This is my go to for pizza and calzone. Haven't tried the subs yet but will soon. The staff is excellent and fast. Pickup discount, cash discount. Normal order is Pepperoni with half jalapeños, cheese pizza, jalapeños cheddars tots, pepperoni calzone for the no sauce person. Delectable every time and lunch is covered for the following day. I think this is because it is mostly a take out restaurant with a very small dining area. This didn't affect our meal or experience at all. It's alright. The price for the quantity is good but the quality is sub par at times. I've noticed we can't order anything over an extra large because it will be soggy in the middle. However our XL Xtra cheese is usually pretty darn good. The salads are always excellent. Very fresh and lots of ingredients with the lettuce base. Their delivery is definitely sub par however. Takes way to long considering the location distance and the food never arrives fresh. Your best bet is to do pickup and ask to have anything over an XL to be cooked a little longer. The pizza. It's good. Actually, it's one of the better places near Fort Campbell. I highly recommend the sriracha steak pizza - it's phenomenal. Stick with the pizzas though. It's their thing. The price. For the price, it's hard to beat. We have a family of 5 and the kids like just plain pepperoni and plain cheese pizzas. So, we typically get 3 separate pizzas & really can't beat the price. Why 2 stars? The service. It's horrific. Especially delivery. We've never experienced an on-time delivery. Another post mentioned they lie on the phone about times. It's absolutely true. Whatever they tell you, add 20-40 minutes to it. At least they're polite about - the delivery driver always said "sorry about the wait." Of course, it's unprompted which shows they know their delivery times are off. I've been ordering with Luigi's since moving to oak grove. I've had better service with them. The last few times I have ordered it has been terrible. Forgetting things off my order or not finding my place and bringing me cold pizza. Today my mom wanted to order pizza for us and did it online and thought she was ordering a specialty pizza and they delivered us a cheese pizza. Thats not what my mom ordered. We were staying at a nearby hotel & looking for delivery on a Sunday night. We ordered a large pizza & two side salads. It took about an hour to receive our order, but it was completely worth the wait ! Our thin crust build-your-own large pizza was absolutely delicious. The crust is soooo glad. We order from them regularly as the food is worth it. They have a new item a pizza bowl. It is a disposable container with all the ingredients for a pizza without the crust. I cant have bread so i tried it. It was amazing. It is the best crustless pizza ever. I make my own at home but they do a fantastic job. My Grandaughter and i shared it and it was perfect for the 2 of us. I will be going back. They also have a constant special that is 2 large pizzas (including speciality pizzas) for about $20. My family loves them and it is enough for them for dinner that day and lunch then next. It reheats great. read more
