Took dinnner to go. Came in around 6 on a sunday and there was plenty of room if we wanted to sit. Ordered and paid quick and the food came out in less than 10 mins no joke. At first it had me worried since it reminded me of fast food but then when i got home i was amazed. The boy behind the counter also offered us water while we waited which was nice. Each entree comes in a nice plastic container that DOESNT SPILL/LEAK - thank god - and it kept the food actually HOT until i got back. They included inside our bag an additional bag with three or four different sauces and fortune cookies which just adds to the experience. Every single item was the freshest possible and cooked perfectly. My waitress, Mary, asked how I liked the sweet dipping sauce. I said it was too sweet. She told me how they made it in the kitchen, with applesauce in it. She strongly suggested that the sweet sauce needed to be combined with the very spicy yellow mustard. I tried it on the Wanton strips and she was spot on! It was delicious that way. I had another food question and she had a thorough answer. They seem very accommodating for making food exactly how you'd like it. The restaurant was is a large open room, clean. When you walk in, it's very clear you've entered a Chinese restaurant. The won ton in the wonton soup was horrible texture and flavor. The golden fried rice is overly complex which confuses the flavor intent. Definitely not the rice to compliment other flavors on the plate. SWeet n sour pork was good though the batter was too thick. Pepper steak was vial. We ordered the egg drop soup (wonderful!) the egg rolls (good) the general tso's chicken (the best I've ever had!!!!!) and the golden fried rice (decent). The GFR was interesting, as it wasn't the traditional house fried rice I was expecting, but it was still good. My husband and I ate at Lucky Bamboo for the first time a couple weeks ago. We went because of the great reviews and found them to be very accurate. The food was delicious, and the service was even better. Not only was the server very attentive, but the chef even came out to check on the quality of our food (there were a lot of carry out orders, but we were the only ones dining in that evening.) The atmosphere was very nice as well. It looked pretty modern and recently updated. There was even a karaoke area at the front of the restaurant - seems like that would be fun some evening when they are people using it. We will definitely be back. read more

It's a nice place. Service is nice. It's a big open room, so depending on the day and time it could go from quiet to noisy pretty quickly. The food is fine. I ordered the egg rolls and orange chicken to eat in location. The chicken was made with dark meat which makes it chewy for my taste, but it was hot, fresh, and flavorful, won't order it again though. Egg rolls were nice. Strong crispy texture on outside, nice hot and flavorful inside. I also ordered fried rice to take away for later. We'll see if that warrants a bump up or a drop. read more
