I placed an online order for pickup and arrived about 15 minutes before the posted closing time. Five minutes before I arrived, the app updated and said my gear was ready for pickup. When I got there, the staff said they were closed, rolled their eyes, and refused to let me pick up my order even though it was already paid for and marked as ready. I called the store when I was reviewing my purchase to try to get a hold of them, and I called 5 times and got no response. This is not my favorite location. I believe it started as a pop up location which was exciting but then they made it permanent. It is such a narrow store it is very hard to get around the customers and the stock. They have one tiny row on each side with very minimal products. I was not impressed with what they offered here. Not enough variety in their stock. I could not find any good tank tops or work pants here. They did have a very small sale rack on each side. The individuals that worked here seemed very friendly. But I had a hard time finding anything to purchase for the family. Since there are so many open store fronts at Partridge Creek they could probably do well if they moved to a larger location. We still do stop in when we here but we have found the Troy location is our preferred spot. read more

I just had the WORST experience at Lululemon Partridge Creek (Clinton Township, MI) this was my first (and will be my only) time with this brand. I first get added to the waitlist which is 40 minutes. I am told I will get a text 15 minutes before my appointment time. (So I should get a text in 25 minutes.) I got the confirmation text of my place on the wait list. After 45 minutes and still not getting the 15 minute before text, I decide to walk back to the store. I told the girl I was added to the wait list 45 minutes ago and haven't gotten the text. She asks my name and then tells me to go in anyway. This made me feel like a jerk since other people were standing there waiting. It was just sloppy. So I finally get in the store to exchange a pair of pants for something else. I am told I cannot exchange the pants because they were on sale when purchased. So even though I have a gift receipt and a brand new pair of pants with tags in the bag etc. and the receipt says they will happily exchange or take a return of any item with tags and receipt, I am told no. There are also dozens of pairs of the exact same pants five feet from the counter that are not on sale they're not being discontinued etc nothing. Perfectly fine "ABC Casual" pants for $128.00. No one could make any exception or anything. I even told them this was my first experience in a lululemon. I was excited to see what they were all about. I am so disappointed! I'm honestly shocked. This is my favorite Lululemon location. It's average in size but I prefer it because the lines at this location are not as long compared to other locations. Also, the partridge Creek location has better availability of products compared to other locations. This location also offers curbside pick up which really makes it so convenient. If you go for curbside pick up you want to go to the back of the mall and park near MJR Theatres in the designated parking spots for building 61. The staff here is also very friendly and I give them five stars for a service. The last time I came here I had placed an order in the morning and I was on my way to pick it up and had just placed a second order. I called the store and they said they were going to do their best to make sure they had it ready rather than make me wait the expected two hours. This was also during the week of the holiday. No store ever does that because of how busy they are. Of course when I arrived my full order was ready. This location is definitely the best one. read more

Small store, reluctant help at Partridge Creek. Placed online order at 5:05 and received email 45 minutes later stating order was ready. Arrived at store at 6:30. I tried calling this store, for location at Partridge Creek only to get an Old recorded message. No hours, no location, nothing of any help. I was told to wait outside due to small capacity. Young male was ringing up 2 customers and monitoring number of people in store. 3 young females were standing at back of store, chit chatting and not working. After 4 customers left, they did Not receive any help, I went to back of store to ask for help. Young blonde reluctantly stated "I suppose I could help you." Asked for I.d. And opened drawer and asked for last name. Didn't even look at my I.d. Gave me my bag and walked away. For the prices, they should have great customer service. This is my first and last time shopping here. Go shop elsewhere. read more

really disappointed in the customer service here. not sure what her name was that was working outside today @ 130pm but she needs to be fired. she came through the line speaking to everyone and completely ignored me. finally a man behind me gets in line so she goes to speak with him. i'm making eye contact with this women thinking she will finally talk to me and after she's done processing his things she just starts walking away. i had to yell I KNOW WHAT I WANT for her to come back. RIDICULOUS. Then she finally comes to me & tells me i can do a in store pick up. I WAS IN THIS LINE FOR 45 MINUTES NOW IM IN THE FRONT. i did the pick up & i was literally the next one to go in so there was absolutely no point! then with the pick up i could only get 1 of my items since the other was damaged. if the lady just would have said hi to me earlier i wouldn't have had to wait for so long for something i couldn't even get !!!! so disappointed and i will not be returning to this location. read more
