Before scheduling an appointment for consignment, I got a text from their liaison. I was trying to ask her for more details, and she was just pushing me to schedule an appointment. I bought 6 items to the store in Lido. At the front desk, a staff goes through the items and tells you what is eligible for consignment, which are items that are worth 1k and above in resale. Whatever is under 1k, you can still leave them for resell and "leave the rest to fate" sort of speak. What I mean is that you don't know whether they will accept the items or how much they will price it. And you get a very low % in return if they do get sold. Back to my consignment items- shout out to Josh. He was so very friendly and very approachable. And clearly great at his job. We had a great chat while he examined my items. I had two bags on consignment. One was sold within a week. Now to the non-consigned items. I had 4 items: 3 handbags (Prada, Kate spade and Tory Burch) and one jewelry (a pair of never worn Marc Jacobs earrings). The earrings were not accepted and should be sent back to me. The Kate Spade bag was never used, stored in the original storage bag, with tags attached. Somehow it was rated as "good" in condition, which I didn't really agreed with. On the bright side, the Tory Burch bag was sold within a day and the Prada bag sold within a week. Overall, I had a good first experience. I think if you don't have time or energy to deal with people and listing, this is definitely a great option. I would resell here again.

Cheri was so incredibly helpful, I cannot recommend this store enough! The customer service that I experienced here today is at a level that I have not seen in many years, I wish every shoe store was like this. She picked the perfect shoes for me and even entertained the idea of fitting my boyfriend for a matching pair, LOL! We had a blast. Cheri also explained to me that all workers at Lucky Feet receive special training (and the owner is a podiatrist) so that they can find the best fit. She felt the pain I had in my foot, and I will be seeing a doctor sometime soon per her advice as I may have a stress fracture. We will definitely be return customers. I have been thinking of purchasing a pair of Hoka's, I went into a local store to try a pair and to ask questions about the shoe, Aric C. was very thourgh and detailed in his assessment of my walking and foot preasure, he was very well versed in the products he showed me. I am so thankful for Lucky Feet Shoes and especially Cherie, one of their star employees! I have been going to Lucky Feet for years to get their custom orthotics to help with my plantar fasciitis. Cherie is a wizard at getting just the right fit every time! She truly listens and pays attention to make the exact adjustments needed to help me get out of pain. While I didn't buy the anything, it was still nice to see the selection and layout. I do recommend trying before buying online, especially here in Socal, because the main distribution warehouse is in Moreno Valley and sometimes orders arrive within a couple days. The way it was said felt dismissive and left me feeling like I had already been judged as someone who was not a serious customer. What confused me most was that a few minutes later, the person shopping with me asked to try the exact same shoe and was allowed to do so immediately, without being questioned about how they planned to use it or being warned about the price. I brought the situation to someone who appeared to be part of the management team. Although she apologized, most of the conversation focused on explaining the store's procedure and suggesting that I could have asked another associate. That did not really address why the same apparent rule was applied differently. They later offered a discount on the other person's purchase and asked whether I still wanted to try the shoe, but by then I no longer felt comfortable shopping for myself. I cannot speak to anyone's intentions, but this interaction left me feeling singled out, embarrassed, and unwelcome. I hope the store reviews how employees explain their policies and makes sure all customers are treated consistently and respectfully.

She is a regular shopper at your store. We had dinner in the cafe the night before, somehow my aunts small leather wallet had fallen out of her purse and on to the floor in the Nordstroms cafe. We had an excellent dinner, as usual. We didn't realize until we arrived home later in the evening, that her wallet had fallen onto the floor of your restaurant Of course my aunt was upset that this happened. At the time, so didn't know exactly where she lost her wallet. All she knew was, it wasn't in her purse. We decided we had no choice, but to wait to speak with someone at the store early in the morning. Early the next morning, before the store opened, we contacted the Nordstrom lost and found. We spoke with Christoper in the lost and found department. We shared with him our dilemma and he promptly called us back and found my aunt brown leather wallet.
