it. Hats off and high fives to you men that work these machines like pros. I couldn't seem to get the leaves to blow in a pile, I just blew them all over the place. I saved my receipt, and next time I went to Lowe's I tried to return it. No go. The policy states you can't return power equipment after 30 days. Even if it is in perfect condition (manual original packaging ect.) and you have the receipt. So now I am stuck with a blower/vacuum I spent over 90 bucks on and can't use. And the chick at the counter was completely rude and condescending. I wanted to smash her in the face with the box. At least then I'd get some bang for the 90 bucks. Horrible experience trying to get a kitchen renovated. It took three months to get it finished. It tried work with and once things went sideways it got worse and worse for us. We lived without a kitchen for three months, their communications was horrible and I would never use them again for anything. Matter of fact I won't even buy anything from them anymore. HomeDepot or Ace Hardware even if I have to go 10 miles out of my way. Please listen to me and stay far, far away. read more

Ordered $12k in windows and a sliding door back in October. Was told they would arrive in January because of Pandemic supply chain issues. Never heard back from anyone January came and went. I called in late February the sales person "Elmer" had quit no one seemed to know much but after a few phone calls they looked up the order said maybe march. Called back in March found out when Elmer ordered the sliding door he sent an email to a Milgard employee that employee never placed the order. I dropped by the store in person because hard to get anyone on the phone. The lady in the window department looked the order up said the windows would be here in end of March. The sliding door would be here in June. I understand that because of the supply chain issues things take longer but need to follow up with your customers. Discuss what the plan is when the windows show up. How about schedule install. Little nervous that lack of employees Lowes is going to be around much longer. When someone quits who is handling customers hand them off to someone else or a supervisor needs to make sure customers are not left hanging. When I would call they tell me they would check into it call me back I never once got a call back I always had to call again, or even drive to the store. I should not have to go chasing employees around to get an answer. We would like to put our home up for sale and now were stuck waiting months on windows, and a door that was never ordered. read more

I admit it that I personally always chose Lowe's over HD due to their overall better selections. Also because they gave my dad veteran discounts when he was alive. In addition, when we were picking out a product deciding between one at HD and Lowe's the sales rep was very helpful, yes, they do rainchecks, all cinched our choice. Today though, they've given me a sour taste in my mouth. Some deck materials have been on sale so we've been buying as much as we could drive home at one time in order to build patio decks for elderly and wheelchaired mom. It's going great despite limited time to work on it. Sale end looms so family member goes to buy the last three loads we need. It's okay, because the website says they have 70 on hand and we only need under 40. Plus, Lowe's does raincheck's, right? Wrong! Project 1/3rd built at home and that 70 boards turned out to be 4 damaged ones. Employee can't find another pallet in stock. No rainchecks. Okay, we'll just order online. It still shows 70. Everything will be fine. Wrong! Order of 12 cancelled. Why? Because they don't have them in stock even though another shipment is expected either the last day of the sale or...the day after. The only other thing we can do is order through their Pro Desk. Which just happens to close at very shortly when we get off at our own workplace which is strict on leaving times. The store is open to 10pm, but the Pro Desk closes at 3pm. Really?! Right now we are highly tempted to uproot all the boards already put in plus separately purchased fasteners and nails, haul the lot back to Lowe's and demand our money back. Lowe's if your count is off on a sale product -that is NOT discontinued- then you should honor the customer who is willing to wait for another shipment... Not blow them off. We'll see how tomorrow goes, but I'm not really ready to start loving orange exclusively. But this is an expensive snafu in our plans that we can ill afford. Make it right, Lowe's! read more

