I ordered 19 pallets of retaining wall block and pushed my delivery date out 5 days. They show up and only deliver 9 pallets and say the other 10 will be delivered the next day. The next day only 9 were delivered and the paper work says 10 to b loaded. Driver takes pictures and says I'm 1 short. I call and they say it should be delivered the next day. What fking planet do these people live on. Really I have a project I'm working on and it's okay to just fk with you and not come through as required. If I could give negative stars, I would. This experience with Lowe's has been a nightmare. We ordered a fridge on Saturday to be delivered on Monday. They had to reschedule because they ran out of time to deliver on Monday. Whatever that was fine. Wednesday comes and NO FRIDGE. I talked to Bryan and he said it would be there for sure around 12-4, then I call back and they try to say that they never said that. Called multiple times and they kept saying it was still going to be delivered. Finally we spoke to Manny who said that they accidentally left our fridge on a different truck from Monday. So absolutely disappointed in Lowe's, first of all we order an outdoor patio set so they forget to deliver it so we throw them out of Mulligan the first time, as for the second time we try calling this load nobody answers the phone and all the management tells us is we're updating our phone system not sorry there's nothing. So then we ask about our delivery and then go on to explain to us that the delivery company they use is a third party delivery so they have no control over it? I returned an unopened showerheard outside the 90 day return policy, and they said they could only give me a partial store credit. how is it that lowe's where I spend a ton more money does not have as reasonable a policy as target, target would not do this to me. I called lowes corporate, and told them this would end out relationship, and they said we are store support we just support whatever decision the store makes. the store indicated that they were limited by the system and could do nothing else. these evil corporations setting up policies and procedures to steal from the consumer. it ends today with me and lowe's. read more

I went to the Temecula Lowes the last two days to get some supplies to keep me busy at home during Covid 19 stay at home. The first day I grabbed a garden center cart and asked for a wipe or disinfectant to be told by the 20 something guy, they didn't have any? Reluctantly i took the cart and began shopping. the following day I returned and went through the main entrance had to ask a manager this time for a wipe, which he went inside and came back later with one wipe? During my visit to the plumbing area the store assistant was not practicing social distancing and was right next to me looking for a product. None of the employees were wearing masks and the only regard i could see for Lowes efforts was they had nice signs for 6 ft apart at checkout stations. My husband and I moved to Temecula in late February and since then have been shopping at the Lowe's on Winchester. Everyone there has always been very courteous and helpful until today. It is 3:18 and we just left there. We needed some supplies so we hurriedly went there. Again everyone was helpful except that when we came to register 9. This is how I feel, if you don't enjoy your job, then don't work, especially when you have to work with the public. Will never buy anything at this location. First, they have no responsibility to the words they spoke to their customers. Second, seems like no one knows anything about their products and sales. Third, the employees here do not work as a team. Everyone says different and made me visit the store 5 times in a week after I purchase my washer and dryer. I bought a set of Samsung washer and dryer a week ago. At the first visit, I concerned the price will drop on Black Friday event. But they told me to purchase right now and they can refund those price differences if the item's price drop in 30 days from purchase day. So, I purchased it with promotion $100 discount on each devices. After 4 days, the price dropped $100 more on each device. I went to store and they refused to price adjustment. I had to cancel the order and re-order it, and the estimated delivery went back from 12/9 to 12/14 now. This is first complaints. Second complaints: While I was on the process to purchase it, I saw postage stated there will be 20% or up to $100 more discount if I get approved for Lowe's credit card. I was not approved since I applied it few months ago while I was buying my refrigerator. I asked if I can bring my sister here next day and to see if she can get approved to get $100 more discount. The sales man told me "absolutely". I brought my sister and she got approved for the credit card. When we try to apply the discount, they said we cannot cancel the original order to place a new order on Lowe's credit card since the purchase amount is not settle yet on my bank. it is on pending status. the customer service on the location says come back tomorrow once it is settled on your bank, we will change the payment method and get you $100 more discount. I asked again if my sister need to be here in person when I come back and they said NO. I came back next day, and the different work at customer