It's expensive. The food is not very good. When they got rid of the Shrimp w/candied walnuts and melon balls, it went downhill. You can't order a side of fried rice. You can only get brown or white rice and it's not seasoned at all. We ordered the honey shrimp and it was mostly breading. I can't recommend it as a place to enjoy dinner. Service was great. We went to P.F. Chang's and another city once about 15 or so years ago and just never went back. We honestly weren't impressed. On a when we decided to head over to this location and check it out since they had a five course for two special going on. It's honestly beautiful inside. I couldn't believe it feels a little more high-end, but not ridiculously priced. We ordered potstickers, egg drop soup, I opted for spicy chicken, but I can't remember what my husband got. Came with some sushi and for dessert their banana egg rolls. All the food we had was phenomenal minus the sushi it tasted subpar similar to grocery store. I just wasn't a fan of that. The spicy chicken was delicious and had a definite kick to it. Service was OK but it did take 10 to 15 minutes at times to get a drink refill. Really just had a not interested in coming back type of experience. From the gentleman at the the hostess station that seemed to be frazzled because I made the reservation on openTable. To him sitting us in a booth where our backs were to the front door in a restaurant that was only half full. To it taking 10 to 15 minutes for the waitress to even come to my table. To requesting two sauce, bowls for the lettuce, chicken wraps and not getting it. To then having to wait another 10 to 15 minutes before I could get her attention to get another one. Which also meant I couldn't eat mine so they sat there until I could get the other sauce, I like my thing super spicy , and my guest doesn't like spicy at all. To the flavorless, Singapore, sweet noodle. To what they call a Keylime pie that I ordered to go that, when I opened it later that night, was the thinnest little circle of graham cracker covered in 1.5 inches of whipped cream with a half of a small ramekin of a condensed milk with Keylime flavor. Worst service I've ever gotten at a restaurant ever. I have never not left a tip at a sit down restaurant in my life until today. I worked in the food service industry for over 4 yrs and what I experienced today was completely unacceptable- me and my family love coming here that's why this sucks so much. We have always great service until today. We were sat down then proceeded to wait 15 minutes until out drink and food order was taken, then we proceeded to wait 30 minutes until our food came out before our drinks. The food runner carrying the food turned around and took our food back into the kitchen because they saw we didn't have our drinks. Our drinks then came with all the ice melted in, one of the alcoholic the other alcoholic drink was a bottle of beer and with missing a water (it was me and my lady) so missing half the drink order. After that the rest of our drinks were brought over and then finally about 10 minutes after it came out the first time our food came back out lovely just what I wanted heat lamp food. Appetizer was fine was obviously due to film on sauce for my green beans that they sat under the heat lamp the entire time instead of remaking it then once the entree came out the orange chicken was burned to a crisp the meat of the chicken was crunchy. Not just the breading the meat was crunchy- one of the bussers were surprised that it was even orange chicken when she saw it. She was amazing matter of fact, all the bussers and hostesses were amazing but we got awful service. Normally we sit in the bar and the female bartender with short blonde hair is super good she's awesome wherever we sit in her section - and only will after this. I was just done and wanted to leave it took over 15 to get the check we there for over an hour the last 15 minutes felt like we were being held there. I didn't wanna leave without paying so I just waited worst experience of my life will make me seriously think about ever coming back. Management took the orange chicken off of the check and never once came over to check on why we wanted a refund and wanted to leave without our free food that we were offered- let that sink in. They offered us free food and we would've rather left than wait for it (in this economy is insane) very poor job on our servers side and on managements side. I had to download yelp to make this. Excellent ordering with a young lady who seemed new, but so sweet. Our order was perfect and so yummy. We took advantage of the birthday desert which we had never done. They had an delicious chocolate soufflé which came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a raspberry sauce. Delicious! Us girls had our usual chicken fried rice and the Singapore Street Noodles. My husband has his regular too, but decided to try the Black Pepper Chicken with fried rice. It was so delicious. He really enjoyed. Love PF Changs! I do not know what we would do without them. I want to start by saying our server did a great job and took very good care of us throughout our visit - they were attentive, polite, and professional. