I've been going to the Lucky seven car wash for several years with high-end cars never had a problem with their washing, waxing or full detail. Everything was completely up to my standards and which are very high. I highly recommend the lucky seven car wash to anyone that wants their car wash or detailed without having to pay a high price. This is the place I was there today with a brand new Dodge charger scat pack and Dodge messed up my paint job leaving swirl marks in it. I had been coming to those place for a few years. Since it's the closest hand wash facility near my house. My car has a wrap on it so it needs to be hand washed and not with one of those brush machines, as that would act like a cheese grater on my automotive vinyl. When I first started coming to Lucky 7 when I first moved to Las Vegas 2 years ago, it was slightly more than I had expected to pay, it was $35. Which is about $15 more than I pay in Orange county when I visit there. I figure, it's Las Vegas so things are slightly more expensive. I was absolutely blown away when I arrived here this morning to get my car washed after my long Canadian trip. I was informed that the price is now $49.99 rather than $35. That's a $15 increase in the last couple of months, and that is absolutely ridiculous. I understand that because my car is lowered they have to take it off the tracks to do it, but I don't know how you can justify a $15 increase from what I paid before just 60 days ago.. Granted they do a good job, but when does the $35 car wash become $50? This was super disappointing and I am going to have to find another car wash that is not out to drain my wallet dry. I drive a 2025 Porsche Cayenne SUV, and I had a very disappointing experience at Lucky Seven Car Wash. The moment I pulled up, I was immediately encouraged to upgrade to a wax package. I politely declined and asked for their standard interior and exterior wash. When they finished, there were still noticeable water spots and what appeared to be tar on the side of my car. I pointed it out to the general manager, and instead of addressing it as part of the wash, he told me it would cost $169 for a full wax or $89 just to remove that one section. That didn't sit right with me and felt more like an upsell than customer service. I told him I'd either have my mobile detailer take care of it or see if I could remove it myself. When I got home, I grabbed a rag and a spray wax, and within two minutes the spots and tar came right off with almost no effort. At that point, I felt like the job hadn't been completed and that I was being pressured into paying extra for something that should have been handled during the wash. I went back to explain what happened and asked if they would either refund me or offer a complimentary wash. Instead, the general manager argued with me, and we went back and forth until I finally gave up and left. I don't appreciate feeling like I'm being misled or pressured into unnecessary services. Based on my experience, I won't be returning. Buyer beware--if you go here, be prepared for aggressive upselling. They will definitely try to scam you out of paying for more. read more

I paid for the $40 package -- the most expensive option they offer -- expecting a thorough interior and exterior clean. The exterior looked good, but the interior service was disappointing. I assumed basic things like cleaning the floor mats, wiping down the seats, and fully vacuuming would be included at that price point, but apparently not. There was still debris on the floor and crumbs left in the center console when I got my car back. I struggled with whether or not to write this review, but I feel it's necessary. I brought my brand-new 2026 Toyota TRD Off-Road 4Runner here specifically for a hand wash. I am very careful with my vehicles and know for a fact that I cannot take my car through an automatic or drive-through car wash due to the risk of swirl marks and paint damage. That is exactly what I was trying to avoid by coming here. My vehicle is a beautiful green and was in perfect, brand-new condition when I brought it in--no swirl marks, no webbing, nothing. I purchased this vehicle on January 3rd, and Anthony, who checked in my vehicle, clearly saw the condition it was in. I was quoted 45 minutes for a $20 hand wash, but ended up waiting over an hour and a half. While I wasn't expecting perfection from a basic wash, I absolutely expected my car to be returned without damage. Unfortunately, when I received my vehicle, it was covered in swirl marks and webbing--so noticeable and severe that I was genuinely shocked and upset. I immediately called and brought the car back for inspection. The following day, I was asked to return again, where I waited approximately two hours while they attempted to "correct" the issue. While they stated they went "above and beyond," none of this would have been necessary had my vehicle's paint not been damaged in the first place. The assistant manager explained that the issue was due to grease or contamination on the towels and assured me it was a simple fix. However, despite their efforts, the issue is still not resolved. They used a non-grit compound and did not apply wax or proper protection, and the swirl marks remain visible. What upset me most was feeling as though responsibility was subtly shifted toward me, when I came in only for a simple hand wash and trusted my brand-new $70,000 vehicle to be handled properly. I am now left needing a professional paint correction, which will cost me approximately $1,000, to repair damage that I did not cause. While I appreciate that they attempted to fix the issue, the reality is that this damage resulted from poor materials and processes, and that is completely unacceptable--especially for a service that advertises hand washing. I am devastated by the condition of my brand-new vehicle and deeply regret trusting this business with it. I feel compelled to leave this review so others can make an informed decision, especially if they care about their vehicle's paint and finish. read more

