They are honest and straight forward. I made a few requests last minute to my orders when my brother flew into town last minute and I went in early in the morning to see if they could accommodate me. Betty Jean said she would do her best to get a box of salmon ready for my brother to take back with him on his flight back that afternoon (he only flew in for 4 hours to say hi). This may not seem like a big thing but I was asking this after the last three days saw huge river runs and they had to stop accepting fish for a few days because they did not want to compromise they quality of their work and everyone's fish because they couldn't meet the demands. Again, honest and straight forward. Prices seem to be one of the cheapest as well. I had half my order of fish processed as fillets and the rest I had processed whole (no head or tail). I did all the filleting myself and gutted and cleaned my whole fish as well. Only one of my fish did not get a nice seal. It was a large whole salmon but their staff told me this up front and said it was because the fish was too big to get a vacuum seal on it. They were able to seal it properly just not vacuum seal it so really it was a non issue. Great great service. Will be using them again next year and every year that Betty Jean and their crew are there.

She was angry with a customer on the phone when we arrived. Then she pretty look down on my friend and I - even before we utter a word (while she is on the phone). When we asked about the pricing, she just told us (again in angry tone) to come out with her with the cart. Then upon weighting the fishes we have, she was like "do you really want to pay that. much to ship when you are paying for 10lb?" I understand she is trying to be reasonable, but her tone make it sounds like our business is too little for her time. the shipment was fast and arrive just as expected - which save me from rating this a one star. I don't ever write reviews, but this attitude left me so bitter that I just need to tell the world that unless you have no choice - don't come here.

There's also a huge area for parking and prices are in range to one other people charge. They remodeled the inside of the area where you pay, and now they also sell gifts and they have merchandise with the logo of custom seafoods. My tip would be that if you're here in the summertime you want to arrive in the very early afternoon to drop off your fish. Because the lines can get very very long. Also, you should drop off the fish every day as soon as you catch it. also, if you plan on doing any sightseeing, leave that to your last day. So you finish fishing at least a whole 24 hours or more before you pick up your boxes. That way they will have time to finish processing your fish and you can take it with you in their special boxes to the airport. We do that every time and it saves us a lot of money in the shipping because we take it ourselves.

Staff is pretty friendly there and willing to give gift suggestions as well as explaining TCG offerings and what's coming soon. Very helpful and easy to talk to. The front part of the store has tons of toys, gifts, educational toys, and games. I truly feel that if you have a young one, you should stop in and check out their offerings as it is extremely huge. The back of the store is dedicated more toward more mainstream toys, models, and trading cards. It's been extremely nice seeing them grow their selection over the years. We recently got into MTG and were pleasantly surprised to find their commander deck selection and pack/box selection fairly well stocked and I have even found a few commander decks to add to my collection. If you're into collectibles and trading cards, this place is a must stop as the business clearly has been listening to their customers in expanding their offerings to fit their needs.
