As I was going into one of the rooms in the back some random guy just walked into the back and asked if anyone was available. I assume this is because there was no one in the front and he had been there before. Either way- not a good vibe. The lady giving me the massage surely was not a true masseuse. They did not seem to know what they are doing except when it comes to following directions. I asked for less pressure, they did it which is more than I can say for at other places that cost more. Horrible.. went in for 30 minutes foot massage; cut it short 4 minutes and for those 26 minutes it was language barrier I was asking for soap for my feet for like 3 minutes & she cleaned up in the middle of the massage so like I got a 20 minute massage. Also didn't dry my feet before adding oil to massage! WTF! TRASH! Wish I didn't tip before massage. Worst $50 spent of my life! read more

It was my first time here tonight and I had a wonderful experience. Linda greeted me and she was my masseuse for a full body 1 hour massage. It was very relaxing and there was a heater inside the room which was a plus since it was very chilly tonight. Nice ambiance and soothing music, it was also quiet which added to my relaxation. I only give this place one star because that is the least you can give. If I could give a zero I would. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to waste your time and money!!! They way over charge, their facility is dirty and run down and it is cold so your muscles do not relax. Additionally, after being over charged they do not give a good massage and they are rude. Don't go here . They SUCK. I wish I could rate negative stars!! You get less than you pay for. I went with my boyfriend, he got a full body massage and I got a foot massage. My boyfriend said they only rubbed his back the whole time and the lady was sick and coughing all over him. As for the foot massage, I basically paid $20 for them to rub lotion on me. The first half of the foot massage was done by a lady basically doing nothing but rubbing lotion on me and scratching my head. Another employee came in to the room I was in and was shoving money in her face and telling her to leave. The second employee that came in then started to finish the "massage". The lady was on her cellphone talking half the time making appointments for other people and only using one hand to massage the same spot over and over again and the other hand to hold the phone. She REALLY messed up my left collar bone by pinching it so hard while on the phone and she was giving a dry massage mainly the whole massage. The lady that was massaging my boyfriend gave him a headache and a kink in his neck. To top it off, when we were leaving they wanted us to tip them!!! F*CK this place!!!!! read more

Avoid this place at all cost. My friend and I went to this spa due to high reviews on google even though it was a 3 star at the time. We got our service done which was alright and when my friend attempted to give her a tip for $10 for a $40 service, masseuse said she deserved more and that she needs $20 which he did because he felt pressured. I didn't appreciate that so I still gave $10 due to be always believing a tip should be given due to the service but my friend and I will never come back to place. I am not able to rate the quality of the massages per say, but rather the lack of professionalism from the workers. I walked in to see what services are provided, when I was greeted by a woman with a quite unpolite and careless attitude. I then said, "Wow, 40 dollars is not bad for a massage, that's a good deal." She then said, "it's not 40 dollars, it's 50 dollars because you have to leave a 10 dollar tip". She didn't smile, she didn't have a polite demeanor, she was just completely demanding. I usually give a minimum 20 dollar tip when I get a massage, by the way. But I do not enjoy being told what amount to tip by a lady with an attitude. Another lady was standing there and she did not look any more welcoming than the one who greeted me. I simply walked out and took my money elsewhere :) If you do not enjoy people with demanding attitudes and poor communication skills, this is probably not the place you'd want a "relaxing" experience from. read more

I had some time to kill so I decided to get a 30 minute foot massage. She put my feet in water and left. Then she did a half a** job for 20 minutes and said she was done. I asked wow that was 30 minutes? And she said it included the soak. So I paid $40 for a 20 minute massage. (Watch your time at this place!) She said ok I'll do 5 more minutes on your back. Left happy and refreshed. Started with a light handed therapist giving me a foot massage, they switched 10 min in which I was fine with, and the owner worked on me. I will never go to this place again. I have been going to Lucky Foot for about 3 years now. I always had a decent or great masseuse, but today I had to walk out during my massage. Masseuse kept leaving do to customers and not having enough masseuses to attend to the traffic. I realize they were short handed and I didn't make a big deal. Massage was great until I mentioned that I can hear a lot of customers. My masseuse responded to me that I should of only got a 1 hour massage and that I was a cheap tipper. To add insult to injury she said "nobody wants to massage me because I'm cheap" (this is probably the 2nd time this girl has gave me a massage). This is a 90 minute $60.00 massage and I always give $40.00 tip because I heard that's how masseuse make their money. As soon as Shirley (thick glasses and braces) said that I was cheap, I immediately got up and left. Who in their right mind would treat a paying customer like that? I just wanted some peace and relaxation from work. I've been going their for years, and to insult me like that is just plain sad. I felt so bad I had to get up and go when I still had 30min left (didn't ask for my money back) That girl with the thick glasses and braces needs to be fired "Shirley" I believe her name is. This is worst place first of all the they say it's 20 dollars , but charge you to use your card and you actually pay the owner first then the masseuse charges you separately . When I told her I already paid she replied with you paid the owner now you have to pay me the same amount. I told her oh a tip and I gave her cash and she replied it was LITTLE MONEY !!!! What an experience, I called on a Saturday night to see if they have room for two, they said yes how long till we get there and I said about 15 minutes. We arrive and the lady says no massage no room. So I said I just called and the lady said to come down. So she proceeded to go into the back and then came back and said you pay now so we paid and continued to the back. The lady giving my massage was nice but my friends lady kept talking and each time she would talk my masseuse would quit massaging and just rub her hand up and down my leg. It was like she was distracted. Then my friends masseuse kept leaving which my friend had paid for an hour and only received about 35 minutes worth of massage. I have gone twice with a friend. Great massage. The only complaint I have was every time someone would come through the front door, my masseuse would leave to tend to the front.... 1st time I was S.O.L. on the time lost, last time she massaged me an extra 10 minutes to make up for all the time she left.