Got a notification from Southern Nevada water district in reference "water smart car washes". Included in the notification was a $2 off coupon for this place. Upon arrival and after dodging the upgrades like a boxer slipping the jab, I told the guy I had a coupon. No biggie, $2 bucks. He tells me its no longer the same owner and the website hasn't been updated. The usual song and dance, not valid. He deceided to honor it, ok cool. I go inside to pay and he slapped a $2 SUV/ Van charge on my ticket. My vehicle is the size of a Honda CRV and I've never been charged the additional fee. LMAO. Im like whatever, just wash my car. I recently visited Lucky 7 Detailed Car Wash and had Hector assist me. He was really nice, and the customer service was great, which I definitely appreciated. However, aside from that, I wouldn't bring my car back here again. I paid for an exterior wash and also had my seats wiped down, but the quality of the cleaning was very disappointing. When I picked up my car, I did a 360° inspection and immediately noticed spots left on my vehicle and that my seats weren't properly cleaned. I pointed this out, but I was told that everything was "good"--which was frustrating because it clearly wasn't. Honestly, I feel like I could've done a better job myself in the interior myself. While my car did come back looking somewhat better than when I dropped it off, for the price I paid, I expected a thorough detail--no water spots, a properly vacuumed interior, and at least a wiped-down and dusted finish. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. My petals were also very slippery. Wouldn't recommend if you're expecting high-quality detailing. read more

Pretty upset. My husband took my car in to get cleaned and he upgraded to an interior detail and there were a lot of spots that were clearly missed. See pictures. It's not work the $150+ we paid after tip and that was with a free car wash coupon in general, so technically it would have cost a lot more if we didn't have the coupon for a first time customer. The prices are decent. I was told it would be a $79.00 package if I wanted them to wipe my seats while they were doing the interior. I didn't need a deep clean, so I opted for the $35.99 package. The guy in the picture needs customer service training; he was horrible with people, especially with me today. He was super rude, acted like he was doing me a favor, and had a salty and condescending attitude. The whole experience had weird energy and bad vibes, 100%. The car wash was busy and a little unorganized. They were taking cars out of order and the customers were complaining. I dropped my truck off and walked to the Starbucks in the Smith's shopping center. When I returned my truck was being dried off. I had the wax package so I still had to wait a little. On June 21, 2025, I brought our car in for a complete wash because it was dirty. I went inside to pay as soon as I got the ticket, and the cashier swiped my credit card before telling me what the charge was. $115.49, for an SUV. I'm like "What the hell am I being charged for?". She says "It looks like someone put on a $75 advertising charge". I nearly lost it on this poor girl; what the frak are you charging me for advertising for? She immediately reversed the charge and then charged me for the correct amount of $38.49. I went outside and thought everything was fine. This morning I went to pay my credit card bill, and what do I see? That charge for $115.49 that the girl said she reversed. I even have a receipt showing a reversed charge, but there it is, staring me in the face. I had to call Capital One this morning, and they immediately reversed the charge because you can see both of the charges (incorrect $115.49 and correct $38.49) on the same day within minutes of each other. Avoid this place like the freaking plague. This isn't the first time I've had issues (see my previous review regarding what happened under prior ownership), but it is the first time they've actually stolen money from me. They are thieves and are simply hoping you either don't notice the charge OR you won't check up to make sure the charge is actually reversed. I will never - NEVER - use this place again. Thieves! I was going to get a regular $35 wash, but the guy talked me into a wax and floor mats for $70. When I got my car back they didn't even vacuum the back. Also, there was some stuff on the outside that they waxed over instead of cleaning off. There was some small trash inside they didn't throw away. It's what I would expect for a $15 car wash. Not $70. I'll have to find a new place or do it myself. I didn't have time to ask them to fix the issue. I don't think I should have to ask they vacuum the car or remove crud before waxing. read more
