I've been a regular at this Lululemon now for over a year. Located in the Pacific Place mall it is a rather small Lululemon store but that still offers a wide selection of their clothes, has very friendly staff, and still offers Sunday morning community yoga classes. Each month they feature a new yoga studio that teaches classes for free to all that are interested. You can park for free downtown on Sundays which is a huge win. Classes are generally great but this location is a bit awkward with the store setup so get there early to get a good spot. Mat not required as they have some to use. read more

Fantastic staff. Excellent customer services. Always attentive and know their merchandise. It is always hard to straddle between overly attentive and inattentive customer services, but the staffs in this store are good at this and I go to them for all my lululemon purchases even though it would have been easier to shop online. I was in the other night to try on a specific top. It didn't work. The gal helping me grabbed about 5 other tanks for me to try. Didn't love any of them. Either she could sense I wasn't purchasing or she was tired. Either way, she look bored/tired. I walked in knowing I wanted a sports bra, running capris, and shirt. Normally, I wouldn't pay this much for athletic gear, but I'm trying to guilt myself into working out more by paying the high prices...go ahead and laugh, but so far it's been quite effective XP My two complaints: First, a salesman was the first to eagerly approach me while at the bras, which I wasn't thrilled about. There were women salespeople around who weren't busy with other customers and I wasn't about to ask his opinion on comfort of different styles. Secondly, their prices are very high without offering much explanation on the tags ("four-way stretch!" is just a buzzy phrase that really doesn't mean anything to me). It wasn't until I was at the register that a girl made the offhand comment that my shirt "has silver." Now, I thought she just meant it came in that color, but as she further explained, there are silver threads woven through the shirt, which provide excellent odor control. (I followed this as I know humidifiers often do the same thing for sanitation and smell). Since now wearing the shirt many times, even after washing, I can confirm it definitely does. Despite the oddities, they do offer high-quality clothes. I'll also echo the sentiment about the sizing making you feel like you *need* to work out. Oh well, yet more motivation. read more

Per usual, lululemon educators are always happy to see you as you walk into the store and the service is always great. Coming from usually temperate and humid winters of Houston,TX we normally don't have gear that's designed for the cold. I.e. my fiancee found a pair of speed tights that were *tech which apparently means fleece tech which apparently means super warm. Since Houston weather rarely dips into freezing the local stores there don't stock the hardcore cold weather gear which is a shame since it's actually been colder in Houston than Seattle and Vancouver over the past few days. I also found a pair of relay tights *reflective which are pretty cool looking in terms of the reflective pattern that's present on the calf of the running tight. Like I said, you'd never find this in a Houston store so out of novelty I bought a pair - completely unintended. That being said, if you're from Seattle, you know to expect good things from lulu, but if you're from the warmer parts of the US, then you might want to check it out and you may find gear that you can't buy at home! read more

I took my friend to this lululemon to get her first pair of yoga pants! The staff was very attentive and extremely helpful. Since it was my friend's first pair the staff wanted to make sure the pants would fit perfectly so after I gave her my opinion and she changed out, a staff member (I think his name is Kevin) came back to check on us and asked her to try them back on so he could make sure. He found they were the wrong size and brought another pair. If you're going to spend that much on yoga pants you definitely want them to fit right. I wish I had gotten that kind of service when I purchased my first pair because the fit really does make a huge difference! read more

Watch out bank account, I am hooked! Today was my first time in Lululemon. I have always been a nike and adidas girl for my running workout gear, but today I was looking for yoga wear to clothe me in my newest workout endeavor "hot yoga". I had heard about the quality of their clothes and figured I would check it out. Overall, the service was over-the-top! I was immediately greeted by a bubbly sales girl who must have noticed the overwhelmed look on my face as I looked through the wall of yoga tanks. She asked me what activities I was planning on using the tanks and capris for and showed me a couple of options. Then, she asked my name and set up a dressing room for me. For the rest of the shopping trip all of the sales girls called me by name. They helped me pick out a tank and stretchy capris and when I left, I thought that I had just shopped with my best friends. The clothes themselves were colorful, flattering, and fit just the way I wanted them. My only complaint is more of a personal reaction, I had sticker shock. Who knew sweatshirts could cost $100+?? Good thing I stuck to the plan and only got tanks and yoga pants. Still, I left after spending $163!!! At least I got a cute tote bag with my purchase. Great product especially if you are a runner or practices yoga! Price are in the expensive side and sometimes I would ask myself if it is worth it or not... the staff here are all very nice for the most part. The staff here is great but the selection is so-so. They do have a little sale（or rather, "we made too munch ") section, which is nice. this location often doesn't have a lot of the jacket options that you can see on the site but they do have a great selection of sports bras. I have been to this location about four times and the staff has always been very cheerful, friendly, knowledge, helpful, and not pushy. They are also really nice about giving extra bra cups and jacket hair ties when you ask for them. Unlike other lulu locations, they don't hold any classes and I haven't seen any events happen here, so that kind of sucks in turns of community building :/ they also aren't great about picking up the phones. Have tried calling multiple times at different times of the day but I always get the voicemail. however, they do get back to you and leave a message (in my situation, I received a response on my cell about a week later). read more