I wasn't going to post my review until tomorrow, but I am so irritated! I bought a new Washer and Dryer from Lowes, and so far my experience has been horrible. First the man who showed up to remove the old machines and put it the new ones came alone. I told them in store that the machines were on a pedestal, so I didn't know how he was supposed to do it alone. He didn't either, and was very clearly upset about being alone. After making a few calls in my laundry room, no one was being sent to help him. He then went on to try to do it on his own, the dryer went out ok, but when it came the heavier machine, the washer, he was struggling. He asked me to move my little laundry room rug under the machine, which I did, but mid move it shifted and the machine came down chipping my brand new tile. As he was scraping the machine around, I informed him that he had chipped the tile, he made a comment about it and continued to move the machine outside. While he was gone I started sweeping up the debris from the old machines, and when he returned, he went on to ask me where the chipped tile piece was. I of course had just swept, but still got down on my knees to sift through my pile to find it, we never found the piece. After he installed the new machines and was leaving he told me that the manager would be contacting me. About 30 minutes later a manger called me to ask about the tile, we brainstormed back and forth about what could be done to fix the issue, and decided she would call me the following day after I had a chance to talk to my husband. Even after all of that I was still willing to let them fix it, before I wrote a review, until this evening, mid cycle my dryer power will not even turn on. I tried to fix all the usual culprits, plug not in all the way, even reset all the breakers including main breaker (while I was mid dinner btw) but nothing was working so I called the store. After getting the manager on the phone he put me through to the Appliance specialist. I explained the issue of the power and she said " I guess we can send someone out there tomorrow to see what happened, maybe the power cord wasn't attached right" I asked her what I should do about the wet clothes I have tonight and she told me "that was up to me" . Annoyed and wanting to get off the phone, I asked her what time I could expect someone and she told me she didn't know, that they would call me in the morning. Like this is not a priority at all. Like the money we spent there is nothing. This will now be the second day in a row that I will have to sit around at home waiting for them to come to my house. I really hope they fix this and make it right, and if they do I will amend my review! read more

This is my first ever Yelp review i normally dont have the time for stuff like this but i feel this is extremely important to share I've recently had the displeasure of trying to business with this store. The store manager Norm was extremely disrespectful and rude. I wouldn't expect that kind unprofessionalism from a manager. He belittled me in front of one of my employees. I know Lowes price matches competitors all I asked was that he honor that his response was "it's at my discretion and I don't have to give you an answer as to why, just cause I said no now leave!" Of course this upset me, so I asked for a senior manager and his response was "I am the manager" and refused to give me any further information. And on the way out just as a parting gift he says leave my store "baby cry!" so I stopped turned around and insisted that i speak to a manager. And finally he gives me a number to his boss. I called the very next day the boss was pleasant and understanding but I don't feel there was a resolution and still feel pretty bad about my experience. I visited Home Depot the very next day and bought my $400 order not only did they price match the competitor the woman in their pro desk was nice enough to look up a better deal for me and the beat it by 10%. So attention professional contractor's with a pro account unless you like the abuse go to Home Depot.. I was never biased before I certainly am now. read more

Very friendly and helpful location. Greeted when I walked in. Came in for a light bulb and the associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about the specialty light bulb I had. She located my replacement and showed me some other better energy saving options. Check out was quick. I also needed a propane tank and the cashier rung it. Thought it was a little expensive at $49 but refills are only $14 (I had to leave my two in Texas because the movers wouldn't move them). Another associate immediately walked out with me and got the propane tank for me. I will definitely come back to this location. read more

