Every now and then I crave badly for Americanized Chinese. This place has been here for years and today is the day to try it out. Initially I just wanted a bowl of Hot and Sour soup but the ladies at the counter said soups are complimentary for dine in. Score!! I bee lined to the soup area soon after I placed my order. The soup has a decent kick to it. It wasn't watered down at all and it has the proper ingredients like bamboo shoots. This is now one of my favorite Americanized Chinese lunch special place. So with the coupon and ordering two lunch specials, the total price was a little over $16. That's a price you can't beat - for an entree plus egg roll. They had miso, egg drop, and hot & sour soups. The egg drop was very good. We ordered an avocado roll, a cucumber roll, and a shrimp tempura roll. The avocado & cucumber rolls were very tiny, maybe the circumference of a quarter, and consisted of avocado or cucumber, rolled in sticky rice, and wrapped in nori. I will start from the beginning. Table was real sticky. Bathroom was filthy with no toilet paper. ALL the soda fountains were out except for Pepsi. The Pepsi tasted like soda water. I ordered sesame chicken with an upgrade to fried rice. The chicken did not taste like chicken but tasted like "something" injected with MSG. The so called "fried rice" was just brown rice. When I asked the manager about it, she just said "that's the way we do our fried rice". My dish was supposed to come with broccoli. It came with 2 broccoli spears as a garnish. The meal was not good. It's a family owned restaurant that really tries to make your experience a good one. They offer a great menu: sushi, noodles and traditional chinese food. Very reasonable prices. Free complimentary soup (miso, egg drop and sweet & sour) with any purchase. Its a small, fast food environment, most people get it ToGo, but if you dine in you'll need to tip a waitress. For the money, quality of food, and being able to eliminate tipping, I'd rather eat at Panda Express. read more

Every thing is good, the only thing I think they need to add is more sauce to the general so it's kind of dry.

This place only has like 3.5 stars on Yelp, but it is delicious Chinese food. The staff are very friendly and very helpful, the man behind the counter recommended the Mongolian chicken which was excellent, I also got a couple egg rolls which weren't as good as I hoped, they didn't seem as fresh as they should have been, but otherwise a delicious meal. This is one of the only places I can ever find Moshi chicken and they're willing to customize it without the carrots and they're willing to change and adjust the spice level instead of pancakes. I asked for a white rice. The portion of the chicken is humongous, however my husband likes chicken fried rice and Mongolian beef. He was disappointed with the portion sizes of both as was I with rice being so cheap. It was such a small platter. If you want the Worst customer service possible please order your family meal from Lucky House off of Greenville Avenue. They are the worst people I have ever dealt with in my life. Literally on hold 4 times in total for 22 minutes and the lady could not get it together. then she couldn't apply their own coupon to the order that is literally printed on their menu, then after three calls back to them the manager never once apologized then tries to tell me that after 24 minutes on the phone call they can't get their coupon to work and they're gonna charge me full price and it's gonna be an hour for delivery. what is so hard about two soups, one order of dumplings and a fried rice . Never again! thought we would try them after the first time we got food poisoning from them about six months ago well, that was a big mistake. BBB will be called.
