Upon arrival, the restaurant was packed! It seemed like everyone had a similar idea to us and it looked like some groups were high school students celebrating before prom. We had to wait about 15 minutes past our reservation time, but that was not a problem, we understood that guests were leaving later than expected by the restaurant. When it was our time to be seated, another group tried using our name and was seated in our place. I went up to the hostess desk and asked if they would verify our phone number on the reservation because I was almost positive someone had taken our place. I was correct. The hostess sprung into action immediately & got that party out of our spot. That was amazing customer service, she went above and beyond and we were so grateful. I wish I could remember the Hostess name, but she has Black hair that was pinned up, and black rimmed glasses. That girl deserves some recognition! Then our Waitress, Jenna S, was a rockstar! She was so attentive to our group of 12 - which was very impressive considering how busy the restaurant was.