We've been doing some major renovations and went to Lowe's for 3 different custom order items. Somehow Lowe's managed to mess up all three orders. Item 1 - A custom made glass pantry door. I ordered a frosted glass door with "Pantry" written on it. The door was being installed as a pocket door. As such, I made it clear that I did not want a hole for the door handle (no bore, as they call it). After waiting 28 days, the door came in bored. There idea of making it better was to tell me that I could either repurchase the door at full price and wait the full 28 days, again, or they would discount the door they messed up. So, basically, wait or pay to take their trash off their hands. Items 2 - Kitchen cabinets I ordered 4 cabinets for a breakfast bar (1 upper and 3 lower). They were supposed to be delivered to the store on July 21st. That day came and went without getting a call. So, I called the store the next day and they said that it wasn't going to be delivered until the 28th. Yet no one thought the change of date was at all relevant to me. Then, on the 28th, I didn't receive a call, again. So, I called and found out that they had been delivered. I told them that I was bringing a moving truck and that I would get them that same day. They said they would have them pulled aside and waiting for me. Instead, I ended up sitting in the customer service area for 45 minutes while they tried to find my items. Once I got the boxes home and opened them, I found out that they hadn't shipped the toe-kicks or trim. So, I ended up waiting a couple more weeks for those items, which (of course) were broken when they finally arrived. Item 3 - Laminate counter tops I ordered a laminate counter top to go over the breakfast bar. In order to avoid snagging the edge of the laminate and having it torn (like you see so often), I told them that I wanted a radius for the corner. I even showed them a model that they had in their showroom that had the exact corner that I was looking for. They delivered this twice and both times it had the wrong edge. This last time the guy told me that they can't do a rounded edge. When I asked how they managed to make one for their display, he told me that it wasn't the same thing. By this time, I was pretty pissed and just said, "Look, I'm not an idiot. I know that it was a laminate counter top, exactly like I ordered. If you think I'm wrong, I'll be happy to ride with you back to your store and show it to you. And, if it can't be made, then why wouldn't someone have mentioned that either of the two times I placed this order?" In total, I spent over $30,000 in my renovations. Thanks to their inept service, they only get about $400 of that money. I guess if they don't care about losing money, then I don't care about going to Home Depot. read more

Do not buy appliances here!!! Plain and simple. We have purchased 2 brand new refrigerators here, both of which broke. First, we purchased a fridge here 2 years ago, it got delivered and immediately didn't work. They didn't have any more of the exact make and model of that fridge so they offered us a floor model of a different brand. We were really in need of a fridge so we took it. Fast forward 2 years later and no surprise, that SECOND refrigerator also broke! What a joke. So, my husband went to this location (where we purchased) to talk to a manager about options. Just to see if there was anything they could do to help us with the warranty since we've had 2 refrigerators break on us (that cost upwards of $900). The manager working the morning of 8/14/20 was incredibly rude and useless. He acted as though my husband was a bother for even asking a question. God forbid we'd get a little customer service. The best they could do was give us a $90 discount off of a $700+ refrigerator. What a joke! Needless to say we declined and will never ever give our business to Lowes. Do not shop here! read more

Friendly staff, classier and better organized than home Depot, but everything is slightly more expensive as a result.

Getting assistance in here is a task in itself. The folks in the plumbing (toilets specifically) are slow, lazy and rude. I came in knowing exactly what toilet to purchase. I asked an older gentleman with glasses for help. Without looking at me, he said 'I'm assisting another customer'. However he was casually leaning against a scaffold, arms crossed, chatting up with a co-worker about nothing that had to do with work- and right in front of me! So I went to the desk and asked a woman at the computer for help. She said 'I'm clocking out for lunch now but let me find someone to help you.' She then disappeared. I waited around for 15 more minutes and finally a young woman with a ponytail & tattoos on her arm came out and said she'd be with me once she was finished. I finally left the store after about 15 additional minutes of waiting. Does this Lowes not realize that there is a Home Depot right down the street? I'll take my business there. The 2 stars are for the friendly associates in paint and lighting who assisted me last week with kindness, respect and professionalism. read more

Go in looking for a lumber cart to pick up some sheets of plywood. None to be found till you get inside. The employees have 15 carts loaded with crap so customers can't use them. People must be retarded. read more

Sorry to one star Lowes, but went into the garden department looking for a one gallon plant....they have the five gallon...and asked if they have the one gallon size...got little help other than basically telling me to go look for myself. Not good customer service. read more

So after driving all the way to pick up my item, it's not there but stated they would have more in stock. So Amanda was very helpful and got Ray to honor the purchase for the price online and I have paid in store so when it comes in I will receive a call to pick up item. Ray didn't seem happy but was he honored his word. read more

Really poor customer service! Waited twenty minutes for an associate to even show up in paint section (they called for someone three times) finally asked for manager. When the manager finally showed up he was rude and dismissive! The store wasn't even that busy at the time. Won't be going back to this location. read more
