Then, one of the counter her name is 'maggie' basically said only military member can get discount not the spouse with very rude attitude. But why the website is saying both military and military spouse? Need to push out the correct information to your customer lululemon. Amazing amazing and again, AMAZING. Since lorna jane closed their physical stores down, my sister and I decided to give Lululemon a try. Americana is the closest to our home so why not? First of all, I completely understand the price tag, the quality of their clothing and more specifically their tights is amazing. No see through, no unwanted lumps and bumps, very form fitting and they are made for long hikes and training! My sister purchased her first tights and she got them hemmed which i didnt even know was possible! We met the store manager Julie, who is an angel and im so grateful to have met her. My Dad got me a Define Jacket as a gift and I LOVE it, but it is one size too small. I went to this location to make an exchange and the lady at the counter gave me the most nasty, snobby attitude. She actually made me feel really bad for waiting so long to bring the item in... which is ridiculous. I have a receipt and the item is unworn with the tag attached. After my talk with her, I continued to shop around the store and I actually felt her watching me. I felt like I was in a scene from Pretty Woman. As I was looking at other items (towards the back of the store), a very friendly employee asked if I needed any help. As I started to explain what happened, the first lady (who had followed me to the back) interrupted me and said that she had already spoke to me about this. I'm not sure what all the 5-star reviews are about but it's definitely not what they are claiming it to be. After reading the stellar reviews, we drove all the way across town from the westside to check out this glorious sales section people were talking about. What a huge disappointment! The store itself is tiny. The upstairs where the markdowns are was tiny. It's basically a storage area where they have a few racks of clothing. I couldn't really find anything that was cute but tried on several items. Ended up with one tank top. Honestly, the store in Beverly Hills is much better. Bigger, better selection and yes they have items on sale too. In terms of friendliness, the employees there aren't any friendlier that at other stores. Overall, not impressed. I've been to many lululemon locations and this one at the Americana is my least favorite. They obviously have cute clothes but the customer service is below what you would expect from lululemon. At every other lululemon I've been to the employees straight up have conversations with you right when you walk in. The employees here seem bored. Nobody approached me (I know what I'm looking for, but it's nice to be acknowledged). I got what I wanted and was out in less than 5 min. Lululemon has an amazing items! I used to be quite skeptical about their clothing and accessories, but ever since I tried on my first sports bra there, I have yet to find something else at that caliber at that price! These things come in so many cute designs and for different kind of support (light, medium, or strong). I also didn't want to try their workout pants because I never wanted to spend anything more than 80 for a pair to climb in...but OH MY GOODNESS. When you wear them, it feels like it's part of your body! They are SO comfortable and so easy to move in! The quality of all their items are great! I can see why people spend a little more here...they get what they pay for! Also, as everyone says, there is an upstairs dedicated to sales. There are a lot of clothes, but not always a lot in your size. The service there is wonderful! I love that they always yell out your name when asking how you're doing in the dressing room. And they also offer free Yoga classes occasionally! Unfortunately I won't be doing those since I'm not one to drive all the way to Glendale for one. Huuuugee selection of goodies here. The entire second floor is filled with marked down items and the racks are organized by sizes not by color. The workers here are really friendly and always greet with a smile. They offer free hemming at all their locations which is a huge plus. I was informed that they offer free yoga classes on Sunday mornings before opening. I haven't had a chance to try it out yet though. Secondly, I had already tried shopping at the Old Town Pas location and received no customer service at all. Ashmar greeted me at this location and was a great help. She provided guidance about sizing, products, fit, and was just an incredibly friendly and low pressure salesperson. Very VERY small section of clothing in this establishment. The workers are all slow and are allergic to doing their jobs. My daughter asked a simple question of "is there a size 2" this worker came back with a size 0 this would be fine if it ended there he then says "you ask so many questions" when my daughter asked for a fitting room. I was appalled by this treatment and will never come here again. They need to find new staff asap and stop hiring the first people who apply. read more

