Of course, I was told Mango followed Lisa all day; and on the day I picked them up, Kuma was sitting on one of their children's lap while doing their homework. It was comforting to see that my fur babies were treated like family while I was away. We have two Great Pyrenees and two Aussies, so we have tried plenty of groomers, even all the way to Kailua Kona. Honestly, most of those were nightmare experiences. Pohaku has been such a refreshing change. And the best part... one time we showed up early and our Pyrenees and Aussie were literally "coloring" with their adorable little keiki while waiting for us. Drove an hour to get there but the vet didn't even try to open my dog mouth to inspect it. He said that my dog is not liking him open a mouth and he can't do much! I said he is in pain can you try again, no dog likes to open their mouth you need to just force it. My dog was not dangerous (20lb older scottie). But the vet said he can only prescribe a pain killer to numb the pain and that's all. I was pretty disappointed with lack of care to even attempt to inspect my pet. I drove an hour to see him for 5 min of his time and zero help! I am not going back there again.