service told me to bring my sister. The person needs to be at store when we use Lowe's credit card. I was a little annoyed. I came back with my sister the next day(at 3rd time visit), they finally told me that they could not use this card to get discount because I already got promotion price. they could not stack two promotion on my purchase. WTF? this is how they ask me to apply credit card and I cannot even use it at the end? One salesman says apply it and another supervisor says no. This is how they misleading their customers. No teamwork. Another complaint here. the salesman seems knows nothing at all about their product. I asked the salesman about a letter differences on the model number for the dryer. As I mentioned earlier that I had to cancel my original order and re-order them. On my original order, the first 3 letters of the model number was DVG. I found a model number with DVE with same spec. I asked the salesman about the differences. He told me that the model's features are the same but one is old model and the another one is new. I thought that I was lucky because I re-ordered them but will get newer model. So I placed the order. After that, I found out that DVG means Gas dryer, and DVE means electric dryer. OMG. I cancelled order again and placed another order. Lastly, it is about the rebate. I asked them how to apply for the rebate. The site where I should apply for the rebate asked me a specific numbers to get a rebate. I asked the salesman, and the salesman called his boss since he cannot figure it out. But his boss does not know anything about it and asked me to call gas and water company. My final order was placed at Lowe's store at Murrieta. When I asked him about rebate program, the sales guy gave me a QR code to scan when I apply the rebate at water company's website. LOL. Seriously? Even though I live at Temecula, I will never ever visit Lowe's store at Temecula again. Buying a products should be really simple process. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I bought a dryer from the scratch and dent area. Took it home, installed only to find out it was a used dryer with hair, lent in the vent and the back screen was burnt. When I called the Temecula Lowes and spoke to the manager it was basically too bad, you bought it at a discounted rate. I was interested in purchasing carpet and visited my local store in Menifee. They were out of the carpet I wanted and informed me the Temecula store had 100 yards. I drove to the store and the guy told me they had non without looking and asked me to talk to the department specialist. After looking for the specialist, I was told he was busy and could not help me. I will be shopping for carpet elsewhere and probably won't be back into a lowe's but definitely will not be returning to the Temecula location. The worst place to shop. They have lots of employees, but they're all too busy to help customers. I went in to buy a bbq and couldn't find anyone to help us. We asked 5 different employees. I finally found someone, bought the bbq and it came with free setup and delivery. It was delivered in the box, sent it back. Then I called the store to find out when it would be delivered and was transferred 3 times and was told it would be delivered Friday. It wasn't, so I went down to Lowe's and was told Wednesday. I've NEVER had such a bad experience ordering an item as I've had with this location. We ordered a fridge online June 2. It wouldn't be delivered until June 13. Ok, not a huge deal. Get a call the day before scheduled delivery that although their system showed they had the item they actually didn't have it. Delivery moved to June 20th. Annoying, but not the end of the world, I guess. Get a call a couple days before that the fridge that came in is damaged beyond being able to be sold and that it'd be another 2 weeks before another fridge could be delivered. So now we're over 2 weeks later and a month past when I ordered the fridge and haven't even been contacted again with an update on when to expect it. I've had to call numerous times because discounts we were supposed to receive were not entered, emails showed wrong info, and now I'm trying to cancel the delivery because I'm so fed up and have been going in circles being transferred around for TEN MINUTES without being able to speak to someone to cancel the order. Save yourself a huge headache and don't bother ordering appliances from Lowe's, especially if it's coming from this location. My dad tried to warn me not to order from them and I didn't listen and here I am wasting cumulative hours of my life dealing with them with nothing to show for it. UPDATE: After being transferred around for 15 minutes their system hung up on me. When I called back, I was advised the department that picked up initially (customer service) is the department that cancels the orders...so what this boils down to is they're in too much of a rush to bother listening to a simple request and then send people in circles. read more

