Standard pizzeria on Mill Creek Road, Levittown, PA. This place is in a tiny commercial strip, a double wide storefront with kitchen/counter to the right and dining room to the left. Strictly a slice, pie and steak joint. Management is friendly and clearly happy for your business. The food is what you'd expect from a traditional northeastern Mexitalian pizza parlor. The pies are competently made and the cheesesteaks are loaded with chopped beef, cheese and whatever else you desire in terms of onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc. The roll is decent, too, but not particularly crispy. Prices are definitely on the low end of the scale, making for a good meal on a budget. My two slice lunch (mushroom and plain) were requested well done, and that was what I got. Firm points. Scorched undercarriage. Well remelted mozzarella. Quite solid with a sprinkle of crushed hot pepper. Not sure if Luigi is in the house anymore, but as a place to grab a couple of slices and a drink for lunch, this place is worthy of consideration. read more

Called to place an order over the phone. Menu says they have chicken salad hoagie. Wanted to order as a wrap. Was told by man on phone can't do that and he hung up on me. Then I called back and tried again. Man stated they can't do that and there to busy to deal with me and hung up again. I gonna place a huge order but Customer service is important to me. I always liked Luigi's pizza. I still like it but it is the service that is the cause of me never going back. I had pizza delivered, today. When I opened the box the cheese had slid off and it was cold. I called Luigi's and told them my problem and was asked if I tilted the pizza causing the cheese to slide off. I could not believe they are blaming the customer. Also, cheese does not slid on a cold pizza! read more

This place is the most frustrating place I have every had to deal with. The USED to be our go to for takeout, but not anymore. After enduring months of incorrect orders or long delivery times it seemed they had finally gotten it together and we were happy. Note the past tense. Try and call and order food and it is a whole process as the people taking orders are clueless! You spend 10 minutes trying to explain what is on THEIR menu and then hope it is correct when it arrives. Yesterday, after about 5-6 minutes I said forget it, I'll call someone else! Always our go to spot for a pizzeria type food. Owner is always in the trenches with his workers. Makes me feel that this place is a caring establishment. Friendly service and good with timing. I order here almost every week! The owner makes you feel at home along with their customer service, they basically know my order. They're environment is so family friendly. We have been ordering this place for over 7 years. Family of 6, pretty large orders...the quality and service has been going down more and more over the last year. Today was the last straw. Took an hour to get food to us (understandable, lunchtime on a Friday) but they are 4 minutes away and the food was COLD! Total was $40.99 and we gave the driver $50. After asking for $5 back, he had the audacity to say "sorry, I don't have any change" I refused to give him a $9 tip, so literally only had $1 bill left in my wallet. That's what he got. I am from Philadelphia and I order from Luigi's when ever I am in Levittown because there is not many quality pizza places near me. The food is excellent every time I order. The Brooklyn pie is one of my favorites. The penne a la vodka is so good with their fresh baked rolls. If you ever have a special order just talk to Tony or Aurturo and they do everything they can to accommodate you. Quality food at a good price. Luigis is a great little place that serves hot fresh entrees. It looks like any other pizza place, but that is where the similarities end. Everything is fresh, and the taste reflects that. Pricing is about what you would expect from an Italian restaurant, but for what you are getting its well worth it. Recommended for those who love good, fresh Italian food. read more
