This might have to be the worst customer service and lulu store I've ever been to. I went to take my leggings in for a repair. Two days later I drive 20 mins to go pick them up and they're still not fixed. The guy who handed them to me didn't even care to check and make sure they fixed them. I was pissed off so I asked for a new pair because I've done it twice at lulu and they said they cant exchange for a new pair anymore EVEN THOUGH I've done it TWICE. I have always been treated with the upmost respect at this location. I'm a slightly overweight, over 50 female. I have NEVER been ignored or treated like I do not belong there. MV lulu is the best! Great selection & friendly helpful faces. I always have great ppl helping me out, whether it b in fitting room or simply finding my size. So on 5/9 I called looking for the "free spirit tank" in color black or white. Was just looking for this top & had to have it. So when I called later in the evening I asked the girl to stock check for this top, she immediately put me on hold found it in only one size 4 left, what! I live 45 min. away & I could not make it until the next day. I failed to get the girls name, but if she reads this "TY!" MV lulu held it until next day 2pm. I told her that it would b best to try it on BC of my breast-sess sessss. She totally understood & came in on 5/10 @ 1pm & picked it up. Boy was I so happy! They rocked. The register girl with the enormous gorgeous big blue eyes, helped me to the fitting room. I tried it on & perfect, it kinda was meant for me. The hot guy that rang me up was awesome friendly! I came in today and had such a positive experience that I feel compelled enough to share it. The new store manager Liz was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. I don't even anyone working retail during this time of year but she made it all look so effortless. We swapped stories about our kiddos and which products and items were most conducive for mamas and I left feeling thankful for the interaction and her help! Just wanted to share the positive interaction as I see some others haven't all had the same. Maybe with new management the store will deliver better customer experience. Went to exchange/return a pair of $128 Instill pants. Never worn & still have the price tags. We'll apparently there is a super special "care tag" that's supposed to be on the inside of the pants. And my pants didn't have this tag. And I said we'll maybe I bought them this way because all I did was try them on and put them back into this bag? She said no they don't make mistakes and I must have taken the tag off? Um ok so Babs who is apparently the manager gave me the guest education phone number and I told them the situation and they gave me a full $128 refund! Thanks for all the help Babs. read more

Nicole was super helpful and nice to me when I went in to return a pair of leggings I had only worn once...I told her I was a new customer and I had issues washing a pair of leggings and she explained their policies and how to wash the pants and exchanged the damaged leggings which made me very very happy. She went out of her way to be kind to me when she didn't have to. Snobby cashier clerk talked to me like I've never been in a retail store before. Long story short, I received a bag for an early Christmas party gift exchange and I used it for the first time. I was sent a link to another bag they had that I really liked. With tags in hand and bag, went to exchange it. Was told by a sales associate it was fine so I got in the long line. 20 minutes later the snob says "Even so...we wouldn't resell something used.." It's not an underwear and I'll let Nordstrom know. I put an item on a card over the phone, and when I went to pick it up they had no record of it and had sold it to someone else. I previously called to confirm it was still there. They refuse to refund my card and I am still following up repeatedly on the contested transaction where I was charged for nothing. When I was in store the fitting room folder was also incredibly rude and asked me to show proof of the purchase then said she couldn't help and sneered at me even though she was standing right next to the stockroom door where she could have easily gone to look for the merchandise. The manager was very friendly and tried to help but was unable to locate the merchandise in the back. She asked me to email their customer service who repeatedly asked for the same proof of purchase with no refund. They told me I had to go back into the store to refund the card by showing an email. I would rather not ever shop at this Lululemon after this experience. I am still pending the fraud resolution. Don't trust this store with your credit card! Went in to do my first "Like New" trade in and the employee who helped me, Sammy, was so kind and helpful and sweet. Thanks for your help and positive attitude! His coworker, Bianca, however, was super rude and unhelpful. In fact, she seemed to go out of her way NOT to help customers and instead hang out with a friend who appeared to come in to visit her and "shop" around the store with her. I literally had to say "excuse me" to her twice around the store because she was standing in front of the clothes I wanted to look at. So unprofessional and rude! read more

