The truck was not the newest or nicest to drive, but it did its job. Some blemishes to the experience were: 1. receiving the truck close to E and having to fill it up the tank, but not knowing how much to put in for what I need to get done. For a truck, it seems like there should be a minimum fuel level people should be required to return it at. And 2. Dealing with overnight parking was an added challenge because it takes a lot of research to figure out where you're allowed to park a commercial truck overnight in NYC. Maybe these are burdens that are expected to fall onto the customer, but from an above and beyond service perspective, I think a few more tips or a quick sheet guide to carry along would've again been super helpful during a period time that is already immensely stressful. From a basic moving truck perspective, this was a great choice and made me feel a lot better going with a local business and avoiding some competitors who had horrific reviews.

My car was dead because of major engine issues and I needed a tow after waiting for another towing company that my insurance company contracted but never showed up. My insurance company then gave me these gentlemen's number and immediately someone picked up. I told them I was given their number from USAA as a trusted towing company and they immediately took my details and gave me an eta of 10 mins and actually showed up in 6! The drivers connected my vehicle in minutes and we were off to the location. Their pricing was honest , upfront and fair. In the future I will call them directly first , since most auto insurance will reimburse if its one of their trusted partners like this company.
