Got some excellent service today. On time, well mannered, got right to it, overcame obstacles without complaint. Marcus made my miserable situation into a pleasurable experience. Got a flat on the way to work this morning. Had time pull over on the on ramp merge. Called AAA and they sent me a hero. He got right to changing my tire when he arrived. When he couldn't get the tire down/released, he didn't even mention it, he got right on his phone, called his people and even watch a how to video. Next thing you know, he is putting on my spare. If things couldn't get worse? Of course the spare is flat. Now Marcus has to take me somewhere to get a tire. Thank god that I knew where to get tires(had previously bought some there). Marcus drove me there without complaint. He held good conversation,drove safely and got me there. When I told him I would get a Left because my ride couldn't come, he told me to call AAA and they would gete a lyft. Fortunately my ride came through. My truck wouldn't start over the weekend. Apparently the alternator went out. Marcus from Loyal Towing came to Stoneridge Mall to tow my truck and give me a ride back home to Tracy. He was very professional, quick, and courteous. Even offered me bottled water. We chatted throughout the entire car ride. The tow truck itself was probably the nicest and cleanest I've ever been in. It looked brand new and had that new car smell. They really know how to take care of their trucks. When we got to Tracy, Marcus unloaded and even pushed my truck so that it aligned closely to the sidewalk by my house. I had an excellent experience with Loyal Towing. Highly recommend! i have not been to this place yet and already don't like how they treat the customer. My motorcycle chain flew off on the freeway and almost severed my leg. I pulled over and had to have a friend pick me up on a Saturday night. Returned to where I left the bike and it was gone. The tow company picked up my bike on a sunday and I called them Monday and was told my bill for having it there was $510!!!! I about went through the roof. The young lady that answered the phone was very short with me and rude. If you don't have to do business with this outfit cause they took your vehicle, you have no choice but if you need a tow, this is the last place you want by to notify. I was very apprehensive when my Chevrolet Volt just shut down and when it shut down nothing workEd ...anything electrical will not work or activated. Braced myself for difficulty when I called AAA for a tow to a Chevy dealer. Joseph Hill drove up was very professional and courteous and with his skill and knowledge got my volt to turn on to be able to get it on his tow truck ......even with the Volts drive system still off line ..... to the dealer in a quick and efficient way. My Ford SUV's "Check Suspension" light was activated; the air suspension stopped working, causing every bump in the road to be felt. Called AAA. Initial estimate to get to me was about 90 minutes. However, Marcus with Loyal Towing, called in 5 minutes and let me know he would get to me in about 15 minutes. He arrived as promised. He was very professional, and made sure I understood what he was doing. I did not go to the shop where the car was towed, but Marcus sent me a picture of my car parked at the shop!! Well done!! I called for towing service because my car stopped on the side of a two lane road. Marcus called me within five minutes and he was at my location within 15 - 20 minutes. He then took me to drop my car off at the auto shop which was closed.The service was great excellent customer service, good conversation and a very pleasant young man. Had my car die last night after trying to get some Christmas shopping done. I called Loyal Towing and within 30 minutes they were there to pick up my car. Joseph was the driver and was super friendly and definitely seemed like he takes care of the cars he tows. Always a good feeling when you can tell the guy taking your car is responsible. Juan went above and beyond response time phenomenal did what he had to do to get the job done at no cost if i could do more than 5 stars than i 100% would recommend them for the job to get done right. My car was on the 2nd floor of a apartment complex parking structure with no keys and a flat tire and juan put it in neatrul and pushed it all the way to the exit to get it on his flat bed other companies would have cancelled or gave a bunch of excuses but juan gets the job done with no excuses. read more

Funny sorry I had 40 minutes to get towed to the dealership less than 2 miles from me before they closed. Car inoperable. Originally I was told 40 minutes . I call AAA who contacted Joseph from Loyal Towing. He assured me he could make it in time. He did- got to me within 10 Minutes, got the car on a flatbed instantly and safely and had me to the dealership with time to spare. I recently took a short vacation and parked my car in my garage, only to find out when I got back that the car would not start.
