First the lady at the desk said that I could not make an appt. then the owner came out and said that I could in fact make an appt. but informed me that I would not be able to wait for my car... He informed me that my ONLY option was to drop the car off and they would get to it at some point during the day. I let him know that I did not have anyone to pick me up and then bring me back and I honestly don't want to spend $15 or $20 dollars on Uber just to go 2.5 miles. He again told me that ONLY option was to drop the car off and leave... I was clearly frustrated but never raised my voice, so I was shocked when the owner snapped and told me not to raise my voice at him... I told him that dropping the car and leaving was not an option for me and he told me to go somewhere else. When I tried to respond he told me to leave!!! I told him that I was going to call Discount Tire and tell them how I was treated, and he said go ahead, that won't stop them from sending him business...
