Lucky Puppy Claw Arcade has really friendly and helpful staff! My husband and I were in the neighborhood and stopped to check them out. The ambiance is bright, clean, and inviting. Their tokens were reasonably priced and there were some cute prizes so we bought $20 worth of tokens and had a blast. It was obvious that we weren't have too much luck grabbing prizes but the staff were nice enough to set up a few things to make it easier. We ended up taking home a handful of cute plush toys and a funny picture of my husband looking like a claw machine prize, lol! I highly recommend this claw arcade for a fun time!

Look no further than Lucky Puppy Claw Arcade! I took my kiddos here on a whim after coming across a great deal for tokens on Groupon. There were some cute stuffies that included Hello Kitty and Super Mario Bros. They also have a trade up option for stuffed animals, which was cool to know for a future visit. The staff here were super nice and friendly. I have to say it was a fun-filled family evening, and with Yogurtland next door :) Come one, come all! Head on over to Lucky Puppy and go get your claw on!

BEST Claw Machine Arcade in Vegas and one of our all-time favorite claw machine arcades! Pros: Each claw machine is 1 token per play Affordable token packages Staff are friendly and helpful to ask for resets Great trade in program and prizes - I love the tote bags! Cons: Claw machines don't seem have a double tap on - not a major issue, just something we aren't used to compared to other claw arcades Overall: Lucky Puppy is a great family-friendly place to have fun and win prizes. We found that their claw machines are very fair. If you need help with winning a prize, just ask a staff for help. Or, be like me and follow them around when they restock machines lol. We don't live in the area, but we always make sure to visit when we're in Vegas. We love them so much, we bought a claw machine for our home. They made the process super simple and we get to bring the fun home with us!

Hands down- still one of the best claw machine spots in town! We came today to surprise my daughter for an early birthday present and we left with a bag of plushies. The thrill, the surprise, the fun was well worth the value. Service was good. This time, they didn't help as much with moving plushies but honestly, we still came out lucky puppies!

my family and I went here couple times and we always get lot of plushies the place is nice and clean also the employees are really helpful. Prizes were easy to win for the most part. They had one machine with asian snacks, although that one was hard to win. They had a machine where you had to jump a certain number of times (200-500ish) to get the prize. They had mini machines with mini prizes. There were a few machine that required 2 tokens. Our kids had a lot of fun winning the prizes. We traded up for prizes and they even had Pokemon cards there. My son ended up getting two great cards in one pack. The photo op was cute. The staff was friendly. It can get crowded as it is a small space. read more

Fun and affordable activity for the kiddos! We found a GroupOn for the Lucky Puppy browsing things to do with the kids this weekend and stumbled across this place! The kids love trying to win the prizes, and thought it was so fun to get lots to trade in for a bigger prize. 99% of the claw machines are only 1 token, and the staff is more than happy to "help" if you've tried a few times without success - by "helping" they placed things right on the edge for our little ones to easily score. & as a bonus there's a cute photo opp in the back. read more

I usually only review if it's great or something bizarre happens that I can't get over. This time - it's the latter. Cute place, clean and every machine was working. Generally $1 per token (per play), but a few machines are $2 per play. On 8/5, around 1:25pm: The only thing my 4-year-old actually wanted was this capybara chef; he wants to be a chef. There were only a few in the machine lying on the bottom. We played a couple of times and lost. The third time we played this $2 a play game, a young employee came over... while we were playing - timer ticking - unlocked and opened the machine. Timer still ticking?? I've been to places before that see a young kid struggling for one thing multiple times (especially if it looks difficult) and just give it to them. I thought maybe that was what he was doing even though it's still bizarre to do it WHILE someone is playing. I watched the employee as he stacked the stuffies and then closed and locked the machine. My timer ran out and he watched the claw go down to nothing with me. Then said "I made it easier for you guys". I said "um.. am I supposed to put more money in?" (After you just wasted my $2 play), and he said "yep! I just made it easier for you!" and went to the next machine. I'm not much for confrontation when I'm with my kid, and I figured it's easier now, so we'll try again.. We tried two more times and still never got the little chef. The employee was around and still saw us trying. Did I knowingly spend $10+ on some goofy stuffy in a chef hat for my kid that we never got? Yes. I just thought the reaction to open a game in play without giving us a free play in return was bizarre. Still - he wasn't rude. Just young and untrained maybe? read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! This was my second time returning to the wonderful , inviting establishment. I was first introduced when we attended my nieces birthday party last year and we finally made it back! Customer was the same as when we first came 10/10. We were greeted upon entering we purchased our token at the register and my boys began playing. We arrived around 12:00 and there were a few families, it wasn't too packed the variety machines made it easy to maneuver around not to mention the selection of prizes were on point. What I adore is that if you're having issues or get stuck on the machine they will help set the kids up for a win, so everyone leaves with something! They trade in options are even better, it's a nice cute and very well maintained establishment I recommend making the trip if you're in the area because it does have every other claw machine place beat. The only thing is that the owner posted a coupon on Reddit (expires in June) and when I tried to redeem it on their $50 deal, the staff looked at each other confused and giggled then looked at me and literally asked me "where'd you get this". I had to pull up the original post on Reddit to prove it was real, LOL. Owners, please inform your staff with promotions to avoid this confusion. We wanted to create a joyful, family-friendly space that brings people of all ages together through the simple fun of winning plushies and prizes. Another time, a pack of teenage boys determined to ruin the movie for everyone else. This time, my neighbor ate an entire large bag of chips from the opening scene to the closing credits, crunching every bite and rustling the bag nonstop. I know not every situation can be handled perfectly by staff, but people who disrupt the experience really should be escorted out. Pro tip: bring blankets because they like to run ac even in winter.

