We visited for lunch on Friday with a party of three and it was a nice experience, let's go with 4.5 stars. We entered and selected one of the two booths in a back corner near the bar. The place is pretty new and clean, with a huge bar, but sparse seating around the bar limited to high tables. We started with the Chicken Nachos appetizer, the serving size was very generous and the toppings plentiful. I would recommend this app. From there we ordered Classic Sliders, Little Devil Sliders, and a Cheesesteak. All were well prepared and tasty. Their margaritas were nice and strong. My son had a Space Dust on tap, and enjoyed it. The bartenders/waitresses were friendly and pleasant. The only issue we had was that one went to eat her lunch and the other became scarce for a period of time when we were hoping for refills. It wasn't overly excessive, but I was hoping for another drink. Overall: Nice place to stop for drinks and pub food.

Came in to check out the NEW PT'S Gold in the neighborhood on 3/18 Thursday around 5pm. The place is SO new must have opened earlier this month. Very friendly staff greeting you as you walk in. It was pretty full today. Happy Hour 5-7 pm for drinks & a reverse happy hour too. We tried the Bacon Blue Burger with sweet potato fries, & Pub Classic burger with onion rings! Also tried the Street Corn Fritters. Both burgers were delicious! Both came with 2patties! Burgers cooked to perfection, & plenty of sauce! Onion rings were so good! Corn Fritters were great too. The only thing I could say about the sweet potato fries, they were "slightly under done". But I still ate them. Next time will get those onion rings! All the staff were friendly & took care of the patrons. Looking forward to returning to try something else. Thank you for coming to our neighborhood- it's a nice addition! Food is GREAT!

Waited 45 minutes for this delight... Cheese wasn't even melted.

Absolute Garbage! I've been here a few times. The service is slow. The food is mediocre at best. The bar. Itself is nice, they did a great job with this location. But what they can't get right is staffing and the kitchen. Tonight takes the cake. 45 minutes for little devils (three sliders and a side of fries). The manager had to help the kitchen cook? Seriously? When the food finally came out, it was warm. Warm fries, unmelted cheese and burnt sliders (blackend or so they say). Bummer. At least the beer was cold.

Finally had a chance to check out the latest PT's location in my area. We had a great experience! It was good to be back in PT's after a long Covid break. The location was cozy, and spacious with plenty of big screen TV's. And our server, Hilaree, was 5 star ! She was friendly and helpful. She definitely made my visit a pleasure. I look forward to returning soon. It's a great addition to the neighborhood!!!

They give you free chips and salsa and let me tell you, their salsas are very good. My order was taken very quickly and I ordered the chicken taquitos and carnitas street tacos. Oh, and they have Coca-Cola products which is a plus! The chicken taquitos were ok, nice presentation. A little over fried but not too bad. The carnitas tacos were not good because they had way too much salt. I had them sent back and replaced with chicken wings (buffalo). These were fried in beef tallow, another plus. The wings were really good and I would definitely order them again. The wings came with fries and they too were good. Fries were cooked perfectly, slight crisp crunch and fluffy inside. The waitress apologized for the salty tacos and took them off my bill, which I appreciated. I will be returning to try other items and will update as necessary.

I liked their deep friend pickles as well but I wish they were more crunchy. Beers were so good too! Ordered a flight and our favorite was the Chantilly Vanilla Cream Ale. Loved it so much I ordered a 16oz draft after I finished my flight. Our server was super friendly and nice. Typical American food, with a focus on smash burgers. I tried the Smashy Burger. Price is great, only $12 for the burger and house chips. Food took a while to come out for the place not being busy. However, the burger was excellent. Overall, I was disappointed in the vibes and atmosphere compared to other breweries. The beers we tried were just okay, but the burger was really good, which has me torn on this review. Thus, 3 stars seems appropriate.

Vibe: Sophisticated, Professional, and Energetic…read more For anyone looking to impress a client, close a deal, or celebrate a milestone with colleagues, finding the right venue for a business lunch can be a delicate balancing act. You need an environment that is sophisticated but not stuffy, lively but quiet enough for serious conversation, and supported by a culinary program that commands respect. The George Sportsmanship Lounge delivers on all of these fronts with remarkable grace, redefining what a modern business lunch can--and should--be. The Atmosphere: Polished Athletic Heritage Meets Executive Comfort Walking into George, you are immediately struck by how masterfully the design bridges the gap between a high-end club and a refined, modern lounge. The decor pays a tasteful, artistic homage to the spirit of "sportsmanship"--think rich leather banquettes, beautifully curated vintage sporting photography, warm walnut accents, and low, ambient lighting that feels incredibly exclusive. For a business lunch, the layout is exceptionally well-thought-out. The seating is spaced generously to offer genuine privacy for confidential conversations, and the acoustics are engineered beautifully; there is a vibrant hum of energy in the room, yet you never have to raise your voice to be heard across the table. It strikes the perfect balance of prestige and approachable comfort. The Food: A Masterclass in Contemporary American Cuisine While the ambiance sets the stage, the culinary execution is the true star of the show. The menu at George elevated our business lunch from a standard meeting into a memorable dining experience. We started with the Yellowtail Crudo, which was exceptionally fresh, accented with a vibrant citrus-yuzu vinaigrette and thinly sliced serrano peppers--a light, refreshing starter that perfectly primed the palate. For the mains, our table ordered the Dry-Aged Ribeye Frites and the Pan-Seared Chilean Sea Bass: The Ribeye: Cooked to a flawless medium-rare, the steak boasted an incredible crust and a rich, deeply savory flavor profile. Accompanied by truffle-infused hand-cut frites and a velvety chimichurri, it was a decadent but perfectly portioned lunch masterpiece. The Sea Bass: This dish was a revelation. Flaky, buttery, and resting on a bed of ginger-infused heirloom grains and baby bok choy, it was light enough for a midday meal while remaining deeply satisfying and complex in flavor. Even the non-alcoholic beverage program deserved applause; their mocktails, particularly the cucumber-basil press, were sophisticated and felt just as celebratory as a traditional cocktail. The Service: Impeccable, Swift, and Discreet Great food can easily be overshadowed by poor service, but at George, the staff understands the rhythm of a business lunch. From the moment we were greeted by the host, the service was seamless. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering precise recommendations and timing the courses beautifully. Crucially for a business meeting, the staff practiced "discreet hospitality"--they were highly attentive, ensuring water glasses were always filled and plates were cleared promptly, yet they never interrupted the flow of our conversation at critical moments. The entire meal was paced perfectly, wrapping up within a comfortable 75 minutes, leaving us plenty of time to return to the office without feeling rushed. The Verdict The George Sportsmanship Lounge successfully shatters the mold of the traditional, outdated steakhouse business lunch. By combining a stunningly curated, upscale atmosphere with world-class gastronomy and highly professional service, they have created the ultimate venue for the modern executive. It is a masterclass in hospitality, and it has easily secured its spot as my go-to recommendation for lunch meetings. Highly Recommended for: Client entertainment, executive team lunches, and power midday dining.
