Really bad. I asked for a sample and the guy there would only give it to me if I gave him my phone number and email. The sample was for work, so gave it to him. You know what happened from there. Junk emails everyday and he kept calling and bugging me everyday. When I told him to stop, another employee started calling. Horrible horrible place. It reminds me of the Gyms in the 90s. Just a hard sell on crappy flooring. The prices there aren't bad, but it's never worth it to support a company like that. I've dealt with 3 different locations in the last year and they're all the same. Also like used car dealerships of the 80s except these sales guys are just making money to buy their new "Beats" headphones or the new iPhone. I'm a purchaser for a studio. That's the only reason I ever go there. It's because somebody is requiring me to get quotes from them. If you ever go there, just listen to what kind of bulls#1t they're telling to other customers. "You'd have to buy it now, for that price." "This flooring goes fast. I can't guarantee it'll be available later." You know the lines. Avoid this place unless you like supporting these kind of con artist sales people. read more

The woman helping us purchase floors was friendly and very knowledgeable. The installers were amazing, very good at their job. It was done within hours and looks GORGEOUS. We had some complicated corners and they handled them no problem. Some of our house is still under construction so they couldn't install a few of the transitions so they cut them to size and left us instructions on how to do it ourselves when the rest of the house was ready. Not a bad thing to say! I needed flooring so I came into the showroom, the guy at the counter was helpful so we picked the floor, paid and took it home to install it. No hassle no issues and I would definitely come back. P.S Anyone buying floors please tip the guys at the warehouse because I tipped the guy and apparantly it isn't common. I would give it a zero if possible. Product ok, but customer service TERRIBLE. I returned 7 unopened boxes for a $453 credit. Three weeks later my credit card was still not credited. I just kept getting the run around between the national office and the store. No one was disputing the credit, but could not explain why it had not posted to my account. Fortunately my credit card went to bat for me. Stay away prices not worth the headache, barely better than Home Depot. read more

I was very happy with the service provided in store by Anthony and Calvina when I stopped by to order flooring for our one bedroom condo. When I needed to call for follow up, Calvina was exceptionally courteous and helpful. They subcontract out the measuring and installation to a third party company. After a small snafu (the original installers had car trouble and had to cancel the morning of,) they promised to send a different installer the next day. Turns out that was lucky because the second team - Juan and Alberto, were fantastic! They worked quickly but with great care. The finished flooring looks gorgeous. They worked right through lunch (be kind, if you hire them, provide some sandwiches or a pizza). They also cleaned up and left the place immaculate. Since there was no parking in the condo complex for their large van, they had to move it every time a tenant was blocked. They had to do this 5 or 6 times and never complained. If I need any other flooring installed, I would insist on hiring them. read more

Great customers service. A young gentleman helped me selecting the hardwood flooring and also was able to give me few samples, so I could show them to my wife. I was surprised that samples were free, because many other companies did change me for their samples Five stars for free samples! Installers didn't show the day they had planned, instead beginning the install on the 2nd day of the two days they had planned. (They didn't call to let us know, we called them when they were already about 30 minutes late). The installers were very nice and worked hard but rushed to get the job done on just that one day, saying they had another job they had to get to. By the time they left it was dusk or darker. They were tired and so was I. The next day when we were working to put our belongings back in the house we noticed a small defect in the wood, caught by the light so we could see it. It's just small but obvious in the sun and in the middle of the room. The next day I called ll flooring and since then, almost 3 weeks, I have totally been getting the run around to replace the one piece of wood (and we even have the wood!). I've spoken with the store twice, and the customer service rep three times. I've sent emails, pictures, everyone is very nice and even apologetic. They keep saying someone will call to make an assessment, etc., and I am totally getting ghosted. Honestly, it's just ridiculous. Just crappy terrible customer service. They ask for full payment up front and then disappear when theres a problem. Really disappointed. read more

I purchased three cartons of 3/4" thick Solid Hardwood flooring from this company for a small hallway project. It was a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!. All three cartons contained what appeared to be offcuts from other jobs, boards missing either the tongue or the groove, and lumber so warped it was not useable (except for firewood). Besides the physical anomalies, the majority of flooring (which I would estimate at least 75%), was less than thirty inches in length, and 80% of that should have been left in the trash.. In all fairness It is worth noting that an employee at Lumber Liquidators apparently screwed up and I found one piece in one carton that was 6 foot long, but I'm pretty sure that was a huge mistake on his part and that he no longer works there... When i tried returning all of it, I was told I could not return the two opened cartons even though I did not use any of the wood, and that there would be a 30% restocking fee on the one remaining sealed carton......grrrrrr! Save yourself some grief and aggravation. AVOID this place (if you find you really need inexpensive lumber for flooring, visit the dump where you will find a much higher quality of lumber, and at a much better price.... plus you can return it without a penalty) Let my loss be my loss and not your loss. Nothing short of a well-deserved 5-star rating for these guys. I purchased laminade from here shortly less than a year ago. The flooring was great but not as great as the price I paid for it. They got a bunch of different options to select from and I had no problem picking mine. The staff is all extremely helpful here and were great in assisting us with preparing for the installation and loading the car with the materials. Nice wood flooring but I had a problem with the installers that Lumber Liquidators had do the install work. They put the wood floor too close to the fire place and the wood expanded (which they said could happen) and the wood floor pressed up against the tiles and cracked them. LL came and fixed it once (replaced the broken tiles) and I specifically said to allow extra room so it doesnt happen again. They said it would be fine as is. Of course, the wood expanded more and the new tiles cracked again. Now Lumber Liquidator says, that they wont do anything more. Now I have to pay to repair their bad work! Look for other flooring places that will guarantee their work. read more

