They are sure taking COVID serious here. They have plexiglass up everywhere and a little "bank like"drawer to put your payment in and get your food from. That being said, some of the dishes were good. I liked the roast pork loin Mein, Szechuan tofu, and General Tso's chicken. The sweet and sour shrimp was mostly batter and a little shrimp. The wonton soup and the hot and sour soups needed more flavor. They were bland. Service was fine. They even called me back to say they were out of the fried scallops. I would say 3.5 stars here.

I was intoduced to Lucky Star by a friend who lived in China. He loved this place. I love American Chinese food and apparently this place is the right balance between the two bc I also love it. I am hooked on the pan fried dumplings. I usually get the beef or chicken and broccoli. Yummy and flavorful. Fresh veggies that arent mushy lumps. My friends love the wonton soup. My nephews love the noodles and sesame chicken. My mom loves the pork fried rice. It's all good. Service is a tad slow because they make each order fresh. No steam table with heat lamps. There are great lunch specials with soup and an egg roll for like $5. Cant beat that.

i picked up my online order tonight and as i'm eating i find a dead fly in the batter of my sweet and sour chicken. do not eat here.

I've been coming here for years, you can't ask for better Chinese take-out. Friendly staff.

The food is very good for the price and they always get it ready quickly. Great place for takeout!

Today, I used the kiosk to order which overall was a great experience. The kiosk allows you to log in by your phone number, email address, or linking the app by scanning the QR code on the kiosk. I tried the scanning the QR method which connected my rewards account including access to my Panera giftcard. I was able to customize my order and pay through the kiosk with my digital giftcard without having to type it in. Your order can then be tracked through your mobile app. The downside is your name will be called and you may not realize your order is at two different counters. This part of the customer service process may be stressful especially if not accustomed to it. I tried the Mexican Street Corn Chowder with a French baguette. The Corn Chowder was ok, but glad it is only seasonal. It was hyped up and honestly didn't taste or have the texture expected. The Cinnamon crunch bagel with honey walnut spread; never misses! Always good!

I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt for the first time because it looked amazing. While I understand that menu photos are usually more appealing than reality, this sandwich was extremely disappointing and nowhere near what was advertised in terms of portion and presentation. The bread was cut very poorly, and the sandwich honestly looked like it had a bite taken out of it. During the lunch rush, several employees were standing around chatting with no sense of urgency. I also ordered a drink and had to ask for a cup, and the employee seemed visibly annoyed to provide one. Overall, the service and food quality were very underwhelming.