Apparently they don't stand by their brand. After spending large amounts of money for very expensive workout wear for myself and husband , I gifted my daughter a pair for her birthday on July 6h and the first time wearing them July 8 they had torn at the ankle with a normal workout at 24hr fitness. When we wanted an exchange the manager told us they will not honor the company policy since she cited my daughter being the one at fault not the workout pants. She compared her stained lululemon top which she had spilled a pink drink on herself, saying even she could not return , which I don't see being the same thing at all. the work out tights are indeed for working out not eating or drinking in . read more

Rude employees at the Mission Viejo Mall Store. I paid $75. for a pair of Wonder Train leggings, the 25 inch don't fit snug around the ankles even for the employees. So, I returned them within 5 days with the tags on to be told, they were marked down from $99. Sorry, we can only issue a Store Credit. I told the Manager, it's not on 'Final Sale'. That's their policy as of 6 months ago. After paying $75. I should be able to get my money back. ATHLET A and other stores return your money back on sale items. Lulu Lemon is just a greedy company, they forcibly retain their sales . So please keep this in mind when you shop there. I'm lululemon OBSESSED, but I can definitely agree that employees are not always the nicest. Everyone at this store was SO SWEET! I was greeted and escorted by Donna all throughout my visit. While i was looking at different types of gear, i was asked by many if i wanted to get a fitting room started to take the load off my hands.... that has never happened to be before!! Not only that, the ladies don't ask you how you're doing from way across the store rather they stand outside and ask if you need anything, check size available on the phone (if not they bring you another style similar so you can try and order!) and so much more! I was so thrilled with the employees at this location and i feel like this store lives up to the customer service values that lululemon hopes/wants their company to be known for. No intimidation, no pressure, what so ever! How cool, they also have bathrooms in the store! The store itself is located next to francesca's upstairs on the nordstrom end. A good size store but not too big. Lululemon is pricy for $100 for a pair of pants but it's the best quality I have EVER EVER EVER tried and fit like a glove. After a few weeks of trying to find the perfect pair of yoga pants, I finally but the bullet and went with some of my friends recommendations to try out lulu lemons. When I went in, I was a little concerned, because I am just starting a weight loss journey and didn't know if any of these would fit me or not. But, thanks to the staff, not only did I get helped immensely, but I ended up buying 2 pairs. Both sales women, and the cashier were polite, friendly, and accommodating. I can't believe what just happened to me at this store. I was sponsored by Lululemon for tennis, I have worn it every day of my life almost for 10 years. And I just walked out of this store crying. I tried on a jacket and one of the sales girls at the changing room and i were talking about the differences between the jackets at Lululemon verse other stores. And I don't know what could have possibly happened in those 2 minutes but when I walked away she started talking nasty about me and almost quietly ranting for a minute to her male coworker. And when I turned back to look he turned back to her and said "oh shit she just heard you" and the girl said back to him "oh my god really whoops" and without an apology I stood there for a minute pretending to be on my phone, thinking they would say sorry. But no, they did not so I went to the front of the store tears streaming down my face like I was back in high school being bullied by the mean girls. And spoke with the girl at the front. I let her know I won't be buying anything I had in my hands and told her why. I even have a $50 credit from the like new program that I may never use due to my loyalty of a company. This was rude enough for me to never shop at the company let alone this store again. I wish I knew her name. But I know she's from Michigan and I will be calling management. read more

I would 100% give this store a 0 star review if possible. The young teenager working the line was beyond rude and laughed at me. I showed her a pair of shorts I was gifted for Christmas that has a MESSED up seam on it with tags attached. She told me "yeah well maybe it's just how lulu does stitching now". So you mean to tell to me lululemon just chooses to put a random stitch in the back of the leggings? I wasn't asking for money back I was asking for her to exchange my shorts for the same exact pair as they CAME defective. Visited this store and the one at Spectrum after the reopening and I have to say the Spectrum store provided a much better experience. Spectrum has competent and friendly staff and I was very impressed with how they handled the new adjustments. Unfortunately, my experience at the Mission Viejo store was very different. I felt like the girl (Janice?) working the fitting room was disgruntled and did not provide good customer service. She was rude and unaware. I had been waiting for her to come ba m to try on several articles of clothing and she completely ignored me while letting someone else who came after me first. I also asked her a question about the different pants to which I received a rude response. Despite this terrible encounter, the young lady in the front letting customers in was super helpful and a pleasure to speak to. read more

