Unfortunately, after the installation, I discovered that most of it wasn't working correctly. The backup camera wasn't connected at all, and when I reached out for help, the installer stopped responding. At that point, I was out the money I had paid--including a tip--and had to find someone else to fix it before moving across the country. One of the main reasons I purchased this system was for safety during my cross-country drive. Since the Bluetooth phone connection wasn't working, I was forced to hold my phone against my chest under my seatbelt while driving--not safe and certainly not legal. To make matters worse, several installers refused to even look at my Android-based unit. They told me those systems are usually installed incorrectly and rarely work properly. Thankfully, they were wrong. I took my car to Custom Car Concepts, and from the moment I arrived, the experience was completely different. Mike got me in right away, properly installed the backup camera, and made sure everything else was working exactly as it should. Did I have to pay to have it fixed? Of course. But the price was more than reasonable, and the work was completed quickly and professionally. To say I was impressed--and relieved--would be an understatement. We were told it won't be long to check it out and they would call and give us an estimate within a few hours and continue to process if we approved of the estimate. It was a very normal interaction. However, hours went by and we heard nothing. Around noon we called and were told the mechanic was on his lunch break and should be hearing back soon. We should up at 445 pm to pick up out RV because it is our home. They couldn't find our information and finally told us they don't even know if it was looked at yet. We were told someone would call us the next day with more information and we never got the a call. It was a bizarre experience and I still can't wrap my head around their idea of service their idea of customer service.
