The price per person for parties is fantastic! They have multiple tiers of both children and adult parties, as well as corporate and fundraising events. We had chicken fingers and pizza, and both were better than you'd expect at a bowling alley. The party even had a coordinator; he kept the time very on track, and was very accommodating. Essentially...the worst you are, the cheaper your game will be. Inside the building is very nice and clean. There are two entrances..one is a "restaurant" and the other is the decent sized arcade and bowling. There is a self serving beer tap. And they do serve food. They do a little star less due to the prices of the food as well. It is better than your traditional bar/bowling food but it is a little more expensive. Also, I do enjoy the service of the self serving beer tap. They had a lot of selections of beer, 1-2 seltzers, 1 cider and ~5 wine selection. Also, they do have a "limit" of ~32 oz where the bartender can allow you or less depending on how you act. I do appreciate that so while you can drink feely, no one is getting drunk. I think we were paying ~.60 cents an oz and it does tell you how much your drink will cost as you are pouring. Also, they do have a small water station will is greatly appreciated. The arcade is decently sized. They do have a lot of selections of games but it is not a place where I would go just for the arcade. I simply asked why some people were playing with their own shoes, and instead of explaining, he became rude and aggressive. He told me I couldn't bowl and even gestured for me to leave. I stayed calm and said I'd pay for the shoes anyway just to avoid any issue, but he still refused to let me play. When I asked for the manager, Tony, things got worse. He approached with a laughing, dismissive attitude, interrupted me constantly, and even started raising his voice while I was trying to explain politely. His behavior was shockingly unprofessional -- honestly, Tony doesn't seem fit for even the lowest customer-service role, let alone a management position. The entire interaction made me feel completely disrespected and possibly discriminated against. No customer should be treated this way for simply asking a question. This place desperately needs better management and training in professionalism, respect, and basic customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this bowling center.

The prices for the games are a little high. My wife and I got a card for $120 which was the highest amount we saw at the card machine. There are a lot of claw machines here but the chances of winning are very low. I am normally very good at these machines, but I lost a lot on them. Every single machine, the claw would release the toy while it is being transported to the drop zone. And I have a closet full of stuffed animals from claw machines. The arcade selections were very impressive. However, a lot of the arcade machines were not working either. If they were, there was a chance it would not pay you out either. Downstairs has a bowling area. I did not check this location out. However, the bathrooms were filthy despite being open for a few hours. After playing for ~2 hours, our shared card was empty. And we barely accumulated any tickets. Normally, at other arcade places, we would have plenty of tickets. I feel like the games are against you at this store. There was nothing we could find for the tickets we won. In the end, I am very iffy if I would return here. The games all felt a little scammy.