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the way we were treated by the front desk manager at P.F. Chang's, Maribeth. From the moment we interacted with her, she was rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. Instead of helping or showing basic hospitality, her attitude felt unnecessarily hostile and, honestly, discriminatory. The way we were spoken to made us feel uncomfortable and singled out for no valid reason. It's disappointing because the service at our table was great - but first impressions matter, and the front desk is supposed to set the tone for a positive experience. Sadly, this interaction did the opposite. I hope this is addressed, because no guest should feel disrespected before they even get to sit down. read more

It had been a while since we had visited a PFC and we were very much looking forward to it. In the past, a meal at PFCs felt like a special occasion, even though the food for vale was good. Our recent experience lacked the same serene atmosphere and upscale (while maintaining reasonable prices). This started with the hostess, who never even made direct eye contact and greeted us with something like "hold on I'll help you in a minute" or something similar. She was not rude, simply had not been trained (or had forgotten) how to welcome customers in for a pleasant dining experience. We were seated right away, no problem there, but were given a large booth (there were just 2 of us). The combination of the high ceilings (which are beautiful ) but with loud music made the noise level less than the relaxing almost serene atmosphere I remembered about PFCs. Our table and menus were sticky, and while our waiter was ultimately engaging, initially he was in a big hurry (friendly, for sure, but very much hurried). We got our food very fast -almost too quickly- and none of the sauces. The food was good, but the overall experience was such that I doubt we'll visit PFChangs again, when really the same level food can be enjoyed from Pick Up Stix. Sad to see it change. read more

The receptionists are so unorganized. They stated they were going to sit my party down right away but then got confused with another party. When I told them something about it, they stated I had to wait 25 minutes. They were scared of the confrontation and just left me there while they left the front unattended. This P.F. Chang's is very clean, and the waitstaff is lovely. I think the prices are a bit high, even with their larger portions, but the food isn't bad. My husband loved his Pad Thai. I got a peach tea with popping boba and it's was really good. My rice was overcooked, but I got a lunch plate of that and honey chicken, which wasn't bad even though it was a bit pricey. Well, I had never been into a P.F. Chang's before and my wife was in the mood for Asian, so we thought we'd give them a try. This restaurant is in a great location with plenty of parking outside. Upon entering, we found the ambiance is the best part of this restaurant. It would be a great place to meet up with family and friends for the uplifting atmosphere. The wall paintings and fixtures give the place a classy feel. The dining area was very clean and the table settings arranged perfectly. Very Nice indeed. We had a great server who was friendly and attentive. She promptly took our drink and appetizer orders. They had Lagunitas beer which was a nice offering in contrast to the lighter Asian beer. The appetizers that we ordered were the crispy green beans and pork egg rolls. The egg rolls were good but not quite what I would consider traditional Chinese. My wife loved the crispy green beans. They were the highlight of the whole evening for her! For entrees, we ordered the Mongolian Beef, Crispy Honey Shrimp and Singapore Street Noodles. All were pretty good, but I think I like the Honey Shrimp the best. It reminded me of traditional Chinese Walnut Prawns.The Singapore street noodles were also pretty good. I wasn't sure what to expect with them, but with rice noodles, chicken, shrimp and vegatables tossed with curry sauce, wasn't bad. I do still think that I prefer the Lo Mein noodles. All-in-all, a good experience. I come from an area of the west coast with excellent Asian foods of all kinds, so am accustomed to really good Chinese. P.F. Changs food was good, but not what I consider traditional Chinese. Also, I was a little surprised that we spent a little over a hundred dollars for 2 appetizers, two entrees, noodles and a beer. I guess