He kept in constant communication with me and his son Dereck came to my home and had my air conditioning and my thermostat up and running in no time. They were both friendly, professional, and great at customer service and communication and my only regret is that I hadn't found this gem of a family-owned business sooner! She asked me when was the last time I cleaned the dryer vent with in the house. What?!? John taught me what to look for going forward. He was able to clean my unit out which was pretty extended of 33 feet, due to the way the house was constructed. John said that we made the top 10 list of the amount of lint and dog hair that came out of our system, over a 5 gallon bucket!!!!!!!; which consisted of Over 21 years of not knowing, the longest we have ever stayed in one house, many dogs, two kids and an active family life. This young man answered my call on a weekend when he was off the clock relaxing and was able to schedule me within a few days.
