Unfortunately, the last two experiences have been terrible and really show how far things have gone downhill. A recent takeout order was missing food, which we let slide because it was for a party. This time, we decided to dine in for the first time, bringing guests for a large party and it turned out to be an embarrassing disaster. Wrong dishes were served, utensils were forgotten (and then miscounted when they finally came), and the Mongolian beef was left off entirely. When it did arrive, it was strangely sweet and didn't taste right. Vegetables in nearly every dish were mushy. To make matters worse, a hair was found in the chicken with broccoli, and a waitress spilled one of our dishes, so both the spilled dish and hair-sprinkled-dish had to be remade. What used to be a reliable spot for us has now become disappointing, both in food quality and service. This place is a fun little hole in the wall Asian food place. They have a large menu that I have yet to find something I don't like. Their pricing is reasonable as well. For 12.99, I got a firecracker chicken, and the whole plate was loaded with chicken and sauce. They brought a pot of rice on the side and didn't charge extra when we ran out of rice. Their employees work as a team and just all help each table. This seemed to work well as we didn't have to worry much about refills or anything. Show them a picture of what I wanted and when I got home it was NOT what I showed them. I wanted Salt and Spicy Pork Chop and if anyone has eaten that dish before, it's usually small pork chops with the bones in them coated in a crispy batter. When I got home opened my take out box, I immediately knew that this was not the dish I expected or even ordered (please see photos). They cut up some dry pork meat and it looks like it was stir fry with garlic and jalapeños. I even showed a picture of what I wanted to the cashier and he told me they have that same dish too... Yum and happy! The customer service here is so friendly and welcoming. The staff is very personable and very attentive. For sure A+ on their service. I ordered won tong soup and it was great! Super tasty and it was a good portion for my husband and toddler and I to share. We ordered the Mongolian beef and the house fried rice. All the portions a decent size we had enough for left over and eat at home the next day for all of us. The rice was good a bit bone but add some soy sauce and boom! Which I prefer rather than being too salty. Also it was not greasy at all which is always a huge plus for me. It didn't feel heavy at all. The Mongolian beef was super tasty too!
