We visited on Friday, for lunch, with a party of two and it was an okay experience. We arrived and grabbed a seat adjacent to the bar. They have a pool table area, the bar and then just a few high tops on the other side. The bartender came out and took orders, the margaritas are tall and strong. We started with Potato Skins, they were fine, perhaps a bit small. Then we had the Pub Burger and Breakfast Plate off the lunch specials menu. The burger was very small, but for $7.77 what can you expect? The service was not so great. The bar was a bit busy, so the bartender did not check on us often. I asked her for water twice, never got it, my wife had to ask. No refills on her iced tea. Overall, an ok spot for a bite and drink. read more

I came in for Super Bowl Sunday and want to start by saying our server James was very kind, attentive, and did their best during a very busy shift. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn't meet expectations for a major sporting event. The TVs were muted during the halftime show, which took away from the excitement and made it difficult to stay engaged. Decisions around music and sound appeared to be driven by a group at the bar rather than the broader crowd, which changed the atmosphere and made it feel less inclusive. The service itself was solid, but for an event like the Super Bowl, sound and crowd experience are a big part of why people come out. I hope future events are handled in a way that creates a more welcoming and enjoyable environment for everyone. read more

It loses 1/2 star because it tends to be a bit smokey, but it's a bar so it is what it is. The server was great and the food was very good. We kept it simple... chicken tenders and another appetizer. I'm a sucker for an ugly sweater contest!! So off I went to the great Northwest on a Friday eve for this great holiday tradition. Lucky's is just what I expected- a smoky tavern where everyone seemed to know each other. And by smoky, I mean ridiculous. The place has a retro feel to it, and I liked the old school chairs, which were pretty comfortable. There isn't much seating other than at the bar, and pool tables take up the rest of the space. I joined the slot club to get the new member bonus of $10 free play. The bartender got my whiskey and ginger so fast, she must have made me when I walked in! When my fellow ugly sweater contestant arrived, we found a table away from the bar to await the contest. They had a buffet set up for the party, and we enjoyed some Italian food before the festivities began. Other than pool tables, they have a free throw basketball game and I believe a few video games. The trees and other holiday decorations were nice and added to the atmosphere. We had a good enough time, and the contest was fun. I was impressed with the prizes for the winners, and the gift basket my friend got (with a bottle of booze) for second place was great. I even got a consolation prize stocking which had $25 free play! Awesome. read more

I miss the old Lucky's before PT'S took ownership. First time since PT'S took over and not a fan. The original bartenders by far friendlier and also wouldn't judge on music selection. The environment was a lot more fun and inviting. A buddy of mine, just for fun, played a mariachi song. The bartender looked at me since I'm Hispanic decent, asked who played this. My buddy, a white male, started to laugh, and the bartender skipped the song and blocked anyone from purchasing music. My buddy and I felt unwelcome, so we left the business. I gave a 2 star just because at first the bartender seemed ok, but her demeanor changed after the song. read more

I finally got around to going in to Lucky's last weekend for a quick snack and drinks. I've been wanting to try it for a while. Megan was the one who helped us and she was amazing! She was friendly and the service was incredible! We had so much fun there chatting with her and the others at the bar, truly a blast! We shared their nachos which were huge and delicious, better than expected! Place was clean too, which is huge for me! From the food, to the drinks and the service that we got... this will be my nee regular spot! read more

My husband and I come here often as it's right by our house. We found a great bartender there yesterday...Boston Dave! We had already been there for a little while before his shift started (11PM) and had the worst service and interaction from the one female bartender working (she was too busy laying on the bar sink chatting with her regulars to introduce herself, but she had brown hair with some blonde in it, was wearing a knee brace and was rather large up top) she seriously came over, asked if we wanted a bar menu and then never came back to ask if we wanted to order anything. Why would you give someone a menu and then disappear? Our drinks were empty and rather than asking us if we wanted another, she brushed us off. We had to ASK for another round and her response was "sure" if she's working the next time we are there, we are leaving...she is the worst. Back to Dave! He came in a few minutes before 11 and right away checked on EVERYONE at the bar! Asked for our names as he's never seen us before. Exchanged names with us and kept the conversation engaging with not only us, but everyone at the bar! He made sure our drinks were filled and really went above and beyond. We asked him when he normally worked and he told us he is usually there at 11! Don't waste your time with any other bartender! Go see Dave!!! Oh! The chicken fingers were delish, too! And Dave made mention that the kitchen is open till 3AM! read more

Some friends of mine and I or brand new to Vegas and we were looking for an off the strip kickback laid-back bar. So one day we googled and found this bar. From the moment we open the door we knew we were in the right kind of place. A place that is laid-back nice fun had a lot of games good music that the patrons can choose and great prices , which we found out we're phenomenal to the quality of food and drinks that they had not only was the atmosphere awesome and laid-back the service was also exceptional. We have been back several times after this intake friends who visit us in family members to this establishment as well I suggest if you have never been to Lucky's which are there two establishments one of the north end of town and one on the south west end of town you need to try it it's a great place you will not be disappointed read more

Terrible service. Matt is the bartender that tends to everyone but black people. Rude service and a stack of boxes where I'm sitting. He literally looked at me sideways when I said hello... don't attend if you are colored looking for service, not happening here. I live down the street and all 3 time I've been here have sucked. Just now · Sorry but this is the 3rd time in a row that they screwed up our order, We ordered some Wings Crispy and NO SAUCE on them as I cannot have any sauce. also told them to put the sauce on the side. Well lo, & behold for the 3rd time everything was the opposite of what we ordered. They just cannot write things down or they could care less about Carryout orders. Was at the bar and lounge for a going away party for my husbands coworker. The atmosphere was so nice and inviting. The service was on point. Felt extremely glad to be able to hang out with new friends and enjoy good drinks and good food. read more

All of the bartenders here are awesome. Brett is super awesome always on point with drinks, friendly always has a great attitude. The food is yummy (try the cauliflower) or philly egg rolls, fried pickles..... something for every taste. Bar is never empy customers are friendly. It is most definitely that! I think I was the only one new to the place. Not long after sitting down I was greeted by the overtly friendly bartender Kelly. I went to this bar about four times. Every time I went I noticed that the draft beer was warm as piss. The fifth time I went I sat down and ordered a "cold Miller Light" The bar tender was very nice and polite when she acknowledged that the draft beer in the bar was warm as piss and grabbed me a bottle. After a $93 dollar bar tab for " 16 " beers and two shots, I asked why the tab was so high. She said bottles are more expensive than draft. I would have gotten draft beer if it was not warm. Cheap beer and good juke box. Problem is management doesn't restrict what's on it. Got stuck listening to three hours of Nickelback one time. Yesterday I dumped a ton of cash into it and three hours later the DRUNK manager belittled me because of it. Then the bartender started dropping F Bombs at me. He apologized after the manager left but it was uncalled for. Typical Vegas bar only cater to the gamblers. read more

We've literally been going to Lucky's on and off for 12+ years. I'm sorry it just stinks!! We literally call it "Stinkies" rather than "Lucky's" because it's so full of smoke. They are very typically slow to serve, cranky, tonight were just plain rude because we are not "regulars." Not to mention, I tried to play a slot machine that had a sign on it "reserved for slot players," well, I'm a slot player, right? I was told I couldn't play it, because it was reserved for a specific customer, and if he came in, the machine needed to be available. I'm not on the Nevada gaming board, but I'm pretty sure that's not legal... I'd really suggest The Lodge or Sante Fe Mining Co instead in the NW. Don't go to Luckys!! read more
