Sides: sour cream, guacamole, fresh jalapeños, and I had them put the refried beans on the side.

We had a reservation and were seated immediately. Jared was our server who was nice and efficient. I ordered the nachos ($20) with carne asada ($6). The nachos were big and delicious. We got a side of guacamole ($7) WOW very expensive for this side. I asked for pickled jalapeños ($1) but got fresh instead and they were pretty hot. We got a side of sour cream ($2) and spouse got birria taquitos ($16). It was good but pricey. The restaurant was clean and all staff were nice.

They have a new food truck that's open early -late with a limited menu. Service was excellent! We went with a chicken bowl & pork bowl. Chicken was a little dry but otherwise tasty. They didn't pack the order with silverware or napkins but they are still new so I'll let that slide. Otherwise nice addition to the restaurant.

During my October, 2025 nearly week-long stay at the Virgin Hotels for the annual NASPP Conference, Lucia MEXICAN GRILL was a popular spot for attendees to grab a quick bite and/or drink. Rhonda, Nina and I met up at Lucia's bar for cocktails on the early evening of Tuesday, the 21st, at around 5:15. Walking through the hotel hallway, the arch doorway entry to Lucia invites guests to a warm and lively space. The eatery is rich in vibrant el Día de los Muertos-themed décor; paintings and ornaments of esqueletos, calaveras y flores (skeletons, skulls and flowers) adorn the walls throughout the venue. Classic Mexican cuisine is on the menu. Unfortunately, we didn't stay long enough to eat. We came for the bebidas (drinks), specifically margaritas. Sticking to my regular, I ordered a STRAWBERRY MARGARITA ($14) which was good and strong, but I did wish that it was blended. The bartender who waited on us was quick, attentive and engagingly friendly. We were in and out, leaving with smiles and buzzes starting to kick in. We had to stop by the wall of flowers to snap a photo together before we left - we couldn't miss that photo op!

This place is located in the Virgin Hotel, and a lot of people come in for happy hour or for a light dinner before catching a show on the property. College basketball conference championships were happening, so it was like a preview of what to expect when the opening weekend of March Madness kicked off. Happy hour is only 1 hour, so I tried my best to put down some of the Lucia Margaritas that were only $8 each. Decided to order the chips & Salsa along with the Guacamole Sassy Squad as it includes 3 of Lucia's guacamoles & chips. My favorite one was the chamoy mango. The others were solid, but the chips and guac needed some salt for my liking. They are only open from 5-10pm on the weekdays with some extended hours on the weekend. Service at the bar with Michaela was great, and everyone kept close tabs on us while we were watching the game. They really are why I gave this spot a 4-star...customer service!!

I ate here twice during my stay at the Virgin. The prices are more expensive than the previous Pink Taco and Casa Calavera that was in this spot but hey, inflation. The layout is pretty much the same although the decor has changed from the previous iterations. There were some inconsistencies in the kitchen as I had the same tacos de hongos al pastor both times. The first time the tacos were not spicy at all without drenching them in salsa. Second time, the spice hit me off the bat. On my first outing, my beans were also strangely cold but I did not complain to the waiter. Both times, the service was really nice. My margarita drinks were tasty.

Lucia Mexican Grill used to be the old Pink Taco formally owner by the Morton Family son Harry who unexpectedly passed away at a very young age in 2019 due to heart failure! Much of the Hard Rock Hotel still looks the same but gone are all the memobilares on the casino floor. With that being said, I tried Lucia several times while staying at the Hotel and this place never disappoints. One of the highlights is the $5 Taco Tuesday which I loved the Fish Taco over the Birria Taco but clearly Chicken Tinga Taco was my favorite. The Chicken Tinga bowl is also amazing and highly recommended. Salute!

I was staying at the Virginia hotel and me and some friends decided to check out this spot for dinner. We decided to sit at the bar and the service was amazing...everyone was very attentive! We started with a pitcher of the tamarind margarita...so yummy and just the right amount of tart and sweet. I also ordered the chips and salsa... the salsa was thinner than I like but the flavor was really good! I went with the enchiladas and subbed the chicken for al pastor, it comes with rice and beans...unfortunately my enchiladas were cold but they quickly replaced and brought my fresh rice and beans! Everything was well seasoned and the portions were generous! Great service! I would definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

Stopped at Lucia Mexican Grill for lunch on a Friday afternoon. Wait time was only 20 minutes. The decor continues to be nice but on the dark side. The layout remains the same, even though the restaurant name has changed over the years. The chips and salsa are not complimentary, but isn't very expensive. I got the Queso Birria tacos with rice and beans. The food was tasty and the service was good. We didn't try any deserts this time. Definitely a solid place to eat if you're in the Virgin Hotel and Casino.