I came in today with the intent of exchanging a pair of leggings; reason being that both of the pockets adhesive had come undone so my pockets were just slits :( I walked in stating my issue and the two sales associates were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They told me that I was the second customer today that came in to exchange the same leggings. Had no problems with the exchange and one of the associates even double checked that the pockets on the new pair were functional and problem free (ie. stretched the pockets, checked that the adhesive was intact). I walked out with some new items that I haven't seen in the other 2 lululemon stores I frequent / online store. Absolutely love the customer service and adore that this store is very spacious and isn't crowded so the sales associates educated me on the pieces I picked up. Love this location! The staff is great and there is hardly ever too much of line; and if there is, it goes by crazy quick. I always find a goody or two on the markdowns and always spend way more than I expected; but it's worth it! I love lulu and have been spending most of my shopping money here for about 4 years (I wear ALOT of workout clothes). My "home" store is MV and they are the best. Seriously top 5 out of the many I have been in. Other top lulu stores are in Downtown Portland and Bend, Oregon. ANYWAYS I want to thank the MV store for always having great customer service and staying on top of their store when it is busy. I would highly recommend coming to the MV store over the Irvine Spectrum store any day. You will be greeted, asked if you need help, and they are much more attentive to their customers at MV. read more

I've shopped here a few times and the employees are always very friendly and helpful! But the highlight of my shopping experience happened when I brought in my beloved pave rival crops to this store. My crops had gotten a small hole in the mesh area of the posterior side of the right knee. I was expecting them to take them in for repair but instead, an employee saw the hole and just replaced them with a brand new pair for free, no questions asked! So it was my first time in here, no one was helpful except one person, didn't catch his name but he happened to be the only male working at the time. It was 11.9.21 at around 5ish. He was very welcoming & telling us about promos and everything. So walking around the store I was just kinda confused and lost (never shopped here before) and the young lady "working" the fitting room was basically just on her cell phone the whole time. I was standing near her waiting for her to be finished and she just chose to NOT acknowledge that ANY customers needed help in the fitting rooms so I just had to figure things out myself. She gave me a room though and when I was done I just folded my stuff and put it back since she was STILL on her phone. I mean I've worked in retail & it's pretty easy to see body language and to see if customers are in need for help; especially when I'm standing near your little table waiting for you to get off your phone. Didn't end up buying anything because no one could help me. And the nice gentlemen I think went on break or went home so I wasn't able to ask him. Not a great experience. And the tall blonde lady working the register she just walked by everyone and didn't really help and then just stood at the register even though there weren't any guests to help there. This store promised me a 25% discount on their overpriced (but sort of cute) gym wear, but when I made the special trip into their store on April 30th, the curt lady at the front desk said, "The sale ended yesterday." I am the sort of person who follows up; I checked with my gym today, and they confirmed it; the sale was supposed to go up to April 30th, so HERE I AM!!! Lululemon is the most overpriced, ridiculously expensive athletic attire on the planet. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Here's an example of what you're in for: I found an okay-looking pair of long legged yoga pants priced at $118.00, and if I applied the promised 25% discount, the total would come to $88.50 before sales tax! OMG! The sales people in this shop were too busy to be nice to me, so I went up to Lorna Jane (just a few steps away in the Mission Viejo Mall) and I spent my money there. Other places that offer better value for your money when you need athletic wear are: Macy's Costco Kolhs Target Walmart JC Penney ANYPLACE is better than Lululemon. I hear they are opening a location in San Clemente. I won't shop there either! read more

Very friendly service and good selection. If they don't have a size or selection in store you can have it shipped quickly to your residence. I like that they will hem and provide repairs if needed. This makes a huge difference considering their apparel is so pricey. read more

The entire staff at the MV Lululemon was fantastic. My fiancé and I were growing around and everyone was extremely attentive and helpful. On top of that, they went above and beyond to help us find an item at another location and online. I had to come back a few days later to pick up a pair of pants I had hemmed and the staff remembered me by name and asked how my plans for the weekend went which we discussed in our previous visit. Usually I have a lovely experience at this store, and have been an avid lulu fan for years. However, yesterday at around 6pm (Friday, March 22) I had the worst experience of my life. I tried to exchange a pair of lulus I had purchased two days prior. The manager yelled at me and said they smelled like fabric softener and there was no way she could take them back. They obviously had not been washed or worn and the bag maybe smelled like my perfume or car freshener? I don't even use fabric softener! She spoke angrily and yelled and I practically had to run out of the store, this was in front of other customers. I hope she gets fired and I'm never shopping at that location again.
