Came in to try this recently opened viet restaurant in smyrna and I am honestly impressed, it was better than my expectations. We had the Bun dau mam tom, the Banh xeo, and the com tam dac biet. One thing I really appreciate is they give you plenty of greens and herbs for the banh xeo and the bun dau, so that was really good and fresh. The banh xeo batter was a little bit thick for my personal taste, I prefer it a little thinner, but the flavor was still there. The rice dish (com tam) was overall really good and I especially liked the shredded pork skin, it had great texture. Definitely a solid 4 star spot and a great addition to Smyrna. We will be back to try more of the menu.

So glad to finally get a viet place here in town. This might be the first one at all outside of Nashville that I'm aware of. I went in with high hopes and was not disappointed! Took some coworkers to check it out during lunch. I got the hu thieu nam vang, one guy got the buon bo hue, and the other got a banh mi. They both loved their food, as I did mine. For my dish, I thought the flavor of the broth was really good. They used the clear noodles, which I love, instead of the rice or egg noodles which most places use. The pork was very flavorful, though my only complaint is that there wasn't enough of it (maybe four small slices). There's so much on the menu I want to get, so I'll definitely be coming back soon.

Ordered Pho Dac Biet, banh xeo, nem coun, cha gio, & che ba mau. To go banh mi, banh bao, & banh tet. Can you tell they have a good selection? Kind, courteous, & accommodating atmosphere. We'll be back!

I'm not saying it as good as my mamas cooking but it's almost as good if I'm looking for something that's hard to make hard to find that you may have seen at some party you went to this is the place to stop at. The food was good as usual. Service was great. They're helpful and attentive and as quick as they can be. I would recommend that you go in and take a visit and try some real food. The restaurant is a little out-of-the-way a little inconspicuous looking but well worth searching and finding your way there. If you want to try as close as you can get to eating at my mom's house go there and try it out and give them a chance. The food is good. The price is reasonable. You won't regret it. It's a small place but I think with advance notice they can accommodate large parties. Before I leave this review- this has to be the best Thai Tea I've had in many years. They're not watering down any flavors!

About 30 min outside of Nashville city center but totally worth the trip! Family owned and operated for over a decade+, they have a strong local following so it was nice to see a packed house of repeat customers despite the icey cold weather! They had been closed for a few days due to really harsh winter weather conditions so I was so happy to see them open this day! Ordered a bit of everything since my stomach could not decide on just one thing as everything on their menu all sounded so appetizing! Ordered the fried appetizer sampler, I was solo dining but this was definitely enough for 2-4 ppl to share. Wasn't in the mood for noodles but ordered a bowl of just the pho broth. The broth was very rich, a tad too salty and a bit too much cinnamon for my taste but it still warmed me right up! For lunch the pork laap salad with a side of sticky rice at a level 5 spicy was just pure perfection. The balance of flavors was spot on and the kick of heat from the spice level really took it to a notch! Also ordered their whole fried fish of the day and it was beautiful crispy on the outside and tender white flesh on the inside. I will for sure be back here to try their other dishes when I'm back down in the Nashville area for work!

Almost always packed, even right before closing. I've done delivery a couple of times before finally showing up in person. (And now regret I ever did delivery. Pickup is easy and the fees are not worth it.) Menu is tight and purposeful: banh mi, pho, rice noodle bowls, a handful of appetizers, all inexpensive. The boba and fruit teas are an influencer's dream: colorful, instagrammable, with lots of interesting flavors to choose from. But the real draw here is the made-fresh-daily mochi donuts, and the flavor lineup leans decidedly international: taro glaze, Dubai chocolate, strawberry pocky, pistachio. My personal favorite is actually the plain sugar (maximum chewy mochi mouthfeel, unobstructed), but the fancier ones hold up, too. Miles better than what the nearby chain Asian bakeries are doing, and I have eaten at a lot of those. All that said, the actual food is not an afterthought. The tofu banh mi ($8.95) has become a genuine addiction, on what tastes like real, homemade French bread. Ordered on their website, ready in 15 minutes, waiting at the counter 2 minutes after I walked in. The 1 friction point: the space gets crowded enough that navigating to the counter for pickup is a little awkward. Parking is easy (massive shared lot), staff is warm and fast. Would be in very regular rotation if it weren't slightly out of my way, and it's well worth the effort.