Ah lululemon, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways... Lululemon never fails me. For cute, comfortable clothes for both working out and lounging around, I turn to lulu. I used to go into the store, identify the style and size I liked, and then shop online for a discount, but I've since become more comfortable shelling out at the store. I recently fell in love with their gym/work bags, and bought a gigantic black bag that can carry everything from my laptop, lunch, workout gear and all the other random crap I keep in my bag. Their bags are only around for a little while, I want to say like a couple months or less, and they sell out online, so you have to move fast in-store when you see something you like. I tried to do the whole online discount thing, but the bags are actually marked UP online on eBay/Amazon because they're so popular and sell out quickly. I plan to come back for more workout clothes and yoga pants, as well as some more crop pants that can be tucked into boots or worn with flats. read more

No doubt "LULU" has great customer service. I needed to find a gift for my dad, I am trying to get him to come do Yoga with me and so he needed some shorts that are good for yoga since we do arm balances and inversions so no ass tight short shorts. The sales guy was very helpful and gave me the run down on all the different types of shorts and their purposes. Sure enough I was in and out in no time. Mission Accomplished. read more

Cute clothes, bad consumer experience. Two stars because I found items I liked and bought. One star because I would return the items but I'm so fed up with dealing with these people its not worth the trip back. Let me start this off by admitting that I'm a stickler for what constitutes good customer service and having worked retail throughout college I totally sympathize with sales associates. You should also know that most of my customer service experiences with lululemon have been appalling. I went there today on a whim hoping for more from the downtown location but I was sorely disappointed. Made it all the way to the fitting room with an armful of things before being greeted at all even though there were more employees working than there were people shopping. Then the woman who rang me up was very rude and on top of that incorrectly charged me (didn't realize until I got home). Reached out to the manager over the phone and got nowhere just more attitude (Why don't they put the cashiers name on the receipt? My guess is so you can't complain about them.) I suggested they work on their customer service and the his response was "I'm not really sure what you want me to do". Is feedback still a thing or am I wrong? I give up, I won't shop there again and I will not recommend it to others. I'm a fitness professional, if you want to avoid an unpleasant shopping experience and get awesome workout stuff I'd recommend sticking to Nordstrom or try out Lorna Jane down the street inside Westlake. Even Urban Outfitters started carrying great athleisure lines so lululemon is irrelevant. read more

Lululemon... Great return policy? Hahaha.... From BUSINESS INSIDER... Lululemon's return policy is notoriously stringent. The retailer doesn't allow any returns after 14 days, even on gifts. And even if you do bring the item back in that time it has to be in mint condition with tags intact. Lululemon CEO Christine Day told The Wall Street Journal that the policy has helped the brand sell 95 percent of its product at full price. It creates the concept of scarcity. "We aren't Nordstrom," Day told the WSJ. "We aren't your personal shopper." Meanwhile, Athleta's return policy allows shoppers to return anything, at any time, for any reason. Here's the return policy from its website: "Give it a work out. Take it on a run. Wear it to the gym. Sweat in it. If you don't love it, return it. Any time, any reason. So Athleta is getting my business. And it's cute and holds up as well or better than Lululeomon. Keep all that in mind when you are shopping. read more

