SKIP THIS PLACE! This store lacks any customer service, the guy at the counter was straight up rude! He has such an attitude problem and looking at the reviews it looks like this store just doesn't care. Not even three words in and he cuts me off with a BITTER tone? I honestly should have said something to the owner. Theirs a difference from just having a bad day and snapping at people. Like can you let me finish my sentence? Went to do a return because their products are EXTREMELY FAULTY. Scratchy material, fake leather, and broken jewelry. Don't bother to shop here. Yes, I'm an old guy still trying to look somewhat cool. Lucky Brand has some nice-looking apparel, well-made and comfortable. This store is clean with friendly, attentive servers. There's a pretty good selection of shirts and pants in many styles and colors. I can usually find something that looks good on me. read more

they always have such a cute selection of clothes but my turn off what the customer service. i asked the guy if they have a specific style of shorts in a different size and he barely checked and went to talk to his coworker instead. i was with my group of friends so we were just near them waiting to come up to us if they do have different sizes. we waited for so long and all they did was chat, one of my friends stepped in and finally asked if they did or not. the guy said no and he said that we looked distracted that's why he didn't come up to us. he was very rude about it and so we just left. read more

Awful service from someone who claims to be the store manager. Pascual E. was extremely rude and unfriendly during an interaction at the store today. Unwelcoming, defensive, zero lack of customer service and at the end of it all he didn't apologize. I was returning a gift and he told me that I couldn't get store credit which is not what is stated on the receipt that he gave me, perhaps he was just trying to get me out of the store? Company may want to rethink who they allow to represent their brand. read more

Quality of jeans here are great. Quality of customer service is not. The power went out when they swiped my father's card so it was unclear whether the transaction went through or not. He stayed for about an hour for the power to come back on and to determine with the employee whether it went through. When the power came back, she said it did not charge the card so she swiped it again. He checked his bank account when he got home and it showed that it charged twice. So he called them back and asked them to void one of the transactions since they should clearly have a record of the same purchase happening twice. They told him they weren't responsible for charging the card twice and that it was the bank's problem. Are you kidding me? Thanks Lucky brand for complicating things but I'm confident the investigators will get down to the bottom of things. read more

A typical clothing store located in Glendale Galleria. They are well stocked with Lucky Brand T-Shirts, and Jeans. They have different types of Lucky Jeans to choose from depending on your style. But, this place is not cheap. The jeans here are typically $100.00+ or you might find some a bit less expensive if it was on sale. I must have gotten lucky once upon a time to buy a pair of Lucky Jeans for around $30.00. Yes it was on sale... elsewhere. read more

Free Parking in the Galleria structure Pros: Nice and very helpful employees. Julio is wonderful. Met him the first time when he worked at the Paseo store. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out he transferred to the Glendale Galleria store. He's the best. He points out everything that is on sale and finds sizes if you don't want to mess up the stacks. They are very accommodating for returns. My sister bought a top, cut off the price and security tags and then found out that some of the threads were fraying on one side. We called Julio and he said that was no problem and they would exchange it even though all the tags were removed. At the end of the year I bought some black jeans and some bozo in Italy washed them in hot water when I sent them out for dry cleaning. They ended up getting really faded and really look like garbage. Julio found out how I could fix them and called me back later in the day. Great accessories and lots of cute belts. Cons: The full prices aren't always the best, but they are always having sales, so look on the website on occasion. Once in awhile they have free shipping too. read more

I LOVE the way Lucky Jeans fit me. I really needed jeans and went specifically to the mall for this store alone. HOWEVER, the customer service was WAY TOO MUCH; I mean anxiety inducing, will not leave you alone to think TOO MUCH. I purposefully shop with earbuds in because I like to be left alone, I think it sends a pretty clear signal. I don't mind being told that a sales person is available to help, or lets me know what the sales are, but the woman working would not leave me alone. She offered advice I didn't ask for, made comments on EVERYTHING I picked up, and made assumptions about what I wanted; I picked up one pair of bootcut pants and she pointed out more bootcut pants, then when I went to look for a pair of straight leg jeans she freaked out and said "Oh no honey! Those aren't bootcut!" As if I couldn't read the giant sign above them. I never once told her all I wanted was one style of jeans, in fact, I never once even asked for help. Her actions made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and I ended up awkwardly stammering "I don't need your help!" Then I felt like a jerk and didn't want to stay in the store longer to try anything on or look for more styles, but I needed pants so I just grabbed two pair in styles that normally work for me and checked out as quickly as possible while her co-worker looked at me like "What is wrong with you?" What's wrong is that the store is VERY well labeled and I don't like being harassed while I shop. I get it that some people really do need help buying clothes, but not everyone is clueless about what they want. Read the freaking room. read more

The staff is very helpful and some are quite pretty. I don't know what Glendale and Pasadena has about getting the miniature versions of name brand stores in their cities. This is a small Lucky Brand store and even though I am one not to sport high end jeans(not my thang, you dig jive turkey!) I do own a pair of jeans from them and I have to say they are one of the most used ones I have in my closet. read more

I love their jeans especially the Little Maggie and Easy & Low Rider Jeans..They have great sweaters and nice tee shirts in the Summer too..My daughters love their tank tops and leather belts...great store and the employees are attentive and helpful. read more

Stopped by for some holiday shopping and I was very impressed with the staff and their assistance. For anyone taller I would absolutey suggest checking out one of the Lucky locations as they have pants with plenty of inseam for my 6'-5" frame. Even tho I very briefly stepped in here I had to write this. Most clothing stores in this mall have young workers and if you read my review for the day, you would know that on this specific day I was looking for jeans and decided to try this store. Well I walk into an empty store and notice two ladies working and Paula Cole where have all the cowboys gone playing, not the usual hype dance music, minus one star. Then I notice that they are two older ladies and im like wait what, where are the young people unless this store is for older people. Now i have nothing against older people but they are not gonna know what looks good on the younger generation. Anyways the lady comes and does the usual need any help and im like well looky here, see I just bought these jeans at A&F otherwise known to me as hell and im looking for something similar because i have a weird body and yeah. well she gets me a pair and I try them on and they are pretty ok except a little tight on the waist and possibly because they are skinnys. I look at the price tag and im like omg 130 bucks for a pair of pants that dont fit perfect. Well a minute later I walk out the dressing room and im like they are perfect but a little tight. This is i think to myself the part where ima say thank you and walk away but shes like well let me go to the back and find you another one since they are all hand made and each one fits differently despite being the same size. Im like fak , now I have to wait and be sweet and i feel bad if I said no because she probably thinks yay im gonna make a sale. Well she goes to the back and im like should I leave and then I contemplate should I tell the other lady to tell her thank you anyways but I have to go and as Im debating fearing she may come back out, I get out of there. Thats probably bad on my part but I just wanted to leave and I have a hard time saying no sometimes cuz i make come off as a bitch when i say it. She was really nice and thats why its in reality 3.5 stars but im so used to every other store having young people working and blasting dance music that gets me pumped that I was kinda surprised by this.