I went in there ready to buy because the color of their bamboo floor was more to my liking then Home Depot's . I asked the salesman if he can go down on the price because Home Depot's flooring quality was pretty much the same but the price was lower. The salesman went on for about 5 to 10 minutes how Home Depot can't beat their delivery time and service. The salesman was really defensive and already on the attack like Sean Spicer. FYI Home Depot offers free delivery on many of its items . But this $&0$@ charge over 100 dollars even if you live 2 miles from their store. Long story short, thanks to the salesman at lumber liquidators and his speech about how their delivery service was so much better, I ended up in another store that had a much more expensive cali bamboo flooring at a cheaper price. Now I have flooring that is 100 times better in quality and also did not have to spend 2000 dollars just in glue just to have installed . I should give lumber liquidators 5 stars for pushing me to check out a different store and getting the flooring I originally Wanted instead settling for their cheap crap read more

My family and I purchased 'Morning Star" Bamboo from this location for our home in 2016. The store associate ensured us the product was excellent and durable. At the time it was supposedly the best product available. We had our floors installed in May of 2016 and they looked beautiful. Approximately 1 month later, the floors buckled on the ground floor only. We were mortified. We contacted lumber liquidators and was told to let the floor settle (approx 2-3 months). Once the time passed, we contacted lumber liquidators again and was told it was possibly due to moisture. So paid out of pocket again and replaced the flooring with the same product. This time we used Bostix MVP4 with moisture barrier also recommended by lumber liquidators. Low and behold, approximately 1-2 months later the same buckling again. We contact lumber liquidators and again was told to allow some time to let the floor settle. We allowed 3 years for the floor to settle and they never have. I contacted Luber liquidators corporate and after 5 months was not given any assistance. Lumber liquidator has an ongoing Class Action Lawsuit because of the product manufacturer "MORNINGSTAR BAMBOO" Ironic! After jumping through flaming hoops and over hurdles, Luber liquidators fails to stand behind the products they sell. All we wanted was the cost to replace the flooring in our home, nothing extra and was told NO. I would never ever recommend purchasing anything from Lumber liquidators. Even when they have knowledge of a manufacturer's defect, they still blame the customer and offer no help! read more

I was at the store and I ordered flooring that was on sale. I paid extra for next day delivery, because it was in their warehouse. They had promised me that it would be there the following morning. I had hired two installers based on the information that I was told. The next morning arrived and the material had not arrived. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited till about noon. After wasting 4 hours of my installers time. I called and left message, not only to the store, but the corporate office and no one returned my calls. Finally I decided to visit the store and waited until they figured out what happened. It turned out they had never submitted the purchase order, despite the rush delivery fees I had to pay. I had to pay the installers for a full day of labor for no work. They finally submitted the purchase order and put a rush on the delivery. When the materials arrived our installers started putting in the flooring. I was not able to be there for the delivery. About halfway through the job I arrived and saw the the material they sent was not the same color that I had purchased. Not only that they sent us a lower grade product. The product was different than the one they showed us in the showroom. I decided because the job was more than halfway through now, I told the installers to finish it. During the installation, our installers put aside the flooring that arrived from Lumber Liquidators damaged. When I had taken it back to the store to exchange the damaged pieces, despite informing them they had sent me the wrong merchandise, they refused to swap out the damaged boards. They told me to go and call corporate. Corporate was not any better than the employees or managers in the store. I had called several times and left numerous messages. No one ever called back. I also decided to call the Synchrony Financial, who are finance department for Lumber Liquidators, and they refused to assist me as well. I would not recommend using this company. They are unorganized, they do not keep their word, and have subpar customer service. Once they have your money they do not care about you anymore. read more

Juan tnok my information and told me an installer would contact me within 2 days to come measure and quote. That was 3 weeks ago and no contact. I have been to this store several times over the past few weeks as I was attempting to find the flooring that will make both my wife and I happy. I compared their products to Home Depot and Lowes, and I eventually settled upon Lowes because they had the click flooring I was looking at a better price than Lumber Liquidators. Fortunately for me, Lowes couldn't complete the order due to incompetence and poor customer service and after waiting more than a week, I essentially found out they maybe can't get the flooring I wanted. That meant that I missed out on the sale prices that LL was offering when I looked at their products, but I decided to visit the store again today and I once again met with a fabulous guy named Matt who was extremely patient, professional, and helpful. He was kind enough to give me a break on the cost of the flooring when I told him what had gone down since I had first met him a few weeks ago.
