I'm a fan of the pizza. Extra cheese has EXTRA cheese. They don't skimp on the toppings either. The wings are pretty good and a decent size. If you are hungry and want them to deliver... You are going to starve to death. They average about an hour and a half delivery time. I ALWAYS have to call and ask if my pizza is ever going to come. So I ordered a medium 2 topping pizza with cheese breadsticks. I would have given a 0 star if I could have. The pizza took an hour to get here (I live 5 minutes away). When the pizza got here it was completely cold. So we called and told them it was cold and they let us know that they'd send out a new order for us, and to not eat the cold pizza because they are taking it. It took them an hour and a half to get the new order out to us. When it got here it was cold again. The breadsticks were so cold that the cheese didn't even melt into the breadsticks. The pizza was supposed to have ham and pepperoni on it, it had like 5 pepperonis and a couple pieces of ham. The pizza was also too cold for the cheese to melt all the way on it. So overall it took 3.5 hours for 2 cold pizzas to get to us. When we called to get our money back we had argued on the phone with them, they then decided to only give us half. So, we then had to call up to the Luigi's supervisor for all the stores in Clarksville to get a full refund. While all this was happening they made a delivery driver whom was off the clock wait at our house. Terrible service and horrible pizza. It's a shame how they have worse customer service than McDonald's whom are a chain fast food place. read more

First time ordering at this location (we usually order from the one off fort Campbell blvd) but we wanted to try this location out and the wait time was horrible at this oak grove one. We were 10 minutes up the street driving there so we knew to call the order in so we didn't wait forever and we were told it would be ready within 10-15 minutes, all I ordered was 2 cauliflower pizzas. We arrived and it still wasn't ready which wasn't a big deal so I added a small side salad to the order and we sat inside and waited. I also worked at luigis before when we first moved out here at the other location in north Clarksville so keep in mind I know how the salads and pizzas are made and the time it takes and just the operation as a whole. After sitting and waiting it still wasn't ready it took 20 extra minutes for someone to finally make the salad that's already pre-made (the salads don't even take but 2 minutes to put in a container and package up) and the pizzas were already ready they don't take but 7 minutes to rotate out of the oven, and the blonde girl at the front didn't even come back up or acknowledge us then finally after the 20 minutes had passed since we sat down and waited she came up to the front and looked at us and asked what the name for the order was after she had already just taken it prior which it made no sense and then went to the back and came right out with the food. I knew it was already made and was just chilling there but of course she was busy talking and roaming around not doing anything else or checking on the order. So just expect to sit there and wait a while for it to sit in the back already ready. Also there was no one even there we were the only ones waiting it was completely dead inside. read more

So you're better off going to Pizza Hut. I did my order online I ordered an Italian salad, some wings, & a calzone. So when I ordered the salad online it checks off what comes automatically on the salad the only thing I checked off was one thing and that was onions. So it said it should come with the salad dressing, croutons, cheese, ham, & pepperoni. But they got that all messed up and most of it is cheese. How do you mess up on a salad? The wings were horrible and the calzone barely had cheese in it. That my girlfriend said "it should not be called calzone it should be called dry-zone" LOL read more

I decided to give this store a second chance after a 2 hour delivery the first time. I ordered again tonight and after 1 1/2 hours of waiting, I called to see what the hold-up was. I was informed that the driver was out but he had multiple deliveries before mine. Last time when I had to wait 2 hours, I had called and cancelled after that time and a half hour later the delivery guy showed up. Their food is good when it is delivered even slightly warm. Just ordered and received. It was pretty fast, like 30 minutes and free delivery which was great. However I ordered thin crust well done (because I read they undertook crusts) the crust was still a little sad and "soggy like". It was good just not great because it wasn't crispy. Also we got bbq chicken and there's very little chicken. Prices (deals) were good and pizza was good, just not great. Will probably try them again. Husband says the steak siracha was excellent. Well my husband did an online order. Said the pizza was supposed to be at our house at 6:51 pm which was an hour wait so we were fine with that.The delivery guy had the wrong address in his GPS was an extra 50 minutes late with our pizza from the hour wait they said it would be. and by the time we received it it was cold and soggy and to top it off I ordered the cauliflower pizza crust and it wasn't cooked all the way through it was soft and doughy. Then they put Siracha on the toppings of both of our pizza's that we didn't add to our order and our mouths were on fire. I can do a little spice but it was all over the top. Easily the worst pizza and pasta I have ever had. The pizza was undercooked and dripping grease so badly it left a puddle on my countertop after sitting there for no more than five minutes. The chicken parmesan was disgusting; chicken most definitely came from a freezer. The garlic bread on the side was heavy with grease as well. This location is run like a 3 ring circus. I have given them 3 different tries (carry out and delivery) and EVERY TIME they screw it up. They gave my pizza to someone else 3 TIMES for carry out. Last night we ordered a turkey sub, got ham. Meatball sub there was a MEATBALL MISSING (for 3 vs 4) the chicken parm is fake chewy "baked chicken " not breaded. GROSS! There pizza is OKAY. Well tonight they lost us as customers! They were our favorite pizza place in town and tonight they really screwed us over! We ordered two pizzas at 7:56 it's now 10:26 we called twice and the first time she said the driver was picking up our pizza to bring MIND YOU, we live five minutes away from the place! So 45 minutes later and we call again and she said she would ask her delivery driver where they were. She came back and said they were 20 minutes out and that she had the driver check the temp of the pizza and it was cold so we could cancel "if we wanted". Why would I PAY for cold pizza!? She started on about how they only have 2 cooks and 2 drivers and there were 50 orders, she wasn't the least bit apologetic and was actually giving attitude about the situation, then after canceling the order she said "just so you know it'll take 5-7 business days for your money to be back on your account". Tried the pizza first, was not a fan at all. Very cardboard-ish almost? Then decided to give it another try with a calzone. That was cooked good, first time I got mozzarella, chicken, and mushrooms. The chicken was sliced like deli meat instead of the regular kind you get on pizza-it kind of threw me off. So I ordered another tonight with hamburger instead of chicken. Just received it a few moments ago, but the workers had put sliced ham() into it. Even on the side of the box it said hamburger.
