The massage is good, very good service and environment, they don't demand a tip , you decide the amount.

I had airón my right heel about 7 mos ago and I told her about it before we began the massage. A few minutes into the massage, she applied waaaaaay too much pressure to my foot. So much so that I had to pull away from her. She said she forgot about my wound and apologized. I wasn't hurting too bad, so I let it slide. 2. Also prior to beginning the massage I specifically asked her to stretch my hip flexor on my left leg (over compensation from surgery on other foot). Ask me how much time she put toward what I specifically went in for...0 minutes! She was a very nice lady and I felt bad so I didn't complain, but I will never go here again and I'll tell everyone I know not to either. Honestly, the language barrier was the biggest issue. I speak 3 languages, just not hers. The least this place can do is invest in a translation app for all of their non-English speaking techs. If any one from management cares (doubt it) feel free to call me. I had the 7pm appointment on Sunday 4/19.

It is always clean and tidy and just decorated nicely. The music is nice, but sometimes a bit loud, but I'm usually asleep. The owners Ivy and David are amazing and are very lively and energetic. They have found a group of therapist that are totally dedicated to giving you the best therapeutic Thai massage. The regulars are Sandy, Gail, Chloe and Yona. And every once in a while you might get a new therapist, like the one i had today. Her name is Ava. So everyone has a pretty good command of English and they are all super polite and knowledgeable about giving a great massage. I would know as I pretty much come in weekly. As an acupuncturist, I do believe in treating your body right and giving something good back to it. This along with a good diet, exercise and perhaps some acupuncture as well, are all things that can promote good health and relaxation. Why would you want to stay stressed out? Especially at the end of the year, when things can get stressful. So if you are looking for a new place to get a massage look no further, as they do specialize in Thai style massage, but they are massage therapist, and can do all the therapeutic styles. If you are looking for more heavy and deep massage: go with Gail and Ava. The rest are less deep and heavy. The only issue i find is that the location is not so great for parking. It is metered parking, unless you are willing to walk a bit and park in the hidden parking structure across the street. But if you are ok with a little 3 minute walk out into the neighborhood, you can find some street parking.

My forearms, elbows, shoulders and back were all knotted and I couldn't even foam it out. I went in expecting a good massage... BUT HOLY CRAP. That was NEXT LEVEL. My masseuse spoke almost no English but maybe that's what I needed to get a good massage because let me tell you... He was palpating everywhere, feeling areas and then he would slowly sink and find spots and I was like WHAT THE HECK. I had a shoulder injury on my left side. He was feeling around both my shoulders to see the difference, without me saying anything.. he pinpointed my left shoulder problem area and it was so painful but I was smiling under the head rest because I was like, THIS GUY KNOWS HIS STUFF. We didn't talk at all, but he did always check in to make sure pressure was good. I walked out to get him more cash for tip because I got up feeling like I was a baby again. My back and shoulders HAVE NEVER. I repeat, NEVER been worked on like that. I don't even know his name... will go back.

I don't usually leave reviews or feedback for this location, as I've been coming here for many years and have generally been very satisfied with my experiences. Unfortunately, tonight's massage did not meet my expectations. My masseuse was William, and while I don't like leaving negative reviews, I did not enjoy the service. To begin with, the massage started with the blanket left over me longer than usual. The work on my back was okay at first, but as the session continued, it felt like there was little to no technique involved. Overall, it seemed more like rubbing than an actual massage. I've had many massages throughout my life, and I can tell the difference between a therapist who is experienced and one who is not. My back and shoulders were not massaged with proper technique, and there was very little attention given to my feet, arms, forearms, and hands. I was really looking forward to a full-body massage, and unfortunately, that's not what I received. After the appointment, I spoke with the front desk associate, Kennedy, who advised me to leave feedback. There was no offer to reschedule or provide any form of resolution at the time. I would like to know if there is any possibility of a refund or a complimentary massage. Thank you for your time.

The atmosphere was also a big plus: calming music paired with a gentle water fountain effect made it incredibly relaxing and easy to unwind. Maria was my massage therapist, and she was fantastic. She intuitively found areas that needed extra TLC and suggested cupping, which I decided to try--and I'm so glad I did. The massage is definitely a different, more invigorating approach, focusing on fascia release, muscle manipulation, and lymphatic movement. If that's your style, it's 100% - book the massage. Parking abundant - huge plus and the front office representative was very kind and informative .  I highly recommend Maria--she truly has a healer's touch. I'll definitely be back!

When I arrived I showed the email with the payment of $85 and let the young lady know that I wanted a soft massage as I have bone issues. She led me to a room and let me know to undress and lay face down under the cover. About 10 minutes later, a man entered the room and asked me about the certificate and asked how I received it. I sat up, covering myself and had an awkward conversation about this and explained this should have been discussed with him before I was led to a room. I attempted to call my friend who answered but she explained she could not talk as she was at work. I showed him the form of payment and her full name on the email as this was a Birthday Gift. About 15 minutes later, after he called someone, they looked up the transaction and knew it was legitimate. It was not a comfortable experience at all. I do not recommend this place.

She was kind, attentive, communicative and just overall excellent at ensuring you are comfortable. The location is quaint and the rooms are decent. But here is the reason for the 3 star: I purchased my massage through ClassPass. I opted for the First lady treatment which consisted of a deep tissue massage, salt scrub and free hot stones. When I first got there, I informed the receptionist that I had an appointment through ClassPass. Without asking, she grabbed my phone, took a picture of my screen then proceeded to call someone on her phone. I believe this may have been because of a language barrier. The gentleman on the phone confirmed I was there for the First Lady package and told me I'm all set. I then followed her to the room where she simply pointed to and walked away. That was fine. Lucy, then came in and created magic with her hands. The deep tissue massage was magnificent. The salt scrub was so glorious, I even got chills. Once she was done cleaning up the salt scrub, she said we were done. I politely reminded her that my appt came with the hot stones. She stepped outside, came back in and showed me her phone. It read: "colleague forgot to turn on the hot stones. Sorry" . Then, she said proceeded with offering me a hot towel instead. I declined the towel. As I was walking out, I was disappointed but I was still leaning toward the four star review because Lucy really did a good job despite missing the hot stones. However, when I approached the front desk, it was a different receptionist . A young lady with perfect English. She asked if I wanted to leave a tip. As I was getting my card ready to leave a well-deserved tip, I casually mentioned that my package came with the hot stones but that portion of the service was not provided. Her response was "I see..." She then charged my card for the tip and completely disregarded what I said. While my body feels relaxed, I left highly disappointed by how situation was handled. Mistakes happen, but acknowledging them and making an effort to address them, goes a long way.