Ever since this location moved to its new spot next to the Tesla store, the customer service has highly decreased. They seemed to have hired new people (having gone to this store every other week), and wow has the attitude and atmosphere changed. I came in to ask for an exchange due to one of my pants having a rip (qualify promise by the company that they will exchange it). However, I got the rudest associate, McKayla(?) "assisting" me. She only offered me one option to exchange my material and looked annoyed and wanted to leave instead of actually providing me options and helping me. She gave me so much attitude and even questioning me - thinking I purposely ripped my own pants. FYI decided to go to the Pasadena location - 10x better service. The associates there was so sweet and helpful. They showed SEVERAL pairs that I could exchange it for and even offered their opinion on what I would prefer based on my preferences. read more

The most comfortable work out gear I've tried on. Got a pair for my birthday and fell in love with them! I had to get more and yelped the nearest location and found myself at the Americana. A two story store with reg priced merchandise on the first floor and sale items on the second floor. Employees are nice and helpful, they will inform you about free yoga classes they offer during the weekdays. I got a pair of chase me crop 2 and in the flow crop 2. They are both medium rise and tight fit. At first it may feel as if they are a bit too tight, but they are flexible and go with the flow of your movement. It doesn't feel constricting, more so you don't feel/notice it's even there. Fabric is very smooth and they have some cool/subtle designs. Yes, items are pretty pricey but I could already tell it's something that would last me a very long time. It also makes my booty look nice. #winning. They do have sale items, but not a lot to choose from so I didn't end up getting any from there. They also sell some yoga mats and cool looking water containers. read more

What I love about lululemon is the variety and change of new clothes. It is always nice to be able to go to a store and see different designs and new outfits all the time. They switch it up fast and quick like a runner would during a marathon! What is this place known for ?? Well if you have never stepped foot into Lulu it is mainly a clothing store that sells specific types of workout gear. Such as running, yoga and I have even seen a bike line. But they do change and sometimes the item that you would want will be inside for one week but the next time you show up to buy it...it will be gone!! :( This location is inside the Americana which I still say is a pretty new and hip spot. I love how many of the brands that you love are in this cute place. It is almost like the Grove. Service is friendly and they can give you advice on each type of sport you might do and what clothes will fit it best! :) Also inside the store is a board where you can find cool events such as hikes, bike rides and other things on this large board. First, I'll start by noting that I have loyally purchased Lululemon products for at least 5 years. I've also purchased in numerous cities while traveling. This store, by at, exemplifies the worst customer service. When I've been in the store purchasing hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise, I've been treated very well. Today is the first, and only time, I've ever attempted to make a return. And it wasn't as easy as the associates have claimed it to be. The bag is brand new and I had my receipt. Because I didn't have the tags, I was turned away. My purchase was made online and I was told that they wouldn't be able to resell the item in the store without the tags. So there's only one tag in the world per item in the store??? Regardless, the bottom line is that I went to the app to pull my receipt and the return policy notes nothing about tags being required. This is such a disappointment because I've spent a lot of money with Lululemon (online and in stores), and at this store in particular. What's frustrating is that I've been told by numerous associates that they are so great at returns. That's annoying because they're so nice when you're spending a lot of money. But their story quickly changes when you exercise the invitation to return. The last issue of frustration is that there wasn't even an attempt to create a solution. After this, I'm done with Lululemon. From now on, I'll be making purchases from Nordstrom athletic department. It's just more of an insurance that I know they actually stand by. read more

Come here at least 2 hours before closing for the "amazing" customer service. If you go there around an hour before closing, you might experience the educators/store associates bad attitudes of, "omggggggggg let's close already!" That's right. They didn't greet anyone and purposely chatted amongst themselves, hoping people would leave so they could shut the doors right during closing. Please make it less obvious! Anyhow, if you go early afternoon and such, they're friendly. They greet, ask questions, whatever it takes for them to gather information about the brand/products. Some may enjoy such service, but little introverted me found it a bit too much at times. Lululemon, pronounced lu-lu-lemon, and not Lu-Lu-Le-món as in pokemon as I originally thought, is sure an interesting place. Their sizes typically run from 2-12, with some items starting their sizings at a 4. Size 2 is for people with a 30" bust, which is rather tiny. With my regular sizings at other stores, this place makes me feel large at a slightly tight size 6 bra, sizes 4-8 tops, etc. I haven't joined the $90 yoga pants club (yet), but honestly, some of their sports bras and non restrictive tops are rather comfortable, though they run from $42 - $64 each. Their designs are rather neat too. Their yoga bras/energy bras have cool strap designs, and some of their tops have nice straps too. If you need a hem on their products, they do so for free. On the contrary, their return policy isn't that great. 2 weeks with receipt and all tags. Their tags on the clothing comes off super easily, and I bet it's made that way on purpose for more reasons than easy to remove for comfort. My favorite thing about lululemon is their bags they give when you buy something. The large ones make good grocery bags, and the small ones are cute. Some sayings on some bags may be controversial, but the quality is so great and they're reusable. Okay, I admit it. I bought a bra here so I can get my hands on one of their bags. read more