It was also next to a large arcade as well! We had already purchased our tickets through the Cinemark movie mobile application and ended up getting snacks. There is now a XL popcorn bucket offered by Cinemark and we ended up getting one of those as well as a few sodas. The checkout process was seamless, since I'm a movie rewards member, they scanned the QR code for discounts. Outside of the snack area was additional condiments, napkins, and even extra butter if you wanted! The Mortal Kombat II movie was in theater one. The seats were comfortable, reclined, sound quality in the theater was awesome, and the movie was great! I'm not sure the next time I'll be back at this movie theater as we usually go to the Santa Fe Century or the Suncoast Century since it's closer to our house, but if there is a limited showing, only available at Century Orleans 18, we would come back to this movie theater again!

The lounge recliners are comfortable and we love the swing tray tables that come with them. The seats also have heat settings. The temperature overall felt comfortable and I usually run cold (my average temperature is always 97.7°F). I was in jeans and a t-shirt and also didn't ever feel the ac blasting. I thought it would be since it's been getting warmer/hot out lately. I was in stadium 10, middle of row J, and noticed one of the tray tables was a bit worn down compared to the others. It still worked fine, but parts of it were peeling and I could see how it might scrape someone depending on how they sit or move. It stood out since everything else I've used there has always been in great condition. The bathrooms are clean, which I appreciate, but I do wish they had more kid friendly options like lower sinks or soap dispensers. Even having a small swing step stool under the sinks (I've seen them in other locations around here for restaurants) available would help. It's a family oriented place, so that seems like something that could really make a difference. Not every parent can lift their child up, especially if they're dealing with an injury or holding another baby or other items. I also wish there were sanitizing wipes available again, either at the entrance or somewhere inside the theater near the steps. Overall, this is still our go to theater for family movie days.

Neon floors, very clean and well lit. Bought 40 tokens from Groupon. Machines actually grasp item, and once in the air, moves smoothly to opening. You are given a LARGE plastic drawstring bag to place your winnings. Machines move smoothly and claws actually close and claw as it lifts doesn't slam,bump the top knocking item out of claw as it does at Supa Claw. 40 tokens at Supa Claw and 4 small plushies won in twenty minutes as machines move quickly bumping your item back off. 1.5 hours with 40 tokens won ELEVEN items. The excitement is palpable. You can trade up and they had a good selection for reasonable points vs. Supa Claw poor selection and high points needed. 4 plushies could be traded for NOTHING and plushies won not big or good quality. Lucky Paw Claw had better quality plushie winnings and out off 11 won, he traded 10 for plushie slippers with Nike Logo and kept one he won...it was a cut 9" duck. Customer service was excellent. My first visit was truly a great experience--the staff was welcoming, and we felt genuinely appreciated. However, during my second visit, I had a very different experience that left me disappointed. One staff member in particular, a young man with hair and facial piercings, was noticeably unfriendly and dismissive. At one point, I even observed him turn his nose up at us, which felt both disrespectful and unnecessary. When I checked in on yelp and let him see I did so he handed me some coins, but rather than simply giving them to me, he dropped them on the ground with a smirk as my nephew went to pick them up. While I maintained my composure to set an example for the boys about handling difficult people with grace, the interaction was unsettling. One of the nicest and cleanest claw machine arcades in vegas. Very fair machines compared too other arcades around town as well as having all the claw machines with rubber grips rather than just a couple machines or just 1 grip like other places I've been too. Very friendly staff and willing too help after you attempt a machine 5 to 6 times and a wide range of upgrades vs a small selection like at other arcades and the machines also grab plushies very well if you can grab it will all 3 points of the claw. Think of your hand as the claw, you don't want too just use to fingers, if you position the claw over the center mass of the plushie and can get it around all points of the plushie it's almost always a win. Despite our presence, they failed to acknowledge us until we finally inquired if we required assistance. Naturally, we needed help, being first-time visitors unfamiliar with the establishment's procedures. We eventually received our tokens. Regarding the machines, they proved to be extremely finicky.
