Don't let the outside fool you, LPCX Cafe has outdoor seating that is stunning and unique with a tropical atmosphere. It honestly feels like a whole different world, you forget you're even in Tampa! My friend and I went for breakfast. The service was very friendly and attentive, and the staff was knowledgeable with recommendations. Parking was ample, and seating was comfortable without feeling crowded. It's a very cozy space, great for catching up with family or friends. What I ordered: * Pandenono waffle ($9): a bit underwhelming, just served with syrup and felt pricey for only 4 pieces * Arepa special ($15): delicious, but the portion was very small and didn't feel worth it Overall, beautiful space and great vibe, but mixed feelings on value. I'd consider coming back for the atmosphere,

I decided to treat myself to lunch. I arrived around lunchtime and was greeted and seated right away. The service was warm and welcoming; my server was incredibly sweet and helpful in answering my questions about the menu. I ordered the blackberry juice, Spanish latte, and bistec a caballo. Everything was delicious. The Spanish latte was easily one of the best I've had and as a self proclaimed coffee connoisseur, that's saying something lol. The steak dish was flavorful, well-seasoned, and the portion size was just right. Was able to save some for later. I sat outside on the patio, and it was such a vibe! Clean, beautifully decorated, and peaceful. You really can't beat the ambiance. If you're craving Colombian cuisine, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere, LPCX is the spot. I'll definitely be back!

LPCX has such a cool vibe! I went on a chilly Saturday morning with my boyfriend sitting on the patio. They had a soccer (football) game playing on the big screen and a DJ. There are chickens and bamboo. The coffee was probably the best coffee I ever had my whole life. We had Café con Leche, which I don't normally like cause it's too milky, but LPCX did it to perfection. There was foam on top. The food was amazing. I had the arepa especial and my boyfriend had something that had a bunch of meat on it. We also ended our brunch with a guava cheese pastry, which was chefs kiss. Will definitely be back. My ladies Group is coming in a few weeks and I cannot wait to share this place with them. Definitely make reservations. I found this place on TikTok and truly it is a hidden gem in Tampa. Our server Mariana was delightful!

I can't believe it has taken me this long to write a review for LPCX Café. This place is one of my absolute favorite weekday breakfast and brunch spots in Tampa. First things first -- the food is amazing. They offer a great selection of Colombian breakfast and lunch options, and many of the dishes are naturally gluten-free, which is always a plus. On this visit I ordered the Calentado with grilled steak and eggs over easy, served with a sweet arepa, and a Café con Leche. Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. The steak was flavorful, the eggs were just right, and the calentado (rice and beans) made the whole plate hearty and comforting. My husband ordered the Desayuno Sencillo with sunny-side-up eggs, bacon, and the savory arepa -- simple, classic, and done really well. Speaking of coffee -- their Café con Leche is on point. Smooth, rich, and beautifully made. But what really makes this place special is the atmosphere. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, but unless it's raining, always choose outdoor dining. The moment you sit outside you feel like you've been transported somewhere else. There's lush greenery, music playing in the background, and even chickens and roosters wandering around while little birds sing nearby. It feels relaxed, vibrant, and completely unique. While I love coming on weekdays, don't expect it to be empty -- this hidden gem has plenty of weekday regulars who know exactly how good it is. I can only imagine weekends get pretty packed. If you're looking for authentic Colombian breakfast, great coffee, and a fun outdoor vibe, LPCX Café is definitely worth the visit.

We love this place. The outdoor patio is so nice. We find it to be relaxing and love the chickens running around. Today we got to see a few of the baby chicks. The waiters and waitresses have always been polite and friendly. The food is delicious. I've tried a few different items on the menu. All have been delicious. The passion fruit milk frozen beverage is so yummy as well. If you like outdoor or indoor seating this is a great option.

I had seen this place on TikTok and thought it would be a cool spot to check out for brunch. We made a reservation and were quickly seated. We ordered the pan de bono waffles which were yummy and came with a side of syrup and were topped with powdered sugar. I ordered a café con leche to drink and it was a yummy cafecito to go with my breakfast, I ordered the smoked salmon pan de bono which was equally as yummy. However, the other plates my family got were relatively small and our bill came out to around $150. Our server didn't check on us once until it was time to pay which was a little disappointing but the manager checked on us and gave us condiments and things we were waiting for. I did like the outside and they had birds outside and plenty of places for a good photo op. I think this place has potential but left wishing for more

Would have given this place 1000 stars, if allowed. We were getting our car cleaned at A+ and they recommended this place. Hands down the best Latin breakfast in Tampa. See attached pics. Our server, Mauricio was great. He did a great job of explaining each item and made great suggestions. The servers worked as a team to make sure our food was delivered timely and cleaned up. Incredible food. Check out the patio.

We were told wait would be an hour midday Sunday; ended up being about 30 minutes. Ambiance was great especially to watch world cup games. Service was a little slow (apps came out about 2 minutes before main dish) but it was incredibly busy so I understand. Food was delicious and well priced for the amount of protein included and for how filling it was.

Came here with a friend for brunch and this spot is adorable. We were quickly seated outside at an umbrella covered picnic table. The patio area is adorable and it looks like they are setup for live music or streaming sporting events. They had an extensive coffee and cocktail menu, but we settled on the Spanish Latte because it sounded amazing. And it tasted even better! We shared the pandebono waffles to start, which were delicious. And I got an arepa special for my main. It was yummy, but I do wish the portion size was a bit bigger, either a bigger area or my multiple, for the price point. Overall, great experience and would recommend for brunch.

