Got Butterscotch Creme Brulee which was ok--Not that sweet, I came home and added caramel syrup to sweeten it up but I also know it was a crapshoot so... I do like that they have new flavors every month and I love the random idea... but I do not think it was dairy free... In fact when she was making it I thought I saw her add cream, I am not sure and she was making 2 other drinks at the same time so I didn't speak up and hoped she understood "No dairy" but the reason I say that is I am lactose intolerant and after drinking a few sips, I started having tummy issues.... I am going to go back... because I love the rotating drink menu and I love their hot coffee which I had at Sunrise Cafe a while back and I want to buy a box of their K cups... But only if the die leads me to go back... and You know how that goes, The die may not choose it for 7 more years. Its very nice inside though. They have couches and it's very welcoming. They have variety and I would try them, the owner is very nice as well (she responded to me in 2019) The dice man

I can't believe it has taken me this long to come and check this gem out…read more I live literally next to this spot and only just now am enjoying a cup of deliciousness. Shame, but so happy I finally have tried. My new go to. This place is vibbbby, good amount of space to enjoy your cup or two. They have their cold brews in Sprouts and Whole Foods, so cool. Love the decor and the people behind the counter are kind and easy to order with. Dark Moon thank you! Cheers to a great morning friends!

There wasn't much seating available, as the cafe was quite full, and there were a lot of people doing work. Definitely more of a spot for 1-2 people, as there weren't any tables that could accommodate 3 when we went. I asked the staff for a recommendation, so I got the vanilla latte based off of that. I was excited to try this spot since there were many good reviews, though perhaps my expectations were too high. The first thing I check for in an iced latte is the bottom of the cup to see if there are any burnt grounds. To my disappointment, there were, so I knew the espresso wasn't going to be very smooth. Though, I couldn't even taste it. I prefer a strong espresso taste, but all I could taste was the milk with a weak aftertaste of watery espresso. The others in my group got matcha, and they also tasted of milk and syrup with barely any matcha flavor. Overall I don't plan on going back since the drinks we had were disappointingly mid. The menu is very large, but I still don't think I'd be willing to go back and try another to see if it was maybe an off day or if there are better drinks.

After about 40 minutes, I went up to ask how much longer it would take. Before I could even finish my question, Keysha interrupted me and said she was working on it. I was frustrated at that point and told her, "Ma'am, please don't interrupt me while I'm asking you a question." About 10 minutes later, Keysha personally brought our food all the way to us at the front door, which I did not see her do with anyone else. We thanked them for the food. Instead of simply handing it to us and letting us leave, she started going off on me. She told me, "We're a small business. Don't order 6 sandwiches if you have somewhere to be." She continued raising her voice at me and telling me not to cut her off while she barely allowed me to speak. It felt like she specifically came to the front to continue the confrontation rather than just give us our food. I understand being a small business. I understand being busy. But 50 minutes for 6 sandwiches is a long wait, and asking for an update after 40 minutes is reasonable. What was completely unacceptable was an employee following the interaction to the front of the restaurant just to continue arguing with a customer. The wait wasn't what earned the 1-star review. It was the way Keysha chose to handle the situation. Completely unprofessional and unnecessarily disrespectful.

It's conveniently located on St Rose Parkway and has ample parking, or a drive-thru if you are in a hurry. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, which if it wasn't so hot I would have definitely taken advantage of their patio seating. I decided to sit inside and although they were busy, I was thankfully able to find a table. It's very clean and brightly decorated inside. Quite a few of their specialty lattes sounded good, but I ultimately decided on the Crème brûlée latte, iced with almond milk. While the price point was still high, it lower than many Vegas coffee shops. They have crushed ice which is nice but I do feel like it is a bit of filler, to be honest. The drink was really good though. Despite being a crème brûlée flavored latte, it wasn't overly sweet and the espresso still came through. I'd say that this was one of the quieter coffee shops I've worked from locally, so I'd recommend it for remote workers or students.

Tonight's theme was swing dancing, which kicked off with a beginner lesson at 6:15PM. The cover charge was a reasonable $15.50 per person and included a free drink from their selection of standard beverages. We went with the lemonade, which was served in an elegant champagne flute. It was decent, though it didn't taste freshly squeezed. The turnout was excellent--during the lesson, the place was packed shoulder-to-shoulder, with dancers filling every available inch of floor space. Afterward, a live jazz band took the stage and kept the energy high. The night was genuinely fun, with swing in the air and a lively, nostalgic atmosphere. It did get quite warm inside, but a couple of fans helped keep the air circulating. On regular nights, I understand Coffee Note shifts to a more relaxed open jazz jam session--perfect for sitting at a table with a drink and soaking in the sounds of America's musical past. The venue itself is a charming little coffee shop that feels ideal for reading, working, or enjoying quiet conversation with friends. We'll definitely be back for future events.