This is an update on the washing machine that was delivered to my house in December that TWO installers sent by Lowes on different occasions refused to place onto a washing machine drain tray. In February, The LG machine I bought was defective and flooded the 2nd and 1st story of my brand new home that I closed on in November 2021. The flooring and walls had to be removed on the second and the walls of the garage below have to be completely re-done. CLARISSA the manager at Lowe's was not helpful with my case and told me to go through LG. Despite the fact that I purchased a defective machine that lasted me a couple of months before flooding my home and the fact that two lazy installers refused to install the washing machine drain tray, there's nothing Lowe's offered to do to make it right on their part, not even an apology. Beware when purchasing appliances from Lowe's. I will never shop at Lowe's again nor will I recommend making big purchases through them to fellow home owners. I ordered a refrigerator last week. It was supposed to be delivered today from 8-12. It did not get delivered until 3:02 pm. All of the glass shelving was shattered. The delivery guy advised me to call the store for a replacement. The first time that I called the store, I was left on hold for over 15 minutes and then hung up on. The second time I called I was told to call fulfillment because I couldn't be transferred. I was told that the department was open until 7. I called the department is closed. I initially came in for an outdoor project I was working on and happened to stumble upon Drew. He immediately knew what I needed, and he made sure that all my questions were answered and thoroughly helped me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. As he was helping me, he would go out of his way to thank his colleagues for all of their hard work; this shows what kind of person he is, and you can tell that he is well liked and respected. During my second trip, I happened to run into him on the gardening section, to which he told me he was in charge of that area. Again, once I checked out, he went above and beyond to make sure I had the help I needed to load all my items in the car. If you need anything in the store, Drew is your guy! NO Customer Service!! Like, at all. Last Thursday I went here to buy wood for a table top and I needed the wood cut. I waited over 35 minutes with no help, although I asked more than 5 times. In aisle 51 where I sat, two cashiers could clearly see me sitting there and I kept waving my arms for help, they did not help. It wasn't until 3 other customers showed up, and we started yelling "help in aisle 51, help needed in aisle 51," that finally we received someone to cut the wood. This is why people shop at Home Depot instead! And then to make matters worse, when I requested help bringing the 6' 2" by 5' board into my car, do you think anyone helped me although I asked? Nope. We only needed to buy the appliances and have it delivered to my home, but they insisted that it was necessary to have their vendor come out to measure first and install it. We purchased in October and it took a month just for their vendor to come out and measure and over a week until their vendor would come to install. A total ripoff and waste of time. Do not waste your time and money at Lowe's. We tried to contact the salesman, Brody, but he kept us waiting on the line and never returned or responded back. Had to buy various plumbing items. One item had no barcode and cashier was unable to look it up for some reason. She asked me to go check for another with a barcode. I asked if she can have someone who works that department check since I don't work there. She told me the phone and pager did not work at her register. After I went to get another one and competed the transaction I asked for a bag since I had several small items. She then told me it would be .10 even though I had to do their job. Not a huge issue however this isn't the customers job. Customer service has really dropped at this location. read more

I paid to have measurements for shower doors. They have been given an updated phone number over a dozen times for 5 years now. With that said it took me going in and again verifying the phone number. That took 3 weeks. Then we immediately ordered 2 shower doors, delivery and installation too. I got the automated call that the 1 shower door was in. I called to find out when installation was, then there miraculously was no shower door. Then we went onto the store and it was there. We were told from customer service that installation was Saturday. No phone call. Great !!! The store was clean and organized but in addition to that I wanted to say that Jordan and Lacey were friendly helpful and professional. All of the boxes were broken but he took the time to repair the boxes to make sure I got what I was paying for and that I had enough. Never have anything in stock, employees are rude and never have time to help. Whenever I've asked for help the employees have always said they were busy and had to help someone else however I always see them just walking around the warehouse or stocking the shelves. I even followed one worker(an older gentleman)to where he said he had customers waiting, because I felt he was avoiding me and really didn't have to help anyone-in other words he was lying-and he went back to restocking some shelves. I walked up to him and introduced myself and said I would have preferred that he would have told me the truth-that he didn't feel like dealing with a customer/was too tired/wasn't feeling well/etc.,rather than lie because that's insulting to both our dignity. read more