This visit totally blew my mind- such an unassuming establishment from outside, and even when you first walk in. But then you go and see the back porch and try the food, and are whisked away to some tropical wonderland. If you like birds, you will fall in love with the porch area. They have a giant enclosure for these super cute parakeets, a bunch of different kinds. They just hang out as some background entertainment, along with the resident chickens. We got some lattes and breakfast as we went in the morning, and loved everything we tried. But especially the arepas were *chefs kiss*. If you get coffee, try the Spanish Latte. Perfect blend of strong coffee, smooth and a little bit of sweetness. They have some bigger tv screens inside and outside too so I think you could come to watch sports games when they are on. Really, the best of both worlds!

I found LPCX Cafe on TikTok and had to try it based on the food reviews and experience. It definitely did not disappoint! The staff was so warm, welcoming, and friendly. The vibe is the best; we have teens and a toddler and we all had a great time. We ordered a variety of items and they all were delicious, so you can't go wrong. The flavors were great and everything tasted fresh. We already booked another reservation for next week lol! Like I said, if you don't go here just for the wonderful food, come for the experience. Brunch was amazing!!!

This has to be on the top 5 gems in Tampa Bay. LPCX Cafe makes me feel like I'm on vacation in a different country. The atmosphere is a VIBE. I don't think I've been to a cafe as unique as this cafe in Tampa. They have free roaming chickens with their outdoor patio and a huge bird house of colorful birds. They have a great menu with plentiful portions. Their drinks include Colombian twists and excellent non alcoholic choices such as shakes, coffee and matcha. The food is SO delicious I haven't had a dish I haven't liked yet. The service is very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to give me the best recommendations. If I lived closer, I literally would be there every week. No joke. Go check them out!!!

I had the hardest time choosing which pastry to get because they all looked like works of art!! Super friendly staff, great service but now to get to the goods: the coffee and pasties. This is a true authentic French bakery, no doubt in my mind. The iced salted caramel latte is the best I have EVER had. I could taste every flavor and it blended with the coffee perfectly. The ham and cheese croissant was so flakey, the perfect ham ratio and just all around fantastic. The pastry I got had raspberry jam and white chocolate ganache (I don't remember the name of it) and it was seriously the best pastry I've ever had. Most pastries can be too sweet, but this was just right. The jam tasted fresh and homemade (probably is!) and the white chocolate ganache gave it just a touch of sweetness. It is a little pricey so be warned: $48 for two coffees and two pastries. Definitely worth a splurge!!

They have four locations, and we went to the one in the Ybor City Historic District. La Segunda is an institution for Cuban bread and pastries, baking 18K loaves daily and ships nationwide via Goldbelly. Our niece's BF is Cuban, and he said buy anything with guava. In the box (see photo), we bought two each of guava flip (kind of a folded tart or empanada), guava turnover, and guava flip with cream cheese. All of them are delicious! I like the flaky guava turnovers the most even though they didn't survive the transportation across the country in my backpack as well as some of the others. Even though slightly crumbly, still yummy! I also bought butter cookies, sold by the pound. Those are relatively ordinary; I'll skip those in the future. Next time, we are carrying Cuban sandwiches home! I really wish I carried them home. I was having Cuban sandwich withdrawal. This location is older but functional; there isn't seating. Their customers know what they want, and everything moves FAST. If it's your visit (like it was for us), I suggest looking at the menu online to know what to order. The service is friendly, even though I can tell he was a bit exasperated that I didn't just yell out my order and I asked questions. I honestly don't fault him. Busy places have their own pace, and the customers are the ones to keep up. That's perfectly ok.

Paris Baguette has EVERYTHING I love. Cake. Latte. Bread. Pastries. What more can a woman ask for???!!! I was already swooning over the photos and menu options seen on Yelp and Google, but TASTING is BELIEVING and now I'm so glad that I can say it's everything I hoped it would be. It's like a little piece of Paris right here in Tampa! (I've been). So I've come for cake, stayed for latte and quiche, and because why not, threw in the salad so that lunch and dinner is taken care of, too! Okay, first off...what I got. The quiche is light and airy, and is basically a croissant with quiche filling instead of a quiche slice. I love croissants, so this was a nice treat for me that I could hold in my hand. The Salted Caramel Latte I thought was pretty unique, because yes, there's a PRETZEL on top of it (which I plucked off and ate the first thing when I got it. Now, usually I don't bat so much as an eye for a salad, but that Korean beef salad looked fresh and yummy, and it would definitely take care of dinner for the day because, why not, while I'm out? It was a decent size too, not too filling, with a good variety of veggies such as cukes, carrots, tomatoes, on top of mixed greens with Korean beef, which was the only heavy thing on the salad so you don't feel weighed down. It's great to know if you're watching your waist line or caloric intake, Paris Baguette has you covered with no problem as the nutrition facts are listed on the menu so you can make an informed choice. Of course, their cakes are so good, you wouldn't help but want to indulge. Which brings me to my final point. When I saw MOCHA CAKE on the menu, I thought, OMG I have to have it!!! It's EVERYTHING I could want and more and I must ask WHY ISN'T MOCHA CAKE MORE OF A THING NOW???? The sponge cake was light and airy like a coffee cloud as was the buttercream, not too sweet, rounding out my whole meal in nice elegant, finish. The shop itself is cute, but Muffin and I ate outside since the outside area is dog friendly. It reminds me of those open-air cafes in Europe, especially in Paris, elevating my lunch experience with my dog. The staff is super nice and welcoming on approach, too.
