I like to imagine there's a humble Michelin-Starred chef in the back just trying to live that quiet beach life and fly under the radar of high-pressure food scenes of their past. I don't know how to describe it, but the dishes seem so thoughtful and creative, attention to a variety of details - like, this chef eats their own food. Not something I would say even of the most popular restaurants around here. So flavorful, interesting ingredients, perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Incredibly fresh and well balanced. The service and ambiance are excellent, it has a nice and comfy environment for us customers, I like how the vibes feels so natural and serene. The Service is good too, Diego is very accommodating and hospitable towards us. For the Food, I would say that I enjoy it well. It has a fresh and authentic taste, that I am looking. The Sizzling Bo Kho is one of my fave, it has a fresh and savory taste, however my only opinion it can be oily and fatty for some people. Maybe a side salad with a citrusy note to accompany this dish will help in cutting that oiliness. Casual mom and pop restaurant in a strip mall. We're visiting from Norcal and had a craving for Asian food and decided to come in here after reading the reviews and it totally lived up to the reviews. Service was very good. We ordered pho which was good, but the best was the chicken and rice and the fresh spring rolls. Chicken was lightly fried and extremelly moist, rice was excellent and came with a sweet thick soy sauce. We got the combo fresh spring rolls which had shrimp and a slice of pork belly - omg, the pork belly made these rolls the best I've had. We also had to try the curry chicken. We also ordered an appetizer of crispy vegan rolls. The sweet sour dipping sauce was perfection as was the rest of the food. Amazing. On top of that we mentioned it was our anniversary and we showed up to a flower petal heart on our table and complementary champagne. This is literally the best dining experience we've had in years. The place is immaculate and the service is fantastic. The avocado rolls were also very good. The bowl of pho was a bit more than most places. $21. But I believe it was worth it.