This Mexican restaurant inside the Virgin Hotel is super cute, with a fun and colorful vibe that matches the energy of Vegas. The back patio opens right out to the pool in the center of the hotel, which makes it a really fun setting whether you're there for brunch or dinner. It feels lively and stylish but still comfortable enough to just hang out and enjoy. Food-wise, the quesadilla was hands down the best I've ever had--perfectly cheesy, crispy, and so flavorful. And the pancake tacos? Absolutely to die for, such a creative dish and totally worth ordering. Between the atmosphere and the food, this was one of the most memorable meals of my trip.

Virgin offered me some dining credit and I wanted to try something other than Kassi Beach, so we decided to hit up the happy hour here. We sat at the bar. Bartenders were amazing. We ordered 4 Carne Asada tacos at 5 dollars each for Taco Tuesday. We also got some chips and salsa for 4 dollars and a side of beans for 6. Beers were 5 dollars for Happy hour...I loved the beer glasses and the beer tasted great. Chips and Salsa just OK..not sure why they served two Salsas that did not even closely resemble traditional salsa...nor could I figure out what created that color? Sour cream or crema? Bizarre. Tacos arrived and they tasted ok as well..they do a wierd large slice of cheese rather than shredded...and usually on carne asada tacos there is no cheese...so it was also confusing...these were served with the same green "salsa" that came with the chips. Beans were quite good. I wonder if I will return and try something else? The restaurant is beautiful... but why serve up peculiar Mexican cuisine?

We stayed at the Virgin Hotel in Vegas and decided to try this restaurant since it's inside the hotel. It wasn't too crowded, our server was excellent, and everyone in my party thought the food was pretty good. My favorite was the guac and chicharrón appetizer, though it could definitely use more chicharrón since it only came with a few pieces. I'd happily come back and eat here again.

I was honestly not expecting much from this restaurant as I had a $100 credit from the hotel and this is one of the places where I could use it. In fact I had dinner here two nights in a row. The restaurant was not crowded at 8 pm and I was seated immediately at the table inside. There is a patio dining are which is nice during the warmer summer nights. On my first night I order the chips and salsa appetizer and the chicken enchiladas. On the second night I order the salmon (that is how it was listed on the menu). Service was prompt and excellent and the decor is interesting. There is a large bar area where one can watch the game on tv while enjoying your meal. The chicken enchiladas appeared from the kitchen well under 5 minutes hot and fresh. The green salsa topping the encilada was nice with a light spiciness to it. Perhaps it would have been better if one could order a specific spicy level. The nacho chips were OK but I prefer thinner chips. The salmon was excellent and cooked to medium perfection. The green sauce was nice but would have been better if it were a little spicier. The small black bean sauce was excellent too. Overall I enjoyed the meal and the prices were fairly reasonable for a hotel restaurant.

Try the Mexican corn appetizer with it's crumbly cotija cheese, chili, lime, and mayo on top of charred corn kernels. It's in 'esquites' form, which means it's not left on the cob like 'elote' is. Their specialty, nachos, are also well seasoned and the chips are freshly made on site. What drew me in to this restaurant was a past appearance on the Maury Povich Show, where I took a paternity test for someone who claimed she was my daughter. The end result? I was cleared, so Maury pointed at me while telling her that he's "Not yo' daddy." And so I visit Nacho Daddy on occasion, strictly for celebratory reasons. Birria nachos are excellent, made with a high quality shredded beef with pickled onion, cilantro, sour cream, cheese, and lime on top of a stack of chips. Having birria without consommé was new, but this one didn't really need it with all the flavors jumping out. Another recommendation is the cheeseburger nacho, an Americanized version with ground beef, bacon, cheddar, jack, queso, onions, tomato, and lettuce. The 'mini nachos' are perfectly sized for a light meal but if you're hungry, get the full size order which is huge and shareable. This location has been in business for 17 years now and there's plenty of seating in a nice, clean atmosphere.
