The wax is so much better (I believe it's a sugar scrub?) that is not as harsh as some of the other places. They also have a way of being quick and efficient without rushing through your appointment. I'll be honest and say that it's not the most fun or enjoyable experience, but being consistent is key to managing the pain (a painkiller before your session also helps). Abby is absolutely amazing and always makes the experience much more bearable. She's my go to girl when I come to this location and she always has me laughing during my sessions.

Her dog is super cute too! She had texted me she was running 20 minutes late about an hour before my appointment, which was not a problem since I had no other plans for the day. However, I did have to wait an additional 20 minutes once I got there at 12:20. So I got in at 12:40 but my original appt was 12:00. Wasn't a huge deal for me, but I know some other people may have tight schedules so just wanted to warn. Other than that, my experience was great! I've had several brazilian blowouts and I'm used to it being a very long tedious process.
