Read your bill carefully before you sign or hand over your cash. My family called in a small order for pick up and we were tagged with a 20% tip added to the bill. We never wrote it in, and tip for what? They cooked our order and that was it. Needless to say I will not be going back and with the sheer number of pizza places in Bensalem I suggest you also choose another pizza shop. Food is fine. Not the best pizza I've ever had, but definable tolerable and not offensive. They also have pizza by the slice. There are other items like pasta and cheese steaks. Service is friendly and speed is average for pizzeria time. There is space to eat inside. Decor is pleasant, not dumpy. Pizzas were watered down (sauce wise) and tasteless. Soggy and sad, like a limp noodle. We ordered a Hawaiian and a honey mustard chicken pizza and both were bad. Really disappointed as the quality was barely edible. The staff was nice and the location was great but the food was a total disaster. Never had wet soggy watery pizza before today. Ewww. Recently just found out about this spot and it's literally right near where I live. Definitely recommend coming here if you're looking to grab pizza or cheesesteaks. Came here a few times now and ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza and that was delicious. Also ordered cheesesteaks with whiz with and also curly fries...gotta order them curly fries. It was so good! I enjoyed the food. The pizza was really good. The prices were a little high and if you use the app, they have a Hidden service fee that they tell you that it pays for the app even if you order and then go in and pickup, so other than that, the food is great. The customer service is wonderful. I would recommend this place, just the hidden fees. I wish they would really look at. read more

Sad representation of italian food. I came here over the summer for the first time and tried a slice of pepperoni pizza. Chewy dough, which was gross...and last night I tried to order from them again but figured let me try something other than the pizza to give the food another shot. I ordered italian wedding soup, french onion soup, baked potato soup, chicken bacon ranch salad, and the chicken caesar wrap. Ordered a medium rare cheese burgerit wasn't even close way over cooked ordered the fried calamari and it was tougher than leather. I called my order in and talked to a guy think he was a kid by the way he acted I specifically asked for them not to over cook the calamari but they of course didn't care half was burnt and tougher than shoe leather my burger was a frickin mess on the menu it give you a choice of how you want it cooked rare med rare & so on the rude kid on the phone said can't do rare Are burgers aren't that good & there all frozen to begin with . Red flag. We haven't ordered from them in probably over a year for the same reason. Rude staff who don't give a F. About the customer.we figured we will give them another shot it's worse than before. Spent $41 dollars on the worst meal I've ever had. To the owner spend more $$ on better quality food. You should be ashamed that you are making total shit in thisneighborhood. Absolutely terrible and your little punk answering the phone should be fired. 15 years ago you were one of the best around now you're good & service SUCK!!! Gave you many chances up till this point. And Wait almost 2 hours for them to never bring it. And the cook get on the phone and argue with you about what romaine lettuce is and tell you that he made two of them and I should have already gotten my second one. I was just here a few hours ago to get lunch. I got two slice of pizza and a soda special. First and foremost let me say this place is so nice on the inside.. Alot of seating. Booths, tables, it kind of caught me off guard. Because it's in alittle shopping center, so easy to get lost. Place as nice as this should be in around Neshaminy Mall. I was definitely impressed. Anyway... First time trying it hear. The pizza was good. The white pizza was not as garlic as other pizza shops. Sometimes alot of garlic is to much and just ruins the Pizza. but not here. They do have other slices of pizza to choose from.. So you don't have to just get plain. Pizza pretty good. Not amazing. Crust dry & small. Sauce good, cheese fine. Pep greasy but that's to be expected. Told cashier I was eating in but didn't tell me there was waitresses. Confusing as other people said on their reviews. I paid for meal and then just sat anywhere. A minute later he seats people at a table with menus. Should be more clear. Dine in or take out. Just moved to the neighborhood and decided to try The Valley for our first night's meal. We got the veggie Stromboli, garlic knots, and house salad. Overall everything was pretty tasty, nothing outstanding but we would definitely eat here again. Our order was to go. We ordered a medium pizza with sausage and extra mushrooms on the whole pizza. We got a pizza with NO MUSHROOMS and a very small container of mushrooms on the side. Unbelievable!!!! We also ordered chicken fingers and breaded wings. We asked for honey mustard with both. We got only one very small container. It wasn't enough for one of those orders, forget being enough for both. This is not the first time our order has been screwed up. I just don't understand how extra mushrooms on a pizza translates to no mushrooms ON the pizza, just a small container on the side. read more

Found this place on Yelp and wanted to try it for a sit down meal. Walk in and you really can't tell what to do. There was a line at the counter to order. There was seating, then this glassed area with booths separated the space which I couldn't really tell if it was connected or not. We figured we had to order in advance so we grabbed some drinks out of the cooler and ordered. The cashier said we could sit down and they could take our order but there wasn't anything servicing the area so who knew! We sat down and the food came out as it was ready. Ordered hot wings, pepperoni pizza and garlic knots. Wings were average, pizza was awesome and garlic knots were kinda dry. I've only had the pizza and cheesesteaks so my review is based off of that. I do enjoy the pizza, it's the closest shop to my house so it's very convenient. My pizza is always ready in 15-20 minutes. Haha!) around 8:15PM, we ordered half pepperoni & cheese pizza along with a Caesar salad. The pizza including the chicken Caesar salad was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! The pizza sauce had a hint of sweetness, the dough cooked to perfection (not overly brown aka burnt) & by the time it got to our home, it was still pipping hot with the cheese still freshly melted! To say that my family & I enjoyed it is an under statement. Furthermore, we've lived in the Bensalem area for almost a year & until now had yet to find the perfect pizzeria. Not to mention that the girl that answered the phone & the guy whom delivered the food were polite & friendly!.... Keep doing an excellent job the valley pizza restaurant!!!