having leftovers to take home helps to offset the cost of the meal. Still, every other part of the experience was really pretty stellar! after deliberating over what we wanted to have for dinner, my family and i settled on p.f. chang's. given that we were familiar with the franchise, we pretty much knew what to expect. as we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by the hosts and seated immediately. we also got an amazing waitress who took our appetizer and dinner orders efficiently as well as providing refills for our drinks! the appetizers we got were the shrimp dumplings and the vegetable spring rolls. although i loved the dumplings, the spring rolls were just average. they weren't terrible, but they weren't exactly anything to write home about either. for dinner i ordered the kung pao shrimp, and i politely requested if the restaurant could make the dish as spicy as they're allowed to. they fulfilled my request to a T and even provided some extra chili sauce before my meal arrived! another server provided us with our food, and he was also friendly as well. i eagerly gobbled up my dinner, and it was just as spicy as i wanted it to be-just enough heat to be tasty, but not total overkill that drowns out the flavor and makes it unbearable. as for the ambiance, since it was a late saturday afternoon/early saturday evening, it was pretty crowded (as to be expected). we were all seated at a clean table, which i was immensely appreciative of. shortly after we were full, one of the servers provided us with to-go boxes to take out leftovers home. keep in mind that for first-timers, p.f. chang's has extremely large portions! overall, the service was spectacular and i'm glad that we ate here tonight. :3 read more

This location is relatively new and maintained the same standard of food and service when we came in yesterday on New Years Day. Normally, we frequent the Chandler location. We always order the same thing: chicken lettuce wraps to start and Chang's Spicy Chicken with a side of lo mein noodles. The food is always delicious! The lettuce wraps are literally lettuce served with a sweet chicken and minced vegetable mixture, served on a bed of crunch rice sticks. There is a sauce served on the side to pour into your wrap. These are always tasty and a light starter! Chang's Spicy Chicken has a little bit of heat in a sweet sauce. The sauce is ADDICTING! It goes well with a side of rice but we simply enjoy the lo mein noodles more. The lo mein noodles are tossed in a sweet soy sauce -- my toddler loves these! Great service even on New Years Day. Food was ok at this establishment. I haven't been here in years (over 5years) and food was mediocre at best. The lettuce wraps meat was cold and bland in flavor. As the entree meals came out we were hoping for a better outcome with the entire meal but quickly found out it wasn't. The ribs, orange chicken, and brown rice were ok. Singapore noodles had so much vinegar in it that it overpowered the curry flavor that was supposed to be part of the taste. The shrimp with lobster sauce was the most depressing dish in my opinion. The sauce had a very strong disliking flavor that didn't have any flavor. Idk how that is even possible. For as much as it cost on the menu, I expected it to be one of the best dishes. The only great dish that was ordered was the pad Thai with shrimp. Very balanced flavors with enough shrimps for every scoop. Young lady that was our waitress was very kind and had a lot of spark. Haven't had PF Changs in years so I wanted to stop by and see if it was as good as I remember. It didn't disappoint. The wait was about 10-15 minutes and our service was really good! Our waitress got us everything we needed and always checked up on us. The restaurant was very clean and the vibe overall was nice. The food was also pretty good and came out pretty fast. The $20 bundle deal they have going on is such a good deal and I like how they give you options. The egg rolls were probably my least favorite thing, they just didn't taste that good. Never ordering catering services from the Goodyear location again. I have always used their catering for many of my events, and by far this one has been the worst experience. The plates i had ordered were so empty, it was disappointing not being able to feed a full party in which i had mentioned the number amount of people i needed to feed as i spoke to them when ordering. Needless to say, the manager was not of any help, i had to pay for more plates and pick them up myself in the middle of my event! Large portions too, so we all have lunch for work tomorrow. I ordered Buddha's Feast, which is tofu with vegetables. I'm not a vegetarian, but it was so good I might become one. It didn't come with a white cream sauce as stated in the menu, but the sauce that was on it was perfect! I hadn't been to a P.F.
