Charley, the owner, looks like someone you'd want to buy a suit from. He's always dressed to the 9's and you can tell just from looking at him that he cares A LOT about quality. That's driven home when you start talking with him. He helps break down suiting and doesn't make you feel dumb for not knowing what pitch stitching is. Really took the time to get to know what I was looking for and helped point me towards what I wanted. Second has the to be the selection. This is truly custom stuff. Hundreds of fabrics, and even more linings. There have to be over a billion possible combinations to choose from. Charle's got examples to choose from as well, so you can see what different combinations look like in person. He also has a great eye and can help you make choices if the options are too much. Price has to be mentioned too. These are not $100 suits some department store. But I thought the pricing was very reasonable. Throughout the process Charley let me know what the prices were, and I never felt steered towards random add-on's. Actually, a number of times Charley told me to pick the cheeper opinion as it was a minor detail. When I received by suit, Charley brought a tailor in to make sure it fit perfect. The quality was amazing. Seriously, the suit literally was made for me and feels like it. This is a suit I'll have for decades (assuming I keep it up a the guy and don't get any larger around the waist!) Overall, 10 out of 10. When I need my next suit I'll be going here.