The absolute worst example of professionalism I have encountered in years. Justin should be fired for his sarcastic and aggressive behavior directed towards me, in front of other customers and sales associates. I am quite sure that what I experienced is not what Lululemon would consider modeling the values of the company or treating customers with respect. On top of that, I have yet to hear back from their corporate office. As a result, I'm returning everything I purchased recently and will not be a customer in the future. ***** [update 11/3/16]: I eventually did receive email communication from their Customer Education Center (first order of business: find a more customer-centric name for this team; it's quite presumptions and arrogant to say that your customer service team educates customers...YOU need the education) through which I told them not to contact me, and yet I received an unwanted phone call in the evening from a random employee (7:30pm) after I told them I wanted to be removed completely from their database and I did not want to be contacted again. What a cluster. Right hand-left hand issue. Here's another suggestion for them - when a customer issue becomes as escalated as this, try assigning resolution to ONE person to avoid mishandling.**** I've recounted my story to friends and co-workers, but frankly, no one cares about Lululemon anymore. They don't shop there anymore. This company has slid off the pedestal they established a decade ago with functional, sporty/stylish, quality yoga and gym wear. Today, the clothing is lower quality, the styles/colors/prints are old-lady and not on-trend. How many pink and purple tops can you have?? Move along, there is nothing to see here any longer. Head to Nike, Nordstrom, Net-a-Porter for your yoga/gym wear. read more

I've visited both UVillage and downtown and find the staff to be so irritating that it's not worth it to try buying clothing here! They are smothering when you don't want help, and aloof when you do want help. Plus their return policy is way too strict. I bought something, went on vacation for a week, and by the time I got back and into the store it was too late to return an unworn, still-tagged item. Crazy! read more

And I don't know if I just wasn't dressed like I'm a Lulu girl but the salespeople couldn't have been less interested in helping me either find a size or point me in the right direction for a certain item I had seen online. Unfortunately, a pair of pants I had received as a gift didn't work out for me, so I really needed to exchange them for a different size. Although I didn't have the receipt and understood how difficult it could be to make returns/exchanges without it, I just couldn't hold onto a pair of pants that I would never wear because of a size issue. Thankfully, everyone in the store was so helpful, understanding, and friendly, and they made my first Lululemon exchange experience really easy and pleasant! However, the cashier was very cold towards me, after being so nice to the lady who checked out before me.... it was like she was giving me attitude for trying to exchange without a receipt. She OBVIOUSLY heard my conversation with the other associate about my situation and how I received these pants as a gift, but she was still asking me where the receipt was. Finally, she said that she was only letting me exchange it because she's honoring what the other associate told me, and then she told me again, "next time, you can't exchange without a receipt". K..... Well, yknow what, there's never gonna be a next time. read more

I love lululemon clothes. I did NOT love the staff at the Pacific Place store. I went shopping there on a Thursday afternoon I was the only customer and there were 4 staff members fluttering about. It was my birthday and I had a generous giftcard to spend. The staff were all generally disinterested in helping me. I was buying a pair of groove pants and had to pad around the store to my husband to get his opinion on sizes since the staff was ignoring me. When I asked one of the staff members her opinion on size she just said "they look fine, what is wrong with them?" I spend a lot of money at lululemon but I will stick to the Bellevue store. I returned my purchases at the Bellevue store and rebought from them where I had THREE staff members come over and help me with the pant size. They actually asked what activities I was going to do in the pants and what size do I normally wear. The Pacific Place staff were too busy standing around gossiping about what classes they were taking at Bastyr to help me. Hope you gals aren't on a commission :) read more

Love their clothes; all of them. Great for yoga, working out, running, anything. Their sizes are a bit off; I usually wear a 6-8 but I have to wear a 10-12 in Lululemon sizes. So it makes you feel "fat" because you have to get bigger sizes. Staff is hit or miss. Some girls are nice and helpful. Some stand their and socialize amongst each other and think they're better than you and wont greet you. Good deals when they have some stuff on sale but doesnt happen often. read more

My sister and I went to the downtown location so I could pick out a new pair of yoga pants and maybe a few Christmas gifts. I like Lululemon's garments because the fit is always spot on. After about five to ten minutes of browsing I realized the sales girls hadn't greeted us and weren't offering me any kind of help - not even while I was on my tip toes to reach an item on the shelf. Now, I'm sure they get all kinds of people coming into their store to paw through clothes and not really buy anything. But I wasn't wearing a scruffy outfit, I wasn't messing up the folded tops on the tables, I was being careful around the hanger items and folded stacks (I've worked retail before) and it wasn't anywhere near closing time, so I was clueless as to why the sales girls were acting as if I didn't exist. There was only one other shopper in the store and they were giving her excellent customer service while ignoring me. It was really bizarre and made us feel very unwelcome. I decided to take my business elsewhere to a more friendly store. Too bad the sales girls were so frosty and unhelpful. They lost a customer that evening. Maybe I'll just stick to their online shopping for the future. Or not at all? read more
