    I've been working on some home improvement projects and compared to other Lowe's, this has the best and greatest Customer Service and employees among all the others. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable and go out of their way to be friendly and supportive. They listen carefully and really engage with you to determine the best solution for your situation. The employees are professional and cordial and really care about their customers. The shelves are well stocked and organized. The store is clean and neat. And there are some unique products that other hardware stores don't have. Wow!!!

    New project in the backyard! Requires pavers and muscle! First business at hand was mowing the front, side and rear lawns, trimming the palms and hedges to restore my yard to its natural beauty. Spent time in Lowe's getting the necessary products from the garden center.

    Love that they have what I am looking for when I come in. I've been collecting the butterfly garden stakes everytime I come because they are just so cute in my garden. Then I found the 3 color Calla Lillie's perfect for my garden can't wait to plant them. I was greeted upon entry and staff seemed happy and helpful. I love that Lowes offers military discounts, it really helps upkeep my garden every season.

    So sad to find a chunk of brick inside my bag of Kamado Joe's Big Block charcoal. It's not cheap but it's one of the best for my kind of Argentine style "parrilla". Whoever is in charge of quality control at the company needs to take a good look because weighing down charcoal with rocks and bricks is fraud.

    Hardly come to this location as it's out of my way, probably only a few visits in 10 years. Stopped by to get some plants because I was in the area and when we got to self checkout as it seems to be the only option now (besides lumber and garden) but, there was only 4 registers open and 1 employee (Sharon) manning the entire checkout area. 2 customers at separate registers had red lights on waiting for assistance on top of myself. Sharon held it down trying to call for backup from garden a few times before anyone showed up. In the meantime, there were two whole lines formed behind me spanning across the walkway and aisle, everyone impatient, frustrated and throwing dirty looks at me for "holding up the line" which was not a good feeling. Another worker finally came through to open up the other side of registers. One of my plants had an incorrect tag that wasn't scanning so I had to wait for someone to pull up a sku number (still labeled it incorrectly, it's an alocasia not a ficus) so I could checkout again. It was such a hot mess that it makes me want to avoid this location at all costs.

    Very well-stocked! Everything was fairly organized and the prices are reasonable. I came by to check out the paint colors available and asked for a paint sample. I wasn't sure if they had my color, but the workers were able to mix it up for me perfectly. The people there were really knowledgeable and it took less than 10 minutes for it to be ready. The cashier, however, was quite the opposite. I had a coupon code via the app, but she had no idea how to scan it. I tried explaining it to her, but she just wouldn't listen. She called someone over to help and we finally got it scanned. A bit of a hassle, but not a huge deal. Will be returning in the future :)

    I love this place! I didn't know they just open up here in Temecula only 1yr. Andrew and Ali are kind and honest. They buy and sell phones & fix them. The owner Ali is truly a hero. I heard how he treats his employees. He speaks respectfully and kind to staff. I won't go anywhere else! If your new 10% off tell them I sent ya

    Been shopping at HD for long time and seen lots of their help come and go. This is long overdue as…read morethe people Devon (c-service), Danny (pro) and Vickie (cashier) have been there for some time. These three individuals in particular have been so reliable, knowledgeable and committed to helping every time I enter the store on Temecula pkwy. Some employees take control and some employees collect a paycheck. Not everyone is gonna work at HD the rest of their lives and that is OK. Devon, Danny and Vick might not be there 4ever either. What I do know is if I got a question, they answer it with no bull. If I have a problem, they fix it or help me to fix it. If I am having a day, they have a kind word and/or a smile. As I said before, I don't know if they will be at HD forever but, I want them to know how much they have been, are, and will be appreciated going forward. A couple others I would mention that I have found to be exceptional help are Matt in paint, Jose and Joe plumbing, Emily C-serv, William hardware, Tammy in plumbing. Lisa pro. Mark lumber.     A couple of days ago we went to Home Depot to buy blinds for our window. We knew exactly what we…read morewanted and asked an associate to cut the blind for us. He did, but when we got home the blind was uneven and damaged, completely unusable. The next day we went back to return it. At the return desk, after explaining what happened, the associate had the nerve to tell me that once a blind is cut it cannot be returned--as if we had done something wrong, when it was Home Depot's own employee who cut it incorrectly and damaged it. She then said they "usually don't refund cut blinds" but that they would do it "this one time for me." That attitude was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Customers should not be blamed for a mistake made by Home Depot staff. Shame on you!

Before driving to the store, I called at 1:36 PM to confirm a 24 gun safe was in stock and to verify it could be loaded into my truck. I was told to arrive at least 30 minutes before closing and they would load it with a forklift. I arrived at 7:00 PM, a full hour before closing, only to be given the runaround by the supervisor, Angela. After wasting my time, she finally admitted that she was not experienced enough to operate the forklift and told me to come back another day. That was not an option. I had borrowed a truck, driven hours through traffic, and spent over $75 in gas based on the information their employee provided. Instead of taking responsibility or finding a solution, they showed no concern for the inconvenience or expense they caused. I ended up calling two handymen to help load the 380+ pound safe myself, costing me even more time and money. I decided to wait until the next day and speak with the store manager, Tim, hoping he would make things right. Unfortunately, he was no help at all. He offered no solution, no apology, and no effort to address the situation. That conversation confirmed to me that this store has serious customer service and management issues. By the end of the experience, I would have been better off buying the safe from Turner's or Costco. Poor customer service, poor management, and no regard for customers. I will never shop at this location again and would not recommend it to anyone. Also After being told they could not load the safe because the supervisor claimed nobody was available or qualified, I had to spend additional time and money finding my own help.