My friend recently got me into Lululemon pants, so I decided to check out this location while I was at the Americana. As soon as I entered, the sales associates greeted me and one guy informed me that this location was special in that it's like the only location that has a sale/clearance section. The entire second floor had discounted items so I had to check it out! My friend got me into the Align crops/pants, but warned me that they would probably never be found in a Lululemon outlet because they're so popular. Out of curiosity, I went upstairs and prayed I would find the Align crops in the discounted section...AND I TOTALLY FOUND THEM! They had two colors in my size and I was so happy! They're normally $88 I think, and they were on final sale for $69. When I went to pay, the two cashiers were both pretty surprised that I found them on sale, and also said that they never go on sale. I was so happy with my great steal! I went back a few days later and found another color of the crops in my size. I resisted but I'm definitely coming back once I can afford to buy another pair. Highly recommend this store - especially the clearance section upstairs! Totally a hidden gem! read more

This place is no longer half an outlet. It used to be when it was two stories and the top floor was full of sales. Now it's just one. It's basically just a regular Lululemon now. I'm sad I didn't get to shop here before the change. On the plus side, they have a sale section in the fitting room area. I like how the sale stuff isn't just mixed in with all the other regular priced stuff. Anyways, 10/10 because I just love Lulu. It was so refreshing that they truly love dogs and even though Ace is a certified service dog for me, I could see they just loved him period. The instructor was wonderful. I got a great work-out. Unfortunately at this location, the person who rung me up argued with me about me using my sweat collective discount to buy clothes for myself vs. others. Heres the scenario: Its my wifes birthday and her husband (me) has no clue what to get her!! Exercise equipment..? No... she has a gym membership. Jewelry....? No.. been there done that. Another Purse!!! No... I just got her two purses for our anniversary two weeks before that!! So a friend of ours suggested Lululemon! She warned me that the pricing is pretty steep compared to what we are used to buying, but said I should check it out. So the opportunity arose the day before her bday. I walk in with my two little ones (if you've never gone shopping with two kids, its a whole different ball game), and I asked a rep there to help me out. She was super nice and helpful!! I believe her name was Nicole. While my little one was thinking she was an airplane in the store, this rep made me feel comfortable and brought me different items that she recommended. She brought over a new pair of pants that was $125, which I'm sure she read the look on my face pretty well and she was like... So, what price range are you looking for? She was so nice about it, didnt make me feel belittled or anything (as you can see, I'm not used to spending $$$$$ on clothing). So after a good 15-20 minutes of looking at different items, I chose a pair of pants, a pair of socks, and a top. The total came out to about $180, it was still a little out of my budget, but whatever, I knew my wife would love it! When my wife opened her gift she was totally surprised and loved everything. The pants were the wrong size (so I thought she was skinnier than she actually is, lol!), but she traded the pants in for a jacket which she loves to wear! Look, I'm not a huge name brand type of person, typically cause I cant stand snotty reps/employees. I have to say the experience I had at this store was more than pleasant! Nicole was awesome!! The store should be very proud to have an employee like her! She didnt make me feel inferior or anything when she showed me an article of clothing that was out of my budget, she made me feel comfortable, assisted me when I know nothing about getting clothing for a trainer, and most of all, while my kids were being a little chaotic, she totally made me feel like everything was cool and its no issue. The store itself is on the small side, but upstairs there is a glorious, magical sale section. This particular store often runs its own promotions and you can score some amazing deals. I was just here this weekend and all shorts, skirts, bras and tanks were $19! Crops were $49 and outerwear was $59. I bought 5 things for less than $100! For example, I bought a pair of hottie hot shorts for $19, but online and in other stores, they were marked down to only $44. That's a pretty smokin deal. Deals and merchandise vary from week to week so check back often. In addition to the great sales, the staff here is really nice - very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
