Terrific service, wonderful selection and fair prices. As my fun in the sun vacation approached I was in desperate need for a new bathing suit. My requirements for a swimsuit is a long list that most sales people would not want to tackle. Fortunately, Shelia my sales person went out of her way to search for every suit that would fit my unbalanced shape. After twenty plus suits and no success I tried a swimsuit that almost fit. I just needed a larger cup size. Sadly, my size was not in their store but Shelia scoured their online store and found one suit at another venue. Love this store, but do not appreciate being intentionally misled by staff and I unfortunately had a very poor experience yesterday. I've ordered from here for years, it's hard to find bikini tops in my size and this store is super accommodating with their sizing which is amazing! I came in solely to try on a specific style and size, I had 3 items I wanted to order online and just needed to confirm that the smaller size I was ordering would fit me because the print was so cute! I came in and was helped by who I believe is Irene. This wasn't my first time with her, and she always seems very frazzled. I told her the style and size I needed to try and was given the wrong size. We then found the correct size and I went to try the item on. Afterwards I thanked her for her help and said I would go home and order the 3 bikinis I had saved to my cart. She tells me I should order in store with her because otherwise I'll be charged for shipping. I said really? Even if I order over $300 of items it's going to charge me for shipping? She lied and said yes. I really do not appreciate being lied to by staff especially because it proceeded to take over 20 mins for her to get the items ordered. At the time I believed her so I went on my phone and searched the bikinis I wanted to buy so I could provide item numbers for Irene to order them. She had me read the item numbers as she wrote it down, I also wrote my name and email for her. She then proceeded to incorrectly type everything. She literally could not read her own handwriting and had to ask me what letter she had written down. It got to the point where she asked me to come type it myself for her on the computer. Once I could see her screen I noticed all the issues. Items are in the wrong size, my email is spelled wrong even though I wrote it down for her. I kept telling her it's L-E-X-Y and she keeps typing the letter "i" and then randomly adding a Y to my last name. I cant state how insane this was and how much time was wasted. I only entertained all this because I believed her when she said i would be charged for shipping if I didn't order it in store with her. During our interaction she asked her coworker to come help numerous times and then had me come around the counter and type on her computer for her because she simply couldn't do so...I literally asked the coworker if she could just stay and help finish the transaction because it was taking so long. Coworker looked fed up with Irene too but she would only help for a moment and then leave and Irene would make ME come help her type the info out. Staff really should know what they are doing, the amount of issues we dealt with was unbelievable. She's been working here for years and can't correctly type a single item number or be thoughtful enough to make sure all my personal information is spelled as written. I was so frustrated with this experience that when I got home I added one single item to my cart and as I expected, there was no shipping cost. So Irene fully lied to me in order to trick me into ordering through her, likely so she gets a commission she truly doesn't deserve. Very disappointed and I will make a point to only order online and avoid coming in so I don't have to deal with deceptive staff. read more

This place has a policy for returns that is just crazy, I bought a hat, it tore first time I wore it, took it in with MY Receipt mind you, and they said I had to call customer service and send pictures of hat and receipt and they would review it before I get my money back, I've lived and shipped a lot of years and never on my life never heard of a no return policy in store with a receipt that's not a week old, unbelievable so beware if you shop here and heaven forbid if you have to return your item, good luck read more

I have now had two terrible experiences at this Mission Viejo location with the same sales associate (Jacqueline S). My first experience occurred on April 21, 2021 when I came into return some items that were delivered to my home via mail and did not fit well. I met with attitude upon returning my items, and was told I would need to get my credit card to return all the items. I was with my daughter and her stroller at the time and had forgotten my credit card in the car. I asked if I could leave the stroller and items I was returning, as I would run to the car with my daughter to retrieve my credit card. However, I was met with attitude and flippant responses regarding leaving the return items behind and my stroller, which was beyond frustrating as a customer with a child. I gave her a solution to leave the stroller and my items behind at the store while I ran to my car quickly. I then returned to the boutique to process the returns and was again met with attitude and rudeness as she would not process one of the returns as the tag had fallen off the piece (however, it could clearly be seen it had fallen off and the item was new and not worn). She proceeded to tell me with attitude that this piece could not be processed for return and kept pointing to the receipt to read the return policy. At this point, I was beyond frustrated and just left because of this beyond terrible experience. My second encounter occurred on May 11, 2021 when I came to return the same item as I had found the string that attached to the piece. I pointed out that the string had fallen off and showed that it had fallen off, and would like to return this item. I was immediately met with attitude upon entering the boutique as she looked me up and down and had eye contact with me, but without greeting me. I proceeded to try and return the item but was met with nothing but abrasiveness and poor customer service experience. With this, and not getting anywhere, I left the boutique and let her know how rude she had been. I then had to drive to South Coast Plaza to have this item processed and returned, which was done effectively, immediately, and without hassle or question. read more

Buying a bikini has never been such an enjoyable experience! Stopped in to buy a suit for an upcoming trip. The young lady that helped me was top notch. She listened to what I wanted, gave great suggestions & was sincerely helpful w/o being pushy. I wish I could remember her name...Shaunta? I was very impressed. You will definitely pay top dollar here but at least they have a very high volume of merchandise to choose from including sizes. That's more than I can say for Nordstrom who is always out of stock. read more

First time in this store and was absolutely pleased. I had to find a bathing suit for an upcoming trip and figured it would be worth checking out designer suits. Jacqueline was sweet and very helpful from the time I walked in and left the store. She brought me several options to see what fit best. I ended up buying two halter top suits. Each spring I head out for the tedious bathing suit shopping. It seems that the past 4-5 years I always end up at everything but water and not only find a suit but leave with 2! The young women that work here are so super helpful and nice. It doesn't matter if you're the only customer or if the place is packed. They spend time and ask questions and offer suits to try that you may not have normally picked out for yourself. Today I was helped by Sheila and once again left with two suits. She spent so much time helping me and made the experience pleasant. I'm not one to leave reviews but felt compelled today after my great experience. read more

Sheila was working at the shops at mission viejo tonight and i could honestly not wait to get home and post about her. The service was comfortable not over bearing but when i needed help selecting items in my size, she was moving like crazy to help me out....all while i was in the dressing room. I could honestly have walked out after trying 2 bathing suits....with her help i walked out with 2 beautiful 1 peices! I was so happy...even though my bank accnt was not lol!
